So... Weve been here in the past for burger night which is always hectic with really slow service due what what looks like understaffing... But because youre paying such a good price you can look past it. Today however is (Mothers Day) unforgivable. Wow, way to make a special day for our small community just a terrible experience. From the ridiculous lay out of the buffet which was laughable because who puts a buffet in a L shape in a doorway? Then to add to the ridiculous... They ran out of food. One waitress said we could wait but they were only able to restock a few things but it wouldnt really be a full spread. Just refer to the photos... Two ladies were already yelping the crazy condition of the place. Never again. I would have placed reservations at Jackson Rancheria if I had known but you live and learn. DO NOT DO THE BUFFET EVENTS ITS NOT WORTH IT.

I love La Contenta! Every time I visit my family it is a must to play here. If I am really lucky and we have enough time, we will arrive early enough to enjoy a quality sit down breakfast. This beautiful course is shaded by large Oak trees and home to many wild turkey and deer. Each hole is unique and this makes it easy to recall the days round with one another. I have played here with beginners and Pros alike. Embrace her and she will embrace you back. I also like that the Red Tees arent placed so far up that its insulting. They do not have a driving range; However, their lovely practice facility includes a nice putting green you wont want to leave, chipping green with bunker and multiple cages to warm up in and without the added cost of range balls, you can save that cash for drinks on the turn. PS Aim to your left from the #4 Tee.

Went for brunch but we were a bit too late (theyd had a rush so were pretty much out of all breakfast items anyway.) Sat outside & it was gorgeous! Unfortunately there was a rather large party a couple tables over who had a pit bull - no leash or collar. The dog approached us, & being the dog lovers we are, my daughter started to put her hand out for the dog to smell. In unison several of the group loudly scolded my daughter saying, "Dont do that!... He BITES!" So, we endured the crass conversation, the "f" word being inserted after every word & the roaming biting pit bull with the mindset that it was simply a reality show in HD - & then we laughingly decided it was OUR very own reality show! Outstanding food though Cobb Salad definitely needs more chicken, service wasnt the best, but all in all quite a lovely - & interesting experience.

Extremely dissapointed with the service. First of our server didnt come by till 5-10 minutes after we sat , even though the place wasnt busy. She got our drink orders and came back 10 minutes later like "OMG I HAVENT BROUGHT YOU YOUR DRINKS?!". She never refilled the coffee. A large group sat behind us AFTER we got our drinks yet her service was so slow that they managed to get their food from their server first. Let me also mention that we never got our toast and English muffin. Zoe needs some serious retraining please. The food was pretty good but the service made is deplorable.

#1 - #17 are fair golf but #18 is not fair, very difficult par 4, probably should be a par 5 for average players, which would also make the course a standard par 72, even for pros it would be difficult to make a 4; if they did have a professional tournament at the course they could change it from a par 5 to a par 4, thats my suggestion and what I would do if I were in charge of the course.

Horrible service, we were not the only ones that walked out , waiting 30 min just to get drink orders but no drinks. Have more then one person working and taking orders on a weekend.

Great place to play with decent elevation change. Wish they would stay open a little later though. We had to come back with plenty of daylight.
