DO NOT GO TO THIS THEATER! Dont even LOOK the same way of the theater. JUST DONT! The experience was horrible!!! The theater room was nasty and it wasnt clean. I took pics of the trash that was left behind. Then, a few minutes later, an employee RAN into the theater room and got the trash. Just plain lazy! AND to top it off, there were some loud and ghetto patrons disturbing the film. People were complaining and no one from management came to assist. Oh and the ladies bathroom floor is sticky! Ugh! I WILL NOT RETURN...EVEN IF THE MOVIE IS A DOLLAR! DONT, people....DONT!

Seats are uncomfortable and not for small kids. My children are 5 and 7, the seat continuously tried to fold them inside, it was awful for a 1.5 hour movie. My back was hurting by the time the movie was over. It was also noisy, but that wasnt the theaters fault, its the individuals that frequent that movie theater. One couple had a baby! Who wouldnt cooperate, so they left... another couple or two adults, brought in like 9 kids! So, The Mummy was an okay movie. Wasnt great, but wasnt terrible either. Movie theater was okay too, same...not great, but not terrible either.

So, my friends and I saw Logan, I dont know why but it seems like the lights didnt shut off all the way during the movie so it wasnt completely dark. Also when the end of the movie was coming the lights got brighter that seemed strange to me. Also when it was time for us to leave we were like the only people there, nun of the staff was there cleaning or no secunity was there to make sure nothing bad would happen, the employees just left you on your own to fend for yourself. That made my friends and I feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, will not be going back there ever.

Very bad, staff was like hhhuuuuhhhh an uuuhhhhh not very friendly atmosphere plus couldnt watch my movie in peace they had very rude childish teens with no respect of others, there was no one monitoring like other cinemas do.. I hadnt been there in awhile now I remember why....we came all the way from Brandon,MS not happy at all. I hate I spent my money there :(

Im just gonna cut right to the chase... This place is absolute trash. I recommend to everyone to go to Malco Grandview in Madison becaus Northpark is nasty and the seats and floors are sticky and the seats smell bad. Just horrible place.if theyre was a rating Lower then 1 star... You guys deserve it.

This is a quiet and convenient movie theater. I typically bring my children on Tuesday. This theater is a little old compared to other local theaters and the ventilation needs some improvement but overall its a very comfortable and friendly environment.

Horrible service. No Coke. No M&M ice cream. Freezer broke downstars. Zero napkins. I mean ZERO. I explained that she would really want m children to have some sort of napkin. Response: It dont matter. The late night crew cleans anyways. Unreal.

I come every Sunday with my 2 kids and I love it! Theres this one very handsome employee named Dorian who is always very kind and helpful also the service is always excellent and expedient! I recommend anyone to go there with their family!

Bless the heart of this theater. We hadnt been here in a few years because of bad experiences. More bad experiences this time. Film was out of focus the whole movie (and previews). Ticket seller didnt know how to sell a gift certificate.

Service is horrible. The employees have horrible attitudes and the janitor stole my phone as soon as it fell out of my pocket. The manager and staff had no concern and were no help at all. The cashier had the worst attitude of them all.

I am very disappointed with this theater. It was stuffy and they had six police in the theater so I am from out of town so I felt funny the whole movie. If I visit Jackson Mississippi again this will not be the theater.
