My son LOVES this place. And so do I, just not when its packed and they have older kids mixed in with the littles. My only suggestions is to have more workers who actually care about safety walking around and in forcing the rules. On many occasions I have witnessed kids going down 2-4 of them at the same time, and its specifically posted all over 1 at a time. My son whose only 4 listens but other kids sometimes just go down at the same time as him and they collide and I worry about someone getting hurt. And let me point out, these are kids old enough to know the rules a little better than him. I try to correct them but they arent my kids and I have no clue where the parents are half the time. Thats my only concern really. I always see staff walking around but they dont seem to actually do anything or make sure kids are following the rules. We will still be back though and enjoy our time at Jump Zone while we can :) I also still recommend especially on rainy days or during the Winter.

I have 4 kids ages 1-5 and even brought 2 extra kids in that age range. The toddler time in the morning was perfect. The older kids could use all but one small bounce house designated for 1-2 year olds. My 14 month old had a blast in the bounce house and with the toddler toys. Everything is in one room and you dont have older kids trampling the little ones. My 2 year old needed help into the different inflatables but had fun doing everything else on his own. I have a hard time finding places my 1 year old can play safley and my almost 6 year old isnt bored. This was perfect for my kids. I think kids up to 10 would love this place!!! I also like how parents are responsible for their kids, you dont have teenage employees policing the place.

There are several bounce houses, which seemed like fun for the kids. My toddler wasnt interested in the bounce houses, but loved the toddler play area, especially the playhouse. I cant wait to take my child back again.

Decent play for the kids to play; however, their hours listed on their website are very disjointed and confusing. The hours that they do appear to be open are extremely limited especially for school kids.

Fantastic place to let the kids burn off some energy! Prices are great, and they feature somewhere around 10 giant inflatables. There is a dedicated toddler play area as well.

Bounce houses in a sterile space with bored-looking adolescent staff. Typically a birthday party venue. No parent appeal.
