Built a brand new theater down in our area and I still have to travel to go see a 3D movie at a decent time. Its like they dont care about anyone that watches the movies that were released in 3D. Sometimes they dont even offer the movie in 3D the first week it was even released. And after the first week of release dont count on 3D being available for your movie if you were busy and couldnt make it opening week. And when it is available its at 4 oclock in the afternoon and 10 oclock at night so they might as well not even show them. 8 2D screens at covienent showtimes and 2 measly 3D showtimes at the worst possible times. 4:1 ratio. Im still at work for the first show time and the kids are in bed for the second show time. Its a slap in the face. They complain that the general public doesnt want to watch 3D but then they put him at the 4 oclock and 10 oclock time zones to die never giving them a chance. I voiced my complaint numerous times and all they want to do is give me free tickets to shut me up which I dont care about and have never taken. I want to be able to enjoy the theater and the movies as they were intended to be seen in 3D and not have to travel again. Thought this theatre was the answer to our theatre woes but weve exchanged one piece of crap for another that only cares about your revenue, not your movie experience. My hope is one day they wont discriminate against 3D movies. Just throw in 1 more 3D Showtime in the 6-8pm range, leave it there for more than a week and i would be happy to rewrite my review.

What kind of company would be stupid enough to have a facility whose GM is engaged to the Assistant Manager-A rude woman that apparently has no people skills whatsoever. Common complaint on the RC location in California, MD is the terrible food i.e. stale popcorn, cold hot dogs and so forth. ASM Laura seems to want to just argue with customers rather than make the customer happy. I personally mentioned this to the GM, got a blank stare and no reply. This combination of managers is NOT working for the good RC. One of them needs to be removed from this location. I am not speaking for just myself but rather for the many others I have heard the same complaint from. Most will say this facility has really gone DOWN since its opening. I got the feeling my last time there (which is my last time) that Management both in the theater and above seem to think they have the business so the customer is not first anymore. I hope you fix this issue soon. AMC is about to blow your doors off later this year.......

This is a 12 screen theatre. They have recently switched over to assigned seating, which has its ups and downs. The seats are wide and comfortable for watching a long movie. The concessions are quite expensive and not as many combo options. The popcorn is very sub par. It could be freshly popped and it will still taste stale. Yet they want to charge a premium for it. Their large cups and popcorn buckets have the weekly featured movie on them. This can make for a pretty cool collectors item. The staff is hit or miss on service, but thankfully are mostly congenial. They are not always the fastest moving, especially at concessions, though some of it can be put on the customer being indecisive and not ready. Only two choices in the area for movies, so what are you gonna do? Suck it up and come here and hopefully have a good time.

Great theater, very helpful staff and you cant beat the prices for the comfort and amenities! I used to live up near Baltimore where you were paying more than $15 a ticket for the same quality. Ive visited more than 20 times and my last visit was the only time Ive had a problem. The popcorn was stale and I went back to ask if I could get them to make a fresh batch and the guy just dumped it out and filled it back up with scoops of the same stale popcorn. I know it was near the end of the night but if I pay good money for concessions I would expect them to be willing to make a fresh batch if I ask.

Great theater, I have been going there consistently since they opened. Clean, comfortable seats, great sound and picture quality, workers are courteous and for the most part you can get through the lines pretty quickly. however, their reward program doesnt always give the number of points you should receive per visit (1pt per $1, up to 20 pts). Usually I get a popcorn and drink with my ticket which is around $15-25 total, and it will sometimes show that I only got 5-10 points for the visit. that is my only complaint.

Clean, comfortable theaters. Hope it stays this way! The lobby is the least impressive entrance Ive seen in a new theater; no grandeur whatsoever. It looks like R/C theaters had a bunch of pieces left over from the early 90s and they used them all here. Beyond that I would say that the interior comfort and quality of the screen rooms are equivalent to the theater at the Annapolis Mall. That is just fine by me. Keep the place in decent shape and youll have business forever!

Awesome theatre!! Clean, huge screens with digital projectors, stadium seating with super comfortable rocking leather seats!! The most impressive thing about this theatre are the sound systems. They are custom made and outperform every other theatre by far. There are only a few theatres in the world with HPS 4000 custom sound systems. It makes all the difference, especially with horror movies and thrillers!! I Highly recommend this theatre!!

Ok , maybe there was something terribly wrong with something tonight but when I arrived tickets were only being sold at the concession stand. The same person selling tickets was the same selling popcorn etc. The line was into the lobby and in the ten minutes I waited I moved once. Needless to say there were many movie goers leaving. Very disappointed in the service.

Its a nice theater. I been there multiple times. Never had assigned seating. But the other day i went to see bay watch and they had assigned seating and not knowing this me and my brother bought tickets to seats not next to eachother. Its should be first come first serve. We got there 30 minutes early for seats. Its not a baseball game its a dam movie. Smh

This is a very clean, very new theater that offers the newest movies with an awesome viewing experience. The food is good, especially the popcorn. The seats are comfortable and have a slight recline. The screens are large and the sound hits hard. Its never a talkative crowd when the movie is playing. Everything about this theater is great.

WTF. Went to see "Why him" with my girl. We walk in, go to buy tickets, and they ID us and wont sell me tickets because shes "too young." Shes 17, and im 19. What the hell. Its the movies, not a damn strip club. I saw worse things going to high school than i would have seen in that movie. Not wasting any more time or money going here.

Yes the seat do not recline. But I still think its an amazing movie theater. I definitely recommend marylanders to visit this teater. Ha
