Horrific experience! Took my 10 year old to see Wonder Woman and a fight breaks out. Took 5-7 minutes before someone from Regal came in. They then proceeded to "talk" with both parties right there, as opposed to removing them from the theater. After a good 10 minutes, the same parties got into it again. Still nothing done. I had to proceed watching out of the corner of my eye for the remainder of the movie. Went to management immediately upon the movie letting out and was told I should have gotten up and came out when the fight broke out. What? Get up and walk through the fight. God knows if anyone had weapons...why would anyone get up and make themselves a moving target in todays world. Several other patrons came over while I was talking to the manager to complain as well. After going nowhere with him, I asked for his supervisors name and number and I was told he did not have anyone higher up than him. So I asked for corporates number. He then proceeded to tell me they only have cell phone #s and he was not at liberty to give that out. I told him to give me corporates main number, which he did and I am awaiting a response. Whats the point of having security let alone police officers at the theater if you cannot even go and feel safe watching a movie. They should be ashamed of their response or lack thereof.

Great theater, but TOO LOUD!!! Im a "Diamond Status" Regal member so I see *alot* of movies at Regal Waugh Chapel. Ive been going there since the theater opened. During the first couple years, volume levels were mostly ok. But in the last couple years they have become TOO LOUD. Especially the IMAX theater is WAYYYY TOOO LOUD!!!! When I saw the movie Dunkirk there, I was wearing earplugs and it was *still* MUCH, MUCH TOO LOUD. Its so loud that the sound is completely distorted and you lose recognition of what is coming out of the speakers. It is completely nuts. This has to be fixed -- even in the non-IMAX theaters it is *very often* too loud. Please raise this at the corporate level since its also loud at Bowie Regal and pretty much all Regal theaters in Maryland. If this is not fixed, you *will* lose customers. Also you are causing permanent hearing loss, which could easily lead to lawsuits. If volume levels were reasonable, Id give 5 stars, but because the theaters are crazy loud, I cannot. Thank you.

The seats were great, the concession stand was fast, the movies in IMAX are awesome...however, the new glasses they gave us for the 3D movie of the Five Armies, and they were huge and covered my eyes. Basically, they worked fine for my husband, but on my face the black rims across top, prevented me from seeing the movie...all I saw was a huge black band across the top...and I just took them off, the ladies beside me were discussing the same thing...I liked the ones that were in the plastic case better than than ones with large black frames, and plastic eye piece. They need to change the 3-D glasses back to the old ones.

My and kids and I frequent this location for movies, its clean, quiet and comfortable! Yesterday afternoon we saw civil war ....good movie, good seats, popcorn, etc.. ..left the theater. This morning were heading out and no Serengetis to protect my eyes....oh no i dropped them at the movies! We all no the perceived verdict.......someone else is wearing them today!! But I still have faith in America so I called and behold, the team at waugh chapel found my shades and promptly put them in lost & found. Thanks for your great customer service. RJ

Went to a 130pm show on Saturday and it was a bit chaotic at the front are and didnt seem well ventilated. there were about 10 teenagers behind the counter and one open line. when one did stop staring into nothingness over the popcorn machine I got to order. I must say, the portions are extremely large. A "small" icee is more like a bucket shaped large. it was alright, nothing very impressive about it. bathrooms were not ventilated well and were not very clean. but, really your movie going locations are limited.

My wife and I used to go to the Bowtie Cinema theaters at Annapolis Mall before this theater opened. The thing we love the most is that the audiences here tend to be respectful and quiet. There are exceptions, but weve often experienced louder audience members at both Bowtie and Cinemark. The theaters themselves are clean and comfortable, with great sound systems. The concession stand can be a bit slow, but I do like that they have some more substantial food items, many of which are reasonably priced.

The theaters are as described. I have two complaints, and I knew it would happen when I saw how they were building the whole shopping center. There is not sufficient parking, especially is someone has mobility issues. It would have made so much sense to have additional parking in the rear. Not only that, I think that the selection of movies tends so heavily to action flicks that its not often that they actually show a movie Id like to see.

One of the nicest theaters in the area with comfortable seating, but it is necessary to arrive early because it is so busy. Finding parking can be difficult despite the large parking lot. The theaters are very small and fill up very fast. We have had to have our tickets refunded on several occasions, due to not being able to find a seat when arriving close to the movie start time.

Been here a bunch of times and never been overly impressed or unhappy with my experiences. That changed today after requesting the audio in the IMAX showing of Kong to be turned down and the manager ignoring that request, even after explaining that other people were complaining. Wont be back thanks to ignorant management experience. Too many other theaters to choose from. ✌

Good theater, good concession choices and like all movie theaters the concessions are overpriced...but the prices here are extremely overprices. You want to sneak food in you say? Give it a try just keep in mind they check all bags. The claim for this is violence in theaters. Hmmm. Either way it is a good theater, comfortable seats, good staff, and respectful patrons.

Decent theater, usually clean, but screens are generally small. The "IMAX" screen is only slightly larger, and compares to most other regular screens in better cinema markets. Beware IMAX pricing: a little over $20 for an adult matinee. That is absurd for what is a standard projection on an otherwise average screen and the IMAX designation is sort of misleading.

Very comfortable seats. Im short, so I really appreciate how the rows of seats are built like stadium seating, so the person in front of me is much lower. Very comfy plush seats that recline a bit. Very nice looking theater. Great concession stand. A lot of great restaurants near by Busy place though. If u can i suggest u pre purchase your tix

Ive been to this theater 3 times in the last year (last two times with children under 7). The experience is always great, except that they only have one size for the straws. We got them the "zap packs" and the cups arent even half of the size of the straws, which is very dangerous. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and friendly.
