worst customer service experience ever. viewing experience was not enjoyable. the icing on the cake was when I ordered popcorn my bag was ripped so I asked for another bag because I wasnt going to have popcorn and butter drip and fall on me. that just doesnt make sense. I have nothing bad to say about the original employee who gave us the popcorn he was cool and as soon as he saw the popcorn bag was FUBAR he grabbed the manager. So the manager came out and was unhelpful and pretty disrespectful with her tone of voice (she didnt say anything derogatory but there is a way to talk to people and that was not the proper way to treat anybody let alone a patron) to the point that she said in order to get another bag we had to pay for another thing of popcorn. Lady, this isnt rocket science I just wanted to put my popped corn in a bag that wasnt defective. After she was rude and very persistent in being wrong she refunded our money. It was only after she snatched the popcorn bag from us, threw it out, and gave us our money back she realized the error of her way and said, "oh i thought you wanted another bag to put popcorn in and feed it to other people." Anyhoot she made the experience suck. The facilities arent up to par. Go to white marsh or 10 minutes down the road to the Regal Cinemas in Abingdon or go to the AMC Loewes theater in White Marsh. Those places are great.

Yo. This is the DANKEST movie joint I ever been to. Most people who work their are A1, including the trash cans. The popcorn is great, not cheap, but hey they have to make money somewhere and it sure isnt from their cheap ticket prices. I would recommend in getting a bucket. It seems crazy expensive at first ($20); however, its worth the money in the end if you come to the movies atleast once a month. Every time you bring the bucket back you can refill it for only $4, plus there is normally a deal where you can add a discounted drink. It sure does change companies a lot though. The place should be called Flagimike. As far as the negative comments left here, they dont know what their talking about. You go to this place because its cheap or because youve been going their for years. I remember going to this place with my grand mama as a lil OG. Throughout the years it sure has changed a lot, but this theater still has kept that same home grown slightly stickey feeling it always has. Every time Im in town I try to stop by this place. To me, Churchville wouldnt be Churchville with out this little gem.

I always like to watch a lot of movies, and drink a lot of popcorn (A LOT), and this is the best joint in town to do it. Do you want to go down the big one , and spend an arm and a leg just for some Coke ? I do not think so . They have comfortable seating and the staff is very polite and sexy !!!! You can get a $5 movie on $ 5 Tuesday . How can you beat this deal ? You cannot. The very large security man is very good , gave us a free pass , when the popcorn machine made a loud noise . Go to Carmike!

Have been going to this theater for over 20 years and hasnt changed much still good service and still good quality theater for a small as they are has changed hands a few times but that has not affected the quality of the movies or where the service would recommend to anybody who doesnt want to stand in Long crowds and wait do wish that they still had arcade games there but that I can get over

Great local theater. My wife and I arent big on Popcorn or anything, so we never have to get refills on our soda or popcorn. As with every movie theater, those items are extremely overpriced but you cant really complain, thats the norm. The tickets are at a reasonable price and they always have the new movies. The rooms themselves are rather small, and they seem to be rather outdated.

Great local movie theater, the staff is young and friendly, they offer popular movies for great prices. Be aware, if its not a popular movie or not new, it wont be in a big theater and you may need to get there early. Although other times, Ive had the whole theater to myself. Also consider the bucket deal if you plan on going there a lot

The atmosphere is great, I always enjoy the bargain you get while coming here. But lets be honest the seats havent been updated in over 20 years. That is the only true downfall to this location. I also find the people whom attend this location are more respectful then those who go to the regal. This is a real sample of Harford county.

I love this little theater. They have cheap tickets on Tuesdays and I usually go about once a month. They have a decent selection of snacks and drinks, though like many movie theaters, their snacks are on the pricey side. The theaters are small and cozy, which I prefer to the bigger theaters, and the staff is always friendly.

I liked it better when it was owned by diggiplex. You did not need to join a club to get the discount on Tuesdays. The prices on food was better. And diggiplex let you have a Slurppie for the same price as a soda on tuesdays. At least they kept the 5 dollar tusday as long as you join there club.

Dont let the 3 star fool you! This is a nice theater I just have a higher standard since Im use to bigger AMC style theaters. Also note you may want to call to check movie times because the times online for me each time I go has been wrong but not by much but I do miss the previews.

Inexpensive local multiplex theater. Special deals on Tuesdays - really inexpensive on Tuesday. Not the most modern theater around but they are improving their selection of food as well as upgrading the theaters. Definitely worth a look

Crazy, 15 minutes of commercials, 20 min of previews, 30 seconds between each preview. Movie was supposed to start at 8pm didnt start till 8:40!!

Small, a bit cheaper, but you get a pretty good viewing on not there biggest screen with not the best sound system. You get what you pay for.

Small little roadside cinema. They have 7 showrooms but mostly small. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.
