This place the worse place to have a birthday party. The customer service stinks and the staff is unprofessional. It is fun for the kids to just bounce for the day. I booked a party for 5 year son to have a birthday party. The theme for the party was Ninja turtle. I booked the party a 2 months in advance. When we got there I had to wait 20 minutes for my hostess. Then as my guest arrived she was not there to greet my guest or give any instructions. I had to give them instructions on what to do. when it was time for my party the party room was not ready because they did not have any of the decorations. Then when I asked why the party room was not ready they I was told that they were getting it ready. So my guest had to stand around and wait because they were told the bounce time was over even though the party room was not ready. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that the manager had left for the day and the person who was in charge turned out to be the person who was supposed to be my party hostess who then was annoyed that I was complaining. I found out from another employee that the problem was that they did not have the decoration I paid for and they had just sent out another employee to buy them. The party started 20 minutes late. I had to serve the pizza and cake myself because the hostess was no where to be found. I just wanted to run out of there. When I went to pay they asked me to leave a tip for the party hostess when I refused they made a rude remark. When I spoke to the manager the next business day they were only willing to refund me $30.00 of the $350 I already had paid. I told them to keep the $30 because they were going to need it. It is a nice place for the kids to bounce but it is the worse place to have party. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT BOUNCE PLACE IN LANCASTER PA FOR A BIRTHYDAY PARTY. You are better off renting a bounce house and having the party in a park or at home.

Hugely disappointed with the new owners! The internet still clearly has their pricing as reasonable, but when we arrived, we were charged much more (over twice what was listed). The woman at the desk insisted she didnt have to honor the price online because it wasnt her website. What? As a mom, I decided having my kids see all the fun and then leave because of the cost would be more work than it was worth. However, as it turned out, my son wasnt enjoying himself, so I thought wed take a break for lunch and try again afterwards. Then the woman said we couldnt leave or wed have to pay AGAIN to come back inside. What?! So I tried to give him the lunch I packed at which point she said I would have to buy food from them in order to eat there. (Which was, big surprise, expensive.) Never going back. Boo. Too bad. It used to be a fun place.

I gave a 3...but hoping to come back after construction and give a 5. We called ahead to make sure that there was food bc we hadnt eaten. The girl on the phone said, hot dogs, corn dogs, pizza, pretzels etc. Only to find out after we paid, that you didnt even have your food license yet. I was not happy. Being a diabetic with a now, hungry 4 year old. A HUGE SUGGESTION: get rid of the middle party room to open things up....put in a nice seating area with tables for parents. Also...we are paying full price right now.....none of the ancient games are working, no food, subpar bathrooms. ......drop rate till construction is finished. My daughter did ...have a great time...I want you to know that. And we will continue to visit. But you have a long road ahead when youre competing with places like Go N Bananas.

My girls loved the bouncing aspect of the indoor inflatable house however it is what I expected it too be. Loud, noisy, and the traffic was high through the pathways to walk to the other inflatables. I understand reconstruction is going on, but the planning and execution needs to be fixed. The only other issue I had was the pretzels. My wife ordered two pretzels and they literally took 18 minutes from order to or tray. I hate to sound picky, and like I am "that person" but thats just unacceptable for customers who pay for overpriced good, that just needs to go in the microwave for a couple of minutes.

The place isnt bad, but the employees are horrible. I went for a birthday party recently, and the girl was unhappy to be there. She kept touching her hair and tried to serve food after. Shouldnt she be requried to wear her hair back? Last I checked its work, and she was too busy trying to be cute. She was rude to the paying family, and watched as they did her job by cleaning up after themselves. The party rooms are just that rooms, with lots of tables, and they offer pizza that they order out for. Youre better off paying out of pocket per kid, and going out for something better to eat after.

I took my son there last weekend to celebrate his birthday. The kids had a lot of fun! If I lived closer I would definitely take him here a lot. Its cheap and wore him out. My only advice is bring your own drinks. I bought two juices and than saw they were expired. My son already drank all of his. We took it back up front and we didnt get an apology. They gave us a new one after huffing but I would expect an apology. Other than than minor thing, it was a good time

We have gone here a few times and our daughter 100% loves it. They have all kinds of bounce houses and some arcades games too. They have on the weekends I believe a certain time frame where its just kids 2 or 3 and under jump for an hour or so before olde r kids can start. That was big for us because our little one probably would of hated this had it not been for that time slot. There werent a ton of people and she could go one to the other safely and have fun.

Great fun for toddlers. Some of the bounce houses have rather difficult obstacles for a kid that has trouble climbing. There is an arcade in the center which can be quite distracting (and ultimately costly - probably the big money maker here) for the little kids. Other than that its a blast. Decent bathrooms, water fountains. Would recommend some minimum level of supervision. There is the potential for serious injury and to do have to sign a liability waiver.

This is a fun cheap place to take your kids for a few hours. Staff is not very welcoming or friendly by any means. There is a few spots of carpet that is exposed and have been that way for the last few times I went there. Last time I went other parents complained and nothing was done and the staff was highly irritated. The kids will have a blast but just beware of the safety issue and dont expect any smiles from the staff.
