It is a horrible accident waiting to happen. My shoulder came out from the force of the fan, Im in a lot of pain, limited range of motion the next day. The kids working to guide you around the wind tunnel, they are nice enough, but I dont think the company takes safety seriously enough. There is about a five minute video at the beginning, the instructor himself does not even demo the proper technique. Ear plugs are handed out unsealed in a bowl that everyone else has had their hands in. I saw several flyers dangerously close to planting their heads into the side of the tunnel. Looking down there is one single net separating you from disaster. It does not look that well thought out. A money maker to be sure, and it looks so fun until your shoulder comes out. Take the kids bowling or for a nice round of laser tag instead.

My family of 3 visited iFLY Baltimore this weekend. We paid over $340.00 for less than 12 minutes total (2 turns each, each turn less than 2 minutes). Customer service was poor. Had to make 2 phone calls in order to get our video and pictures emailed to us (even though we were told they would be emailed before we left the building). 1 day visiting customers, definitely take a back seat to the "real" skydivers. When it was our turn, 2 "real" skydivers interrupted our section 4 different times and jumped in line in-front of us. iFLY advertises the family package as being 10 flights divided over up to 5 people. That is 100% false! Each member in our family got the same amount of flights and time as someone who purchased the 1 person 2 flight package. Summary: NOT worth the money! Huge rip off!

I flew in to Baltimore in March. My aunt had a reservation to fly and sent me a link in my email to join her reservation. When I landed, we both called to confirm the appointment. The young man who answered the phone was rude and basically said there was no way to fly, but luckily they had a location opened in Arizona where I live. I asked if there was a cx would I be able to fly and he said yes but that isnt likely because they were already booked. I went anyway. And lucky for me there just so happened to be cancellations at the flight time my aunt had. The price to fly was high for just 3 minutes but the other staff were so friendly and seemed to love their jobs! Would give it 4 stars if not for the one rude employee bc first impressions are lasting and also the price.

Amazing experience! The entire staff was extremely friendly, upbeat and helpful. Our instructor Harry made us feel safe, secure and coached us through a wonderful first flight. He was personable and funny and made us feel that we could have taken on anything in that wind tunnel with his coaching. Hopefully, my brother doesnt see this but for his birthday we are getting him some private lessons with Harry to learn some more advanced skills. I would definitely recommend the "high flying" experience as well. During your second flight your instructor will take you all the way to the top of the glass it is exhilarating. I would recommend this activity to people of all ages (we went as part of my dads 60th birthday).

I came here for my birthday, wanted to create a special memory. I was not disappointed!! The stuff are friendly and helpful. My coach Jade was very knowledgeable and experienced. I had the most amazing time for my birthday. I will sure come back to take more advanced sessions. Be sure to buy the beginner package which includes photos and videos while you are flying in the tube. They are in much higher resolution and quality than your cellphone camera, besides you are not allow to take phones or cameras into the training tube. Just relax and let youself play and enjoy the moment!

Total lack of customer service response from this place. I have called, emailed, filled out their online survey and never got so much as a common courtesy call back from them. Whatever you purchase from them, hope they deliver it in full (which, in my experience they wont), because if they dont, theyll never even acknowledge your requests for them to actually deliver what you paid for. The instructors are great but good instructors working for terrible and unsympathetic management still means terrible and unsympathetic customer service.

My husband and I went to this place on a day special for people with challenges. There were people in wheelchairs, a person with autism and my husband who is partially paralyzed on his right side. They all showed incredible courage and were able to conquer their individual challenges thanks to the amazingly caring instructors. I LOVED this place and I am glad that as a business they have decided to make a point to cater to everyone.

This. Was. AWESOME! I went today with a group from work and we all had a blast. Im a little afraid of heights, but this was so much fun I didnt even notice! Ryan was our instructor and he was a great guy and super informative. We paid extra for the superman treatment and it was worth it. I also met Harry who was an excellent guy too.. Both had fun and positive attitudes. All good guys in a very good business. Highly recommended!

This place was stellar. From the start the young guy at the front was helpful and knowledgeable. He suggested. Pretty cool upgrade which made the experience better. The instructor Harry was above amazing. His love for skydiving and indoor sky diving came through. My 4 year old was a little scared and he was so accommodating to help him enjoy himself. I highly recommend this place and hopefully get Harry.

My family and I did an iFly experience today. We have a 6 adults and 1 child (10 y/o). Such a great and unique experience! Here are a few suggestions: 1. Buy your tickets for a deep discount at Costco and 2. Make sure to upgrade with the High Fly - this is where they take you way up high in the wind tunnel - SO FUN!

Theres a friendly and knowledgeable/skilled young staff here. The facility is very new and attractive. There is adequate instruction and preparation for your flight. There is an instructor in the chamber guiding your body and giving visual instructions during the flight. We had a very good experience.

This was our second visit to an iFly. I have to say they must only hire super nice staff for the entire company. TIP: Purchase more tickets after your flight. They give you a discount, they can be used at any location, they never expire, and you can spit the fly time with another person!

I took my team here for a team building activity. I really enjoyed this experience. My team gave it very rave reviews. Some even considered coming on a regular basis. The only downfall is its relatively expensive and would be an expensive hobby to get involved with on a regular basis.

Went here for a team building event for company. Our age ranges from 20s to 50s and everyone incredibly enjoyed the experience. That are true pros at the craft and I cannot begin to explain the instant addiction to that flying freedom. A MUST life experience
