I went to a 9:45pm movie. Some one thought it was a good idea to bring kids. The screaming and narrating by the parents ruined the viewing of the movie. It was a packed movie theater and we were sitting in the center. There was no way for me to get up to complain due to the amount of people. After the movie I asked to see a managers name was Jason or Justin. He told me of something it happened that I should I got up and said something to their staff immediately. I explained to him I was stuck in the theater sitting in the center and was unable to enjoy my movie. I asked if that was possible for him to give me a voucher to come back and see another movie since he was unable to properly manage his theater by checking on the movies while they are being viewed. He told me they do that I explain to them that I come to the movie theater often and I never asked for anything like this. He pretty much said hed rather me go somewhere else then to accommodate me with my request. I would recommend driving the few extra miles and go to Emagine Novi or Lavonia 20

They do the worst job of keeping people silent at the movies. I didnt spend 20+ on 2 tickets to a scary movie and 14 plus on a couple snacks to have a really annoying group of people be so loud it ruins the suspense of the movie. Im literally writing this as Im watching lights out, and I will be asking for a refund after the movie considering I cant even focus on the suspense with all the laughter. Ive been coming here since I was 5, I live in the area, and from now on Ill be watching movies in other theaters Update** apparently because its PG13 its okay to laugh during the movie obnoxiously even if its Horror and its okay to be loud and obnoxious and make stupid jokes the whole entire time. So everyone reading this, make sure youre as annoying as possible during a pg13 movie, super easy to get away with it. **update** manager took good care of us. Beware security guards are lazy and dont do anything though.

I have been going here for quite some time. Getting in and out of the theater is really easy. I accidentally purchased the wrong time on Fandango and it was too late to change the time or refund the purchase. Not saying they would be able to do this for everyone. But, they provided me a free pass for a future showing. Lets get something straight, in regards to others postings.... This is an older movie theater, their facilities are going to be a little dated. Their prices are no more compared to surrounding movie theaters. They always have the movies I want to see, the early and later times that I enjoy, and the lighter crowds compared to Emagine.

Saw Split 2nd day in the box office. all the staff are super friendly and super easy to get my tickets and fast line too. I sat in front row next to a sketchy garbage bag seat but seemed to be fine, especially since it keeps a extra seat next to me open! A few annoying people decided to theatre hop over to this one and were constantly on their phones and i got security. Super easy I just told them where they were and that was that! I only wish security patrolled the theatres more often because this theatre specifically is a hotspot for high school students on friday nights / weekends. Overall pretty good experience. Sound was a little quiet though.

Used to go here all the time before we had kids. Took my 3 kids to a Disney movie today and paid $10.25 for an adult ticket, $9.25 for my 12 year old and $7.25 for my 6 year old twins; $54.00 to see a matinee movie? Then another $21 for 1 large popcorn and 2 large drinks (even though the Diet Coke was larger than the Lemonade??). Then to top it off, they would only refill the Diet Coke and NOT the Lemonade. Next time we will go back to our MJR theatre even though its more difficult to get to now with summer construction!

Saw the Reese Witherspoon movie."Coming Home". No knifing, shooting, bombing. Good story, humorous. The actor who plays "Harry", is insanely gorgeous. Lots of chuckles and laughs. Truly enjoyable. Stopped at Greek Island Coney for a bite. My friends confused the waitress so badly. We couldnt stop laughing. We made sure the waitress knew we were laughing at ourselves, not her. We has a thoroughly pleasant, non-political day. It was lovely.

Regal Cinemas advertised that limited edition Wonder Woman 3D glasses would be given out as their theaters on opening night June 1st. United Artists Commerce Township, a part of Regal Cinemas, didnt have the glasses, and had no idea what customers were asking about. As the 3D showing began, their projector wasnt, "aligned properly", so the screen was hues of red and blue. My first time, and last time, viewing a movie at a Regal Cinema theater.

Was there tonight came a hour 1.2 early and the line was out the door for food...we waited in line for for over a hour and the line did not move..looked like only two people working. Left the line to get in the movie so we did have to at least get bad seats...so understaffed! Just bad!

Older and worn theater but 4 stars for the value. Its hard to find movie tickets at that price anywhere these days, no matter how dilapidated the theater condition is... and I wouldnt call this place dilapidated yet. Decent value if you skip the concession and just go for the movie!

Went to see star wars and got there an hour early. We went and sat down in the theater was nearly empty right till the start. The audiance was quiet and not disruptive. The only thing preventing a five star rating was that my particuler seat was very loud when i reclined it back.

Wonderfully nice and accommodating staff. We recently had our son and nieces birthday party here and everyone did a spectacular job. Very pleased. The manager and assistant manager work very hard to ensure that you are happy. Kids loved the party. Cant say enough good things!

Dont go to this movie theater. The popcorn cost more then other places, and the rest of their food is subpar at best. Some of there bathrooms smell like someone smoked a few blunts, to put it nicely. Overall, there are better theaters to watch movies.

Its a Pretty decent theater,except that they dont put the shows as mentioned on the website. They release lot of international movies and screens are good. Except that shows are not 100% confirmed sometimes and they refund the money back.

This theater is in dire need of a renovation. The facilities are not well-kept, and the staff is clearly not happy to be working there. Pass this theater and go to MJR Waterford to the north or Emagine Novi and AMC Livonia to the south.

Its a smaller theater which I love but its sometimes understaffed on a busy night. Poor management was there last night and the line for concession stand was to long.. Didnt get popcorn at all didnt want to miss my movie.
