Love it - but I am specifically referring to Warren 21 on the east side of the complex. You must be +21 to get in (alcohol served) and its completely worth it. Take a short walk down a hall and they will take your tix and open the door for you to the food/drink bar. We always get the fancy nachos and you can get it with chicken or pork. Comes with sour cream and guac but the salsa tastes just like taco bell sauce... As a wine lover I actually opt for beer here...they charge $9 for a meager glass of red or white varieties...ive gotten better by the glass prices at more upscale places. Plenty of other nice food/mixed drink choices just dont expect anything healthy. And if you just want popcorn well hey they have that too. Once you sit in a +21 theatre you will never want to sit in standard stadium ever again. The power seats are wide, reclining, heated (you can control temp), good size tray area for food and your standard cup holder. Good aisle space for walkbys too. Its best if you buy your tickets online in advance so you can pick your seats, but one time the system was down for hours so we had to show up at the theatre and buy. They will turn a touch screen around so you can pick your seats. I suggest the back 2 rows, center. Also, one time we actually purchased seats, got to the theatre and a woman and her daughter were in our seats. They refused to getup. We had to explain that we paid for those seats which was really annoying...I pray that no one else has that experience.

This theatre is AWESOME! My husband and I were just visiting the area and wanted to catch Beauty and the Beast. We chose this theatre even tho the prices are a little high - but youre not just buying a ticket, youre buying an experience. When we came in the main lobby we saw a diner and decided to get food to take to the movie. My sandwich was delicious and my hubbys nachos were decent, but the standout was the side of real mashed potatoes! The food was presented quickly, and we began the trek to auditorium 6. Be sure you allow plenty of travel time from the main entrance to the furthest showings. Thats the only criticism we have. Walking to the theatre we passed employees in usher uniforms, and there were retro lights and accents everywhere. There were also pics of old and new stars - very old Hollywood! The recliners in the theatres themselves are very comfortable, and heated if you desire. Then the final touch - a velvet curtain raises as a voice welcomes you to the show! Very few previews, no commercials like other chains have done. And then theres an adult area upstairs that we didnt visit but want to. We greatly recommend this as not just a movie but as a wonderful date night, or destination for friends to spend an evening. As Mikeys brother is fond of saying "try it, youll like it".

First impressions of the Warren 21. Expensive for the marginal experience. I have to get up to get my food seams like a step backwards from the old town warren. Additions are: seats are now the electric fold out style with heat warmers, alcohol, glass inserted doors... Reserved seats are standard so expect to sit with people you dont know. Alcohol selection is fairly bad food slection is minuscule. Good luck getting the value you pay for your food aswell over $10 and it looks like it came out of the mocrowave oven. Needless to way Im not impressed at all with the cost of this. Will not be coming back. Theaters outside of wichita step up their game and are now leaving the warren theaters in the dust and at a more resonable price... Wichita is now a monopoly for Mr. Warren brought to you by the Wichita city government... Only redeaming quality is the seats are comfortable... But judging by the other reviews on here people need to get outside of wichita a bit more. Enjoy and stay classy Wichita.

Boyfriend and I have pretty much exclusively seen movies on the west side (mostly for the IMAX) for about five years now. We had no idea that Warren had recently dedicated part of this theater to "Warren 21", and we were only going to this side to save time. We are SO impressed! One of our biggest issues with spending money to go see a movie has always been people who bring their kids and dont take them out when theyre crying, dont stop them from running around the the theater. (Seriously, who brings a baby to Godzilla in IMAX? And if you feel the need to, why do you let them scream for most of the movie?) but this idea solves all of our problems! There are even bathrooms on the 21+ side, so you dont have to worry about kids then, either! The 21+ side has several theaters showing different movies, so theres plenty to choose from, including kids movies. I am very excited to come back and watch Petes Dragon, Moana, and many more without the fear of sitting next to some little terror ☺

We drove here last night in terrible weather and made it right at 10:28pm, they already had their doors locked and just completely ignored us. Other people were already standing outside including a guy whose family was in a movie and had ran out to his car who they had locked the doors on. The manger eventually let us in and the staff treated us terrible as they took our tickets and refused to serve us anything from the snack bar. I have usually always went to the Downtown Warren but the movie we wanted to see unfortunately wasnt playing at that time. Now I remember why I dont go to this location and I will never return to this location again.

Since Warren Cinemas were acquired by Regal it has have significantly come down in prestige, quality, pride, sound and yes, even the popcorn. From the employees lack of pride in striving to meet or exceed the movie going customers expectations, to their untidy soiled, wrinkled uniforms, to their indifference in making suggestions or guiding the visitor, to the disappearance of the WAVE surround sound. To top it all off tickets are printed on cheap paper and worst of all: THE POPCORN !!!is NOT the same as before. Its a lower quality, DRY, too Salty & stale!!! I wish Regal would follow in the footsteps of Mr. Bill Warren. Very disappointed.

Im not big movie fan and will only go for the movies I find worth my time and money. When I do go, I always find the 13th street Warren as one of the best theaters I have ever been to, and Ive been to many around the world. Warren sets the bar for what a theater should be. Theaters are always clean (no gross factors), restrooms are kept up, and staff is always making it right. The addition of the "Warren 21" makes a fantastic get away when you just want to relax in their ultra comfortable reclining/ heated seats that are well spaced from others. The "21" is limited to those over 21 years old so no teenagers or kids to put up with.

We normally go to the Imax and love it. This time however we decided to go the normal theater. Bad move on our part. Immediately upon walking into theater 16, we experienced a strong urine smell. We helped a man look for his glasses and found so much trash. After sitting in the seats for just a short amount of time, I was so uncomfortable. I fidgeted throughout the whole movie, due to pain from broken down seats. My husband felt the same way. I noticed other people fidgeting a lot too. I guess if we go to the Warren again we will only go to the I max, but the whole theater needs to be updated. Thank you.
