I took my (2) sons, age 5 and age 8. Im nearly without the words to express how simply incredible the entire experience was. Sincerely cant think of a better return on investment from any recreational activity Ive ever done. The staff was hands down THE BEST. From making the reservations by phone, to checking in, to pirate preparations, and everything along the way. My boys wont stop saying "this was the best day EVER". I would hug every member of the Pirate Adventures team if I could! Not only will I recommend their adventure to anyone I can, Ill be certain the bring the boys back for more fun. Thank you, to every staff member. You all provide so much more than just some silly fun. So much more.

This was by far the most fun Ive had on a kids outing in a while (we take one almost weekly)! It was extremely organized, the staff went above and beyond to find a spot for us when I called to reserve and nothing was available. Michael (I believe the supervisor) was professional and friendly the entire time from the reservation to the end of the cruise. They keep the kids engaged THE ENTIRE TIME! This is not a small feat for kids like my son that lose interest quickly and start destroying things. No down time to speak of, and the adults (including myself) were laughing as much as the kids! I HIGHLY recopmmend it to everyone I know AND I will definitely be back!

We celebrated our sons 7th birthday on Pirate Adventures on the Chesapeake. It was a beautiful day in late October and our son and his friends had a blast! Our family members visiting from Italy got a true Annapolitan experience that they will never forget. Fun was had by both the young pirates and their pirate parents who had an opportunity to sing and laugh and "arrrgghh" with the rest of the gang. The Pirate Adventures staff members were professional and entertaining and despite the fact that we know that they are called on to do this on a daily basis, effortlessly made it feel like a fresh, new experience for them too.

This was by far the best money that I have spent since I moved to Maryland 21/2 years ago. It was fun and exciting for the children. My grandson was a little scared and a little shy, and at first would not participate. Captain Crabby was so professional and sympathetic towards him and took extra time to try and get my grandson involved. It was so touching to me. And eventually my grandson did participate thanks to Captain Crabbys patience. The cruise itself was well worth our time and I would suggest to anyone out there looking for something fun to do with your children, do this!!! you will not be sorry.

As the father of a 6 year old, I have probably been to pretty much every type of birthday party one could imagine and I have to say that this was one of the more fun and engaging that I have seen. Probably 5 times more fun than I thought it would be. About a dozen kids had a great time and we all were given a nice ride around Annapolis Spa creek. The 2-man crew on our tour did an outstanding job. They were fully engaged, genuinely funny, and provided great entertainment. I dont know how much our host paid, but the posted prices were $22 for adults and $12 for children. Seemed like a bargain to me.

We reluctantly agreed to go with our kids at the invitation of a local relative. We were prepared for a lame boat ride with kids in costumes, but it turned out to be a genuinely great experience. The crew (Rosie and Rusty) made the experience. They put their heart into the story line and their respective characters. Cant guarantee that every team would be so into it, but if so, Id highly recommend. Particularly liked the sound track! Kids havent stopped talking about it.

Those guys were phenomenal!!!! Visiting Annapolis we were looking for a boat tour... Since we have a 3 and and 5 year old - decided to go on the Pirate cruise..... The guys kept kids engaged the whole time- and me in my husband were more into what was going on than the sightseeing :) they even remember both of my kids names when they were sailing by on their next tour by the waterfront restaurant we were eating in !!!!! They deserve 6 stars!!!!

I had my sons 3rd birthday there and the staff was amazing. His birthday was in April so we had a bit of bad weather. We ended up having to move his party to the following weekend, they were really polite and accommodating. We had over 30 people on the boat and the experience was amazing. I still has kids who were at the party coming up to me saying how much fun they had. Doesnt matter the age everyone will enjoy.

Best birthday party experience. We booked it for our 7 year olds party and everyone had a blast including the adults! The crew was super friendly, they greeted us in the parking lot and took everything from my car and set up. The kids were thoroughly entertained the entire time and the crew remained in character. Totally worth it, my church just booked them also, so well be back. Recommended for kids ages 5 to 10.

This was the best experience for our family. Our children ranged from ages 4 to 8 (4 kids), and the adults had just as much fun as they did. Captain Rusty, Spike, and the rest of the crew were amazing and entertaining. This is a must do if your in Annapolis if you have children ages 3 and above. Hunt for treasure, battle pirates, and talk and look like a pirate. Cant say enough about out adventure!!!

I have two boys ages ten and eight. We took them on this Pirate adventure today. They had the time of their lives. From the moment we walked through the door to sign in they had smiles on their faces. The crew was amazing and really entertained and pulled my boys into an amazing adventure. What wonderfully creative people. They made our weekend and I highly recommend this family experience!

We took our 2 and 4 year old boys today and we ALL had a blast!!! My husband and I loved how they kept all the kids entertained and excited by the ongoing adventure. Even my 2 year old who can be difficult and easily distracted had a blast. We will definitely be returning!!! Thanks guys for making this such a fun memory!!!

After reading the reviews we decided to take our kids there. They were celebrating Birthday of a 3 or 4 year old kid, so the entire focus was on this boy!! The birthday boy was the center of attention, he got to raise the flag and lead other activities while the other kids just looked on...Not a good experience!!!

Parents of young children must bring their families aboard for an amazing adventure. Cruise the Chesapeake as your young maties search the treacherous waters for lost treasure, ever wary of the dread Pirate Pete! A fun hour on the water, but be sure to call ahead and make reservations!

Our 3 year old loved it, as well as my wife and mom. The adventure was very entertaining and the staff worked hard at keeping the kids entertained for the entire ride. Would definitely do this again if we are ever in the area. Highly recommend it for ages 2.5 to maybe 7/8.
