Anyone looking for a venue for a special event, with no reservations I would highly recommend the Crystal Ballroom of Tampa Bay. I dont have enough words to describe the excellent and professional service this venue offers. From the owners, Michael and Sivilay Ponce De Leon to the coordinators Nicole, Kim, Amhed and every single staff member I worked with from the time I booked the venue to the day of the party, these people were always polite, helpful, ftiendly and professional. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You guys made my daughters Quince an unforgatable night. Everything was always on point and when I felt stressed, they made sure to take the stress away by just taking care of what was needed. Their referrals were always good and as professional as them. The owners were always checking in to make sure everything was going well. Even the night of the party, the owner michael came in to make sure everything was good. I could go on and on... Bottom line is They go above and beyond their duties. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. It was worth every penny. Thank you again.

If you are looking for a beautiful venue, The Crystal Ballroom is the perfect place. I was unsure if the vision I had was affordable. When I learned about the venue I had to go see it. We fell in love with the design and decor first. Then we met the owners. We were sold. This venue provides stress free planning with the attention to detail you are looking for. It has been a pleasure to work with the owners of this venue. Mrs. Sivilay Ponce De Leon and her husband Mike are extremely professional and provide quality customer service. They go above and beyond the call of duty. They make you feel apart of the family and make sure you are taken care of.
