This is a wonderful movie theater! Like some theaters Ive been to lately this one has converted over to the new lounge style seating with extremely comfortable spacious recliner chairs. They now have you pick your seats while buying your tickets. This is a great idea because there has been a handful times Ive been to some new releases at other movie theaters in the past and they oversell tickets leaving people sitting on the stairs or having to offer refunds to some customers. But that wont happen here thanks to the new seating assignment! Staff is always nice and the bathrooms at this theater are remarkably always clean, which is a nice little perk. Only issue I have, but this goes for all movie theaters so Im probably just preaching to the choir, but the prices of concessions and/or tickets couldnt hurt to be a little less in my opinion. However, with that said, I highly recommend if youre wanting to see a movie and live in good proximity to Harbour View (even if you have to drive a little bit) you should definitely come see it at the Regal Grande 16!

I stopped going to this theater because of the dirty seats, the uncleaned floors, and the dirty smell. I returned after the upgrades and to my surprise not only was the reclining seats installed, but the smelled had disappeared, and the floors were clean (not a norm when going to a late night movie). I love you can choice your own seats. It might not fare with people who decide at the last minute to go to the movies and they cant just sit any where. They also had a person checking the ladies purses for security purposes, but as I recall all the shootings in the past few months in theaters were not by a woman who had a purse. However, it was nice to know someone was thinking about the safety. Overall, I like the upgrades of the theater are now congruent with their surrounding venues.

The recliners are comfy. Typical movie theater food prices that are highway robbery. I will never understand the way you figure out seating. Too many times I have had to sit close to the screen because seats were "unavailable", even though the theater is more than half empty. Your customers should be able to freely pick where they want to sit instead of having to settle for garbage seats which is the only option you apparently leave everyone, especially with all the prices we have to pay. Unfortunately, this is the only theater close to my location, otherwise you would have gotten 2 stars and I would be taking my business elsewhere.

Love the assigned seats, dont have to stand inline for seats. With a family and popcorn it can be difficult. The staff are nice, but are in need of training. This is true about the management. Opening weekend and only two registers are open. Five or six staff members are behind the counter. Stale popcorn, slow service. Everyone is on their phones texting. The manager is making corn dogs, not managing the staff. No napkins in any of dispensers. Maybe my rating is a bit high... I really think with a bit of customer service training and attention to detail this theater could be great.

Me and my family went up there today to watch London Has Fallen and were turned away by the manager because my 3 month old niece was with us when just last week we were there watching Deadpool and she was with us then. Before that Dirty Grandpa. The list goes on. My point being if its a rule that parents are not allowed to bring their infants into an R rated film that rule needs to always be enforced not only when the manager is working the ticket booth. My sister and her husband felt discriminated against and they have been loyal customers but never again.

I enjoy going to this movie theater because it has the reclining seats. However you must pick your seat at the time of purchasing your ticket because seats are assigned. There are not as many seats in the theater as a normal theater has because seeds do recline. I went to see Tarzan at the last minute and the only seats available or in the first row. I thought my neck would hurt from looking up at the screen for the duration of the movie but to my surprise when I reclined my seat it was a comfortable View.

Very pricey just to sit in leather seats that recline. Its nice you can pick your seat but if you dont buy online first chances are slim youll get the seats you want when you go to the ticket booth. Will not be returning to this theater mainly because of the attitude of the manager, he has also given friends of mine a hard time before. i wont be coming back, there are better theaters out there for a better price and nicer staff.

Older theater with little upkeep. Arcade inside. Seats are nice but not as fancy as the Paragon. One of our seats did not recline so we had to move down, all 9 people and hope someone did not buy that seat. Closed caption glasses never seem to work as expected with today being no different. Nice to have senior tickets and lower price for children. Popcorn and drinks were good but expensive like most places.

Saw the new MI. I guess its been out for a while because my friend and I had the theater to ourselves, felt weird. Anyway, seats are awesome, the reserved seating is a little awkward, fortunately I was able to move around once the movie started. Price for popcorn is still too much, we brought our own and popped it the employee break room, I hope nobody saw us...

I often take my dad to the movies, especially military ones. He is a Viet Nam Vet and is handicapped. All to often we are unable to get handicapped seating because they are taken. When the show starts I notice that the people sitting in the handicapped seating do not appear to be handicapped at all, so thats kind of frustrating. Comfortable seats though.

My 2nd favorite theater. They were starting to fall behind, but then they remodeled a couple years ago, and their auditoriums now are fitted with spacious seats, that actually recline! And they have a decent space between them too. And they are now equipped to play 3d, imax and all those other terms for high-def quality movies.

Very good seating and very good seating reservations. The picture and sound are superior. The only thing keeping this from five stars is the outdated requirement to stand is long lines for movie snacks. Other theaters have changed the way this is done. So should they. The lines for snacks were long and slow.

The upgrade to the Harbor View Grande theater is awesome. You are given a seat number, or you can reserve a seat number online and just go there without joining a long line to get tickets. The reclining seats are also wonderful: comfortable and cozy. The theater is surrounded by restaurants and ice-cream place.

Great seats. Very comfortable. Nice to not have to walk around looking for seats as you can choose them when you buy the tickets. Food prices are high but not really any different from other theaters. Its definitely not the closest location for me but well worth the drive. Keep up the good work!
