I have never been treated the way my family and I had during our visit to the Fall Creek theater. We purchased a large soda with our meal and asked for courtesy cups like we normally do. This time the concession stand staff said that they had the cups but that they couldnt give them out. They suggested that we ask the bar for cups. The bar tender also indicated that they could not give us any cups, but no one informed us that if we wanted to cups we would have to pay for them. That said, I went back to the soda machine and pulled 2 additional cups from the dispenser and went to go get some napkins. At that time, I realized that I needed 1 more cup and told my daughter to go and get one more cup from the dispenser. She and I both caught up with the rest of the family and proceeded to go into the movie theater. At that point the manager who we have no name because she was not in uniform nor did she have on a badge came running over (literally) to tell us that wed have to pay for the cups. I thought she was kidding and proceeded to walk into the theater. She then proceeded to tell us that we would have to pay for the cups or give them back. Thats when things took a turn for the worse. We handed her the cups back. Upon realizing that the ticket counter had the clear plastic cups we asked the employees there if we could have some of those cups. They happily abliged. We then proceeded to try and enter the theater a second time and the manager came running over to us again, this time telling us that we could not use those clear cups either because they were for liquor. She stood and waited for us to hand those cups over. At that point, angry and fed up with her antics over $0.02 cups, I asked for her manager or director. In the end, we spoke to Joseph, the general manager of the theater, gave us our money back along with free movie comps. I appreciate how well he handled the situation. This is the reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of the one star they truly deserve. The way the initial manager handled the situation was a disgrace. We gave the movie comps away and will not be returning. No one deserves to be treated that way.

Talk about redemption at its best! This summer I hosted my sons 7th birthday party at ShowBiz Cinemas - Fall Creek. Unfortunately we had a bad experience that forced me to reach out to the general manager. Less that one hour of contacting the GM (Joseph Tucker) he called me back. Mr. Tucker apologized and offered a "re-do" for my sons party. I told him it was too late but he was persistent in making things right by opening the offer to do my daughters party. My daughters birthday was the following month and the event manager Ms. Robinson who also was a jewel contacted me to set it up. I must tell you that this was one of the best parties that my daughter has ever had. Mr. Tucker and his staff was very attentive to our needs but most of all addressed the concerns that I had before which in returned has allowed them to improve on some processes and procedures. I commend Mr. Tucker and his team for a wonderful turn around of service. I will forever be a loyal customer. Great Job!!!

Its a nice clean movie theater. I havent had any problems the times Ive been here until 12/18/16 when I went to go watch Rogue One. It was 7:55pm when I went in and the movie ended around 10:20pm. My girlfriend and I were making our way back to my car. When she opened the door she noticed that my car had been broken into. They left a mess in my car searching for something to steal. Luckily I dont keep anything valuable in my car so all they took was a dollar. My girlfriend just so happen to leave her purse in my car. Luckily they didnt steal that because it had all her credit cards and her debit car in there. I think it might have been teenagers seeing as they didnt take her purse. Overall this is a WARNING SO BEWARE OF THEFT!! Although its common sense lock your door when youre at this location.

Great new place, with plenty of staff! I never get concessions but its not a bad deal here if he buy the refillable cup and refillable popcorn bucket. The first time both are about $5 each (bought separately), then are $2.75 for refills. Tickets before noon are a pretty good deal, too, at about $6. This place also has a full service bar, an arcade where you can redeem tickets for prizes, and bowling lanes. Awesome place! When I saw the new Capt America movie there was a problem with the projector/the power went out or something. Not only was the problem resolved quickly, but they also gave everyone in the theater a comp ticket on the way out, which we could redeem at a later time for whatever movie we wanted. Great customer service.

I will never go back to AMC after the way that they treated me. This theatre is CLEAN and their concession stand has way better prices. If you let your kids run loose and scream in the theatre go to AMC. If you tear up the seats and leave trash everywhere go to AMC. If youre a respectful person that cleans up after yourself and your family, then this is the theatre for you. Go where you belong. The bad review further down is so cringey. Instead of buying everyone a drink she bought one drink and wanted free cups to pour her free refilliable drink into. She had the audacity to say that her family was treated poorly. 19 likes? Wow ignorance is bliss.

They could open an entrance from the feeder instead of going around just to get in. I dont like the whole wanna be buffet everyone running around crossing each other serving themselves bumping in, especially with kids. I dont like how the lines form and start to get in the way from the drinks and candies, its a poor set up maybe because the area is too small for a crowd. Ticket prices are ridiculous $40 bucks for 4 ppl therefore I try to go before noon for their $5 prices. Overall its a good spot for the theater good games bowling is too small for me, comfortable seats and there employees are nice the times I been there.

I went to let my daughter see her father and grandma. At the time I had broke my foot so I was in crutches. While I seating at the tables talking to her grandma the manager came and asked for my tickets. At 1st I thought they thought we didnt have a movie ticket and was just sitting there cause we were there an hour early but he said he wanted to know so he can seat us 1st and carry out things there. And also have our food personal delivered to the theater. He was super nice and Im.so happy he thought about his customers then just ignoring us.

Great place to go for movies especially $5 Tuesdays. Bowling is also fun, the food is priced like everywhere else no complains there. Only issue I been running into lately is the people who come here have no respect for people sitting in front of them always moving the seats with their feet. Always try to sit at the top so I dont have this problem but now its constant and annoying. Including half of the people who enjoy their phones more than the movie. Other than that place is clean very well maintained most of the staff is great.
