Best movie theatre in the area, except they make a huge mistake b/c the bigger theatre rooms and the IMAX rooms are so deafeningly loud that you want to just leave, to save yourself from permanent hearing loss. Somebody knocking on a door in the movie sounded like a billion atom bombs going off! I had to basically scream to communicate with the person sitting next to me. Any decibel level over 85 is damaging to human hearing, and I would say that the loudest effects were over 100 dbs. It was insane and pointless to have it this loud, it distracts you from the movie when you are noticing that your head is wringing and your ears are aching from how TOTALLY SENSE-ASSAULTINLY, CATACLYSMICALLY LOUD EVER SECOND OF THE PREVIEWS AND MOVIES ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have advanced Multiple Sclerosis, and as a result, wheelchair bound. Let me tell you, every theatre may be "Handicap ACCESSIBLE", but THIS one is "Handicap FRIENDLY". All the theatres near me force me to sit at the very bottom, right next to the screen, and make me crane my neck by looking straight up - VERY uncomfortable. THIS theatre, however, has an actual wheelchair accessible "landing", if you will, halfway up, complete with an elevator to get there in the first place, allowing my guests and me to look at the screen straight on. Not only that, but the people who frequent this theatre are more polite than those who frequent my local theatre. Case in point, when my friends and I went to see the last midnight showing of "Harry Potter", a couple of gentlemen actually vacated their seats on that "landing", and gave them to us. - Something that would have NEVER happened at my theatre. Additionally, the concession stand workers are saints for being as patient as they are, MS makes me take a while to "get my words out", and Ive NEVER felt rushed or made to feel "stupid".So, for ME, the prices of admission and concessions, AND the almost hour drive just to get there in the first place, MAKES IT ALL WORTH IT. Seriously, I dont have one single negative thing to say about this theatre.

I am writing this review regarding the premier that happened on 04/27/2017 for Bahubali 2 Imax on screen 14. This is a very frustrated situation. I was at the show among first 10 standing in queue for 45 minutes to enter the screen trusting the theater systems going in order to enter the screen. But seems like few telugu retarded rats were doing that. more over they were blocking the first 4-5 rows in the screen saying its their seats and not allowing anyone else to occupy. OHH by the way there is no seating system. This is a very serious situation as people were abusing for a movie. I did seriously thought of calling the cops and give a complaint on the manager, but he seems helpless when 2 idiots were fighting. This is what they said to the manager - They are my blocked seats. How do you think they are your seats, you retarded telugu people who are spoiling this country. I do support Trump on kicking these kind of retarded people of the country. When someone talked to the manager, he said people lied to him about entering the screen. These kind of stupid acts must be stopped going further. AMC system please fix this issue as you can control these telugu retarded RATS.

My preferred location for movie watching...go at least once a week, gotta love Tuesdays when youre a AMC stubs premiere member. If you love to go to the movies, I not only highly recommend you get the membership, its a necessity. Even on busy Friday and Saturday nights, the separate line for AMC Stubs members will get you your tickets and concessions in no time. Outside of that, the open area is wonderful on the inside and there are usually plenty of seats available. Parking is the worst part but its still plenty of spots available, just have to walk a bit farther to the theatre. The new additions to the concessions such as the gourmet caramel and cheddar cheese popcorn are delicious. I havent tried the other premium items but they look good. They pretty much have the amenities of Emagine theatres in terms of food and drinks, alcohol included. Emagine has the most comfy seats but AMC has a much wider collection of movies along with better ticket prices. Im a avid moviegoer so I can tell you that this is a great location to go to for relaxing and watching movies. Highly preferred!

This is a theater I recall going to as a kid when visiting family. And here we are many years later and Im still going here. Theres ample parking, and from my experience in both the lines are handled nicely between regular and premier members. The seats are comfortable and all the employees are really very nice! Ive been to movie theaters all over the country and this one has some of the friendliest people working there I know! Honestly? I was considering rating this theater four stars because last summer I got food poisoning from an under cooked soft pretzel. Let it be known, this only happened once. And when I called to let them know (so that no one else would have this happen to them) they were very apologetic and promised to look into the issue. They went above and beyond to do so and I was really impressed! And although I dont think Ill order another pretzel, Ill definitely continue coming to this theater!

Its got the sticky floors us cinemaphiles crave. The fake leather seats arent that lazy boyish, and the rows are close enough to give the ole dogs a rest. Drawback to that is: someone needing relief top or bottom, in the same row, winds up crawling over those who dont. Went to see Jurassic World as part of a Polyvore connected project for my fashion blog. At the time it was fun, now Im wondering: what was I thinking. Sure, a year or two ago, but Ive been back since. The only thing thats changed is the floors are even more sticky. Oh, yep AMC Forum 30 is a multiplex (of course), it has the airport priced refreshment facilities. The individual theaters being larger than most, you get more of the cinematic scope feel than at the smaller theaters - which is the whole reason for going to the movies instead of staying at home.

This place is hands down one of the best movie theatres you can go to. Everyone likes emagine or mjr, but whenever i walk into those theatres I feel out of place, almost like I am unwanted. But, this place has the best staff i have ever seen. They make you feel like youre at home, theyre always so polite and respectful, its almost never seen nowadays. I dont know why the other reviews say their popcorn is old, I actually asked an employee and they said they make fresh popcorn on the hour, and never use popcorn from the day before ( I trust this employee so they wouldnt lie lol). I think theres more to a movie theatre than just the fancy seats, its the ambience, the way the place upholds itself. So if you plan on going here, prepare for a great time, thats what this place is known for.

I took my daughter and her friends today to AMC in Utica I was embarrassed dirty floors the staff was not bad the popcorn when serve to me came in broken down little pieces of popcorn in a bag which I returned to the concession stand for a new bag which was just as many broken little pieces of popcorn and then if you want to add flavor to your popcorn you pay 50 cents for me be a tablespoon of popcorn flavoring. And as far as that goes I never had white cheddar that tasted just like salt the worst and I paid for it. All I can say is they made it clear in my mind that him Jr is the only way to go for a good movie experience and you dont feel like youve just been raped. 18 box in movie tickets and 40 bucks for popcorn and pop
