I went to see American Sniper for 6:25 pm and we got our two tickets and we were directly to theater #4. When we walked in it, it was 6:26pm at that time so we figured wed save ourselves from watching the coming attractions. When we walked in we were surprised that the movie was already starting (or so we thought). 45 minutes later the movie (2hour 12 min) was over. They sold us 8:00pm tickets and on top of it the ticket taker employee pointed us to the movie theatre that already been running for 1.5 hours. When we figured out what happened they told us we were not allowed to walk into the original movie theater we were supposed to be in since it had already been going on for 1.15 minutes. OH OKAY... well so its okay to sell us tickets for an 8pm show that was supposed to be for a 6:25pm show and then allows to watch the last 45 minutes of the movie. Not for nothing but we didnt even get an apology or anything like free drinks (cost of .25 each). Really POOR POOR Customer Service!!! The owner sold us the tickets and said she wasnt the one who did it... What lousy attitudes they have!
Drove all the wy from Warwick on 7/20/17 in bad weather for a 9pm show and arrived 3 minutes late. The theater was locked up with closed sign in the window. I banged on the door and 2 employees on a ladder posting signs ignored me and didnt even have the couertsy to come over and tell me what the story was. No way they closed at 9 and had the ticket window and refreshment stand closed up in 3 minutes, they closed at least 15 min ahead of schedule. No considerationfor customers at all! I wont be making this trip again.
Awesome home town theater! Lynette, the manager, is always so helpful when inquiring about movie choices for my children. I have followed all her recommendations, and without fail, they have always been on the money. Our family has been patrons of this theater for years! Whenever we escape to the movies, this is always our first choice. It is close, it is clean, and we are always greeted with a warm friendly smile and a polite staff! Thank you for doing such a great job!
A great place to watch movies. My favorite local movie theater. The prices are very competitive so you can get popcorn and tickets. During popular evenings parking can be tricky, but still better than Middletown AMC. The seats here are also more comfortable than some other discount theaters. Having a pizza place right next door is also a nice bonus for a pre movie dinner.
Went to a matinee with my family and left my wristlet purse behind by mistake and didnt realize until I was 10 minutes away. Went back and the front asked me for my name, looked at my drivers license and returned it "in tact". Nothing missing. Was very impressed with their crew. The variety of movies and cleanliness is always very good.
I love coming to this theater because its clean, food is reasonably priced all on one level for the elderly. The only complaint, I wish the selections of movies were better. Fences is playing this week. Thank god, I can see it here, which I always preferred coming too. I readed the book in college.
You can afford to see a movie AND hit the concession stand pretty hard without having to work a second or third job to be able to afford it, unlike most theaters in the area! Clean theaters and friendly staff!
Ticket process are really good compared to any other place around. The staff are OK. My only real complaint is the volume level in the theaters. They always seem to have it at slightly too high.
WORST MOVIE THEATER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. POLICY STATES THAT YOU BUY IT, NO REFUND! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND *%[email protected]*%[email protected] DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!
This is one of my favorite theaters I have ever been to. It is close to me, and has good food, drinks, and movies that are playing. I come here a lot.
Small theaters with decent projection, but no online ticket reservations can be a problem for popular showings, so show up early to guarantee tickets.
Bring back the kettle korn. We used to love coming here, the kettle korn was such a fun treat with the movie. Now we might as well go to Galleria.
Just moved to the area and was looking for a bargain movie theatre! Its 20m from my house worth the drive, price, and recreation.
This place is peaceful if you dont want to be around a large crowd. Tuesday is a discount price for all movies.
Always fun, but Im a little upset they got rid of kettle corn. Also could use bigger screens.

I really like the smaller hometown feel of this theatre. Comfortable seats and priced right.
Clean comfortable neighborhood theater . Fresh made kettle corn is back and is such a treat!
Great mom and pop movie theater...the type of place where everyone knows your name
Not the biggest movie selection, but good seats, good employees, good popcorn.
Every time I walk in get get very excited and I would not go any where else!
Small screen, and walls so thin you can hear the movie in the next room...
I love the popcorn, the seats are comfortable, I always walk out happy
