When I went it was the morning, so it was just opening and I had no issue getting a lane. Everything went well, kids flooded about half the alley on the other side for what seemed to be a summer camp thing. Paying went smoothly and afterwards I played billiards, everything went smooth getting the pool balls and playing that too. I definitely will come back here, its great

We were having such a great time until it was time to pay. The guy who took our credit card got so mad in front of other employees because somebody forgot to ask for my license card before going bowling. To me thats bad management he should wait until we are gone to deal with that, on top of that he didnt even say thank you when were leaving. Wont go there again!

When I first got there it didnt seem bad. Noticed the lanes were very small and the balls werent that great. When I was about to bowl I noticed a roach crawling across the lane. Grossed me out. If there are roaches crawling down the lanes theyre definitely in the kitchen. Good prices but the bugs are a deal breaker. There are better bowling alleys in the area

Very friendly staff, best bowling pizza Ive ever had, well maintained (smooth) lanes, and up to date technology integration. Great place to take the kids, with the per bowler automatic retracting bumpers. A bar area is attached but separated with double doors inside in case you need a stronger drink. No drink refills on tea, but huge cup sizes.

The food here is typical bar food but its actually pretty good. I like their Buffalo Chicken salad a lot. They are known for their burgers but the chili dog is fantastic. I always get it with onions and mustard. Jessica works behind the bar and she always knows what we drink when we come in. The service is always on point.

Ive been going to this place for years and years... its always been super affordable, until last night. (Saturday) The two of us got there at 8:30 and it was $30 for an hour and a half of bowling, we got only two games in... thats far too expensive! Ive never paid so much to bowl in my life.

We had our sons 6th birthday party there. We had our own attendee, he was very nice answered any questions we had and kept everything filled. The extra prices were reasonable along with the kids having a great time. Party pack prices were great too. Thank you so much we had a great time.

Great place to bowl! Very clean and tidy! Updated appliances that use touch screens to customize your score board, while being very budget friendly and a great family activity that doesnt break the bank. I dont even like bowling, but had a great time and will definitely come back soon.

This a "must go" place..the bowling alley is very good and peppered with wonderful song videos n super ambience ..Brandon crossroad bowl also has a gaming zone other than bowling alley and that too is very nice with amazing games...it will make ur weekend supercool ..

Went here with my family and our lane was not working properly. Asked to changed to another and was told no, that we would have to pay to get a new lane by the manager. Wow! What an example of customer service especially by the manager. Will not be going back again.

Great place to bowl, and as far as bowling alley food goes bcb is the best by far. Its a good place to go bowl during the day if you want to work on your game, and its a fun place to go if you want to have fun with your friends at night.

I attended a birthday party here. The staff was very attentive and never left the sight of the group. They assisted the party goers with everything they needed. Super helpful. They also have a full vast lounge for adults only.

I came in to bowl at 11:15p.m. Sunday they turned my wife and I away from bowling cause they said they were done for the night. There were at least 25 people still bowling. Website says they close at 12:00 really its 11:00

Nice bowling alley... I wish they organized there lanes better, as far where they place people. Stuck next to kids 3-5years old on a Friday night. We are drinking and trying to have adult time..

Good prices, friendly staff and plenty of lanes. The bathrooms are run down but the bar is well stocked and the food isnt bad for bowling alley fare.

The bowling is good but what I really like are the chili cheese dogs from the restaurant. If you love CC dogs like I do this one is a 7.5 out of 10.
