Challodon is an excellent golf course. I played it several times throughout the year and each time I found the course well maintained in every area. There is a wide range of tees with enough space between then to satisfy the long hitters and the not so long. The rough was reasonably benign minimizing egg hunting time. The layout of the course is such that walking is not practical and taking a cart is recommended. The clubhouse is nice with a good bar having a wide variety of beers from all over the world. The staff was very friendly and polite. I highly recommend the Links at Challedon.

Course was in good shape with the exception of a few greens on the front nine. Play moved at a good rate during a Sunday morning. Really impressed with the grille, after playing Challedon we used to leave and eat post round at the Greene Turtle. We chose to stay at the newly remodeled Challedon Grille and it was the right choice. The pizzas and burgers were fantastic. In fact, one guy who lives close said he was going to work the Grille into his route on the way home to pick up a pizza. From now we will golf and then eat post round at Challedon.

Challedon is a BEAuTiFUL golf course. I played it for the first time thru GolfNow yesterday. I found the course well maintained. The crew was out there working hard in the hot sun and Eclipse of the Moon. The rough was "rough" and it was easy to lose balls in there. The layout of the course is really nice but play was very slow. Needed a marshall. The staff was very friendly and polite. I definitely recommend the Links at Challedon. Had a LoVeLY day (*_*)

Ive played Challedon multiple times this year already. The course is always in great shape, just make sure you bring your straight-hitting clubs. OB is everywhere out there since houses surround just about every hole. All of the facilities are great, and at twilight you can ride for around $30, which is pretty good for the quality of the course. Also, its generally not too crowded compared to other courses closer to Baltimore.

I played on a Monday. There was a small outing on the course, but the pace of play was still good. Course conditions were very good, especially the bunkers which is my gripe with most other courses in the area. The staff was friendly and efficient as always. The improvements made to the course over the past year are noticeable and appreciated. I definitely recomend playing this course.

I dont golf that often, but when I do - its at The Links At Challedon! The staff was really friendly during my previous visit and the atmosphere was great. Despite accidentally breaking my friends golf driver during my last visit, I can see myself returning to this golf course in the future. When next my need for golf becomes impossible to resist, to Challedon I will go!

Their chef is fantastic. Weve enjoyed all of his Saturday specials (prime rib, crab cakes, smoked shrimp). Reasonably priced, has a great outdoor patio and kid friendly. Dont miss the live music every other Saturday.

Got a discounted rate. Not sure its worth 65+. Solid course. Greens are exceptionally quick and a lot slope. Out of bounds comes into play on a lot of holes. Fun experience. Not overly difficult.

Staff was very accommodating from Greg in the Pro Shop to John the starter. Enjoyable layout with enough hazards to make it interesting for any level.Conditions for late November were impressive .

This place is a gem! Beautiful course, well laid out. Also took advantage of the driving range and sand trap practice area. Staff in the pro shop were super helpful. Highly recommend.

The staff was mean and rude. He even threw receipt at me. I dont know what was his problem but his attitude was horrible overall. Shame they hired someone like that. Very Disappointed.

i played this sunday, tee boxes are bad as were the greens. The green fees are good, but a little far out. The layout is good, if they could only fix the tee box and greens.....

Chef Patrick has done a great job of upgrading the food and Stacy has improved the bar & service. The Saturday night music and dinner is a must for Mt. Airy locals.

Played twice this winter so far. Fast and well maintained green. Well maintained fairway. Great for the money. A little slow in the back 9 holes at Saturday.
