Edit: I am talking with management and will put new information and edits at the bottom of this review. I gotta say Im disappointed. When I met the new owner I had high hopes for the future of this facility but this last visit ruined those. We planned on going on my friends birthday for months and we intended to use the unlimited deal offered that weekday but when we arrived the previous menu boards and discounts had been crudely torn down and all we had to look at now was pieces of paper showing us that we have to spend more money going forward. There are no daily deals, there are no student discounts, there are no military discounts, all of which affect our experience. Not only that, but theres also the new license program which is an annual fee. So first we have to pay a fee to use the higher-tier karts that we already qualified for, and then we have to qualify for them again. Yes this license gives a bonus for your purchase on your birthday, but that is a year-long commitment and I might not be able to make it on my birthday anyway. It feels like we not only are not being rewarded for being regular customers who are skilled enough to qualify for the higher-tier kart, but we are being punished for not being casuals who dont care about lap times and qualifications. Its still a very convenient location and the karts and track are fun, but Im not sure if we can justify coming back regularly after the price increases with no discernible increase in benefits to the customers. These are my suggestions to ensure the future business of us and our friends: (1) Dont require a requalification if we have SK status in good standing OR give members with SK status in good standing a free attempt to requalify. (2) Bring back military and student discounts. (3) Give more long-term perks to the annual license. Its already a long-term commitment, but the customer only gets their moneys worth once in that year. There should be a free race for every season for license holders to make it more likely that we can receive benefits from our contribution, or at least make the window for claiming our birthday perk wider. We look forward to seeing how the business evolves in the near future, but we might be watching from a distance if this most recent experience is indicative of the future. Edits: I have been informed that we do not have to requalify for SK status and I have also been informed that the military and student discounts are going to continue to be offered. There must have been a communication issue with the staff.

I must say that I had high hopes for this place so Ill start with the one positive, then get to the negatives. So the Go Carts at G-Force are really fantastic. They have great acceleration and really tight cornering. On the extremely rare occasion that you have the opportunity to go fast, the experience is amazing. Here are the problems. 1. They are way too expensive. You have to pay an arm and a leg just to experience a tiny bit of fun. 2. They only have one track. This isnt a huge problem but a little variety would go a long way. 3. Staff that manages the track and carts dont seem to care about what they are doing. They tell you before you get on the track that if you get stuck behind someone slow that they will wave them to the side so that you can pass. I spent 90 percent of the race stuck behind someone going slow. Every time that I passed a staff member, they were either on their phone or laughing with another staff member. They were completely apathetic to what was happening on the track. It was a terrible experience and I have never felt so ripped off. You can get a better deal at motor world in VA Beach. The carts on their normal tracks arent quite as fast but you can do three hours of unlimited for about 50 bucks. They also have a speed track every bit as nice as the one at g force for a similar price if you really want to try it. If you value your money, avoid G Force!

I have never tried go-karting before so I was a little apprehensive, but once I went around the track once or twice I really started getting into it. My husband and his best friend have been go-karting before and approved of the track. They had a ton of fun and we are already planning on going back. 8 minutes doesnt seem like a long time, but it didnt feel short. We got around the track 12 or 13 times. The RC cars got a little tore up from being used so much but it was kind of neat to try them out. I wasnt that great at it. The staff were nice and informative. I am really sad that I didnt get to try out the Archery Tag. It looked like a ton of fun. Im definitely going back to do it.

We have been here several times me and my grandson but today is the last time we will ever visit G-Force again because now its turned into Lamaze something or other. We were informed at the end of his race the next time we come we will have to pay $50 to go to a class. Mind you my grandson is 13 years old and he has been going there every since he was 9 just putting it out there if youre think youre going and youre going to go there expecting what you used to have it is absolutely not. We will never go back.

So much funnnn! It is a tad expensive but the membership is a great deal if you plan on returning here throughout the year! They have a bounce house and paintball. We were just visiting here or else I would have gotten the membership! Really friendly staff. My 10 yr old baby brother and I had a fun time, it was his first time go karting. Luckily we went before the crowd came in so it was just us two on the track! And these Karts are FAST. will return sometime when we roll back through va.

I wasnt too fond the of waiver process, but it was quick and easy, given I got three kids, and they all needed to register. The staff were pleasant, and my kids had a blast! I like how clean the facility was too, and the ability to do some many activities- go-carting, paintball, and RC-racing .. man, I havent seen one of those since Xmas, 1985! Seriously, for my 9, 12 and 15 year old, they will be going back next month because of this great experience

Compared to the Richmond location, I love this place. The staff really makes it more enjoyable than other karting places I have been to, also really enjoyed the paintball course. But of course I primarily go there for the kart track, its laid out very nice and has some high speed sections along with some technical areas, just wish I lived closer so I could use the facility more. But A++++ to the facility and awesome staff!

These guys are ridiculous, drove almost 50 mins to come to them. Me and my daughter can only ride together. The girl at the cash register tells me " na it broke" nothing is mentioned on their website while they advertised a double go kart. Be wary of this place if you can only ride in the double.
