Had a gift card with an unlisted amount from my sons birthday - neither the ticket clerk or the concession clerk could tell me how much was on it. After purchasing tickets and putting the rest toward concessions I figured it out. My wife is pregnant - and my son who attended the movies with us doesnt drink very much caffeine so we always share a root beer and get a large combo for the free refills. Concessions clerk informed me they only had root beer in bottles. So I asked since it only comes in bottles do they still supply free refills since fountain is unavailable. He said no. So I asked if we could do an Icee instead. He said for an extra 50 cent, yes..... fine. I also want to mention that they bag the popcorn ahead of time, so its just sitting in bags getting cold. Im sorry but if Im paying $10 for POPCORN - it should be nothing but hot and fresh. So we go into the movie and halfway through (after making do with the cold stale popcorn), its refill time. They refill the popcorn. I ask for soda this time and the employee says he cant do that because we purchased an Icee. I said "but large combos get free refills - and I even had to pay extra to get an Icee the first time - what does it matter if I get soda or an Icee." So this guy actually calls his manager over this - and the manager says the same thing to me - that they cannot give me a soda refill if I had an Icee the first time - its "policy". So what theyre saying is that had I not paid the extra fee for the Icee and just gotten soda, then Im entitled to soda - but if I pay EXTRA money - Im not entitled to soda. Even though I just handed them $17 after my gift card for a $20 fee for one large Icee, a large popcorn and one hot dog. Unbelievable. POLICY should be about customer service. Period. I will never go back to this theater. There are far too many better options in STL.

Bad experience with this theater tonight! Between a crying child, annoying kids behide us kicking our seats & the person slurping their empty cup. Paying $22 for two 3D tickets & $18 @ the concession stand Im sorry for going to this theater tonight! I told management and that was a joke. Security was called and he stood at the bottom of the steps doing nothing but watch the movie! We will not return to this theater. We normally go to AMC Cinema 16 dine-in on Olive Blvd but they were sold out of our movie. Frustrated movie watcher.

My experience has been amazing at this AMC in particular. I had just came back into my old town for a week. The girl at the front with her hair cut into a bob with the bang is super friendly and she makes my heart warm (if thats not too weird lol). Maybe its the nice genuine smile, eye contact, and small talk idk. Seems like she cares...Anyways everybody is friendly, the place is clean, and the movies are great. Overall pretty pleasant experience, they could just lower the prices of food a little.

I went to see a movie with my kid and spend some money on popcorn, a drink, and a pretzel. Not only did I have to repeat my order 3 times, but I watched as 2 people who ordered pretzels after me get theirs. There was not a "sorry sir for your wait" or anything. The theater was not busy. Expect poor customer service when spending your money here. Just go for the movie.

A quiet, clean theater. A much better experience than the local chains, which are full of rampaging kids and rude staff. They really know how to take care of their equipment, so the picture is clear and the sound is great. The staff is full of wonderful characters. Be sure to stop by Friday and Saturday nights so you can meet "Shorty."

Was the worst movie theater we have ever been too was dirty and seats were not comfortable at all and the seats were tore and had stains and was just really wore out and smelled really bad and over priced on everything we will not be coming back or going to any amc movie theater again.

They wouldnt let my friend in because of their assanine curfew policy. A 14 year old should be allowed to watch a PG-13 movie with his 20 year old friends. Never coming back and will let other people know they shouldnt go either unless curfew policy is revoked.

Audience was too loud, cell phones going off, people kicking the back of seats but that leads me to the seating. Ugh, seating not comfortable, aisle tight. Did not purchase food or drink. Theater was clean and I did appreciate security in the building.

I experienced an usher having attitude because people went in the theater early & he needed to clean up. He slammed the doors and made negative comments. Everyone had to come out & form a line. There was no sign up about cleaning. Just rude!

This movie cinema is one of my favorite locations. The staff are friendly and the cinema is well kept. Havent had any issues where I couldnt find a seat. Its also near many restaurants if you want to grab something to eat after watching a movie.

Do not go to this theater. The teenagers that go here are out of control, couldnt watch the movie since they kept taking pictures with flash and laughing inappropriately during emotional moments. No enforcement of cell phone policy whatsoever.

Higher prices than the nearby AMCs with recliners. No recliner chairs but the chairs werent uncomfortable. My theatre didnt seem to get cleaned between movies. The place looks worn out and not everything worked, but its at least the movies!

This isnt the location with the dine-in option, thats the 16 theatre AMC up the street. This one is okay. The staff are reasonably friendly and its usually the place that gets me to join AMC Stubs. Their matinee pricing is great at $5.

I loved the fact that the manager didnt mind giving me my money back for my tickets. Cause the people placed items I. The seats next to them, left us seatless. But theres no control over the building. I noticed that it ran itself .

This is a great movie theater! I once had my daughters birthday party here and the staff was very friendly. My daughters and their friends love the food and think the slushies are VERY good! I recommend visiting this movie theater!

This is a very nice theater. It has stadium seating, but does not have the leather seats. The refreshments are good, but pricey. This location does offer discounted rates if you see a movie before noon on Saturdays.

The ginger haired lady is very rude and mean. Im a 16 year old that was not allowed to go to a PG-13 movie because it was after 6pm which is extremely ridiculous. What are teenagers supposed to do nowadays after 6pm!

I was impressed with how clean the place was! I used to remember sticky floors from spilt drinks and popcorn on the floor at this theater. Not anymore, plus the seats are nice! Must be better management now!

Ticket area and lobby were hot, like the air conditioner wasnt on. Armrests on some of the chairs in theater were broke, so you couldnt put your drink in the cup holder. Restrooms were not clean.
