Our family recently came here because of its fantastic look. They are very restrictive on what you may do here and sometimes rude. During the party some of the servers would roll their eyes and make rude comments when you ask them about food. Even slap the food on your plate like a lunch line at school. The service was great but the employees attitude really ruined the night. We got alot of complaints from various family members during and after our event. Nonetheless the night was fun and we did not let them put a damper on everything. If you schedule a party here, be prepared to fight for how YOU would like your party or event planned. The manager is a good guy and is very professional. I do recommend this banquet hall for a memorable occasion.

They have very good customer service and excellent food! We all enjoyed our party with the whole family. There was about 250 guests and the management of Platinum made it very easy for us to plan and manage the party. Thank you for your help and caring work.

The employees kicked us of the table. They would hurry us up to eat and the food was really cold. They rolled there eyes and would make faces at us. They called security for no reason. Very bad but the place was pretty
