Probably just a bad employee but I havent been back to this place since this happened because I was furious at the lack of effort to provide customer service. I had a gift card (which I have since given away because I was pissed and still am when I think about it). I went to see a movie and seconds after placing cash on the counter top I remembered I had the gift card. I said "wait I think I have a gift card." I pulled out this gift card but upon presenting it to the cashier was told by her with my cash still visible in her hand that "its too late I already pressed the button." I explained that I have a gift card. (Requiring no explanation because it was in my hand) I asked if there was anything they could do or if I could talk to someone. Got a stone faced "NO" from this individual and was told, "sorry I already pressed the button." At this point I am appalled at the complete lack of effort to assist me and I proceeded to watch the movie. My jaw remained dropped as I walked past all of the beautiful interior decorations that everyone else mentions in their reviews. I dont even remember what the movie was anymore but I can STILL remember this incident and still have not been back since. No amount of free movies can rectify this experience so I will simply not go. My friends have free tickets here for Spider-Man tonight. I will not be going. Every time I hear of this place this is the only story that comes to my mind. Ive only been here once and wont ever be back if I can help it. I cant drive past without getting angry. Im not vindictive, just deeply saddened and angered by one experience with one person.

***Really Disappointed With Response From Management*** My Spouse and I choose Regal Cinemas Canterra for all movies. We were really existed on the recent upgrade especially in Auditorium 15(RPX) --Recliners with Butt kickers. We booked tickets for XXX-Xander Cage movie on a Friday night(the last show) and expected to enjoy buttkicker experience.Nothing happened and I followed up with the theatre Manager next day.He told that there was some issue and its been resolved. We again went to RPX screen for watching Logan(Friday night 10:45) show and the same experience. We realized that Buttkicker is a hoax and they wont turn it ON purposefully. If its due to limited number of audience during 10:45 show then it should be mentioned somewhere that effects wont be turned ON and we could have selected either 7:45 or 9:45 show Thanks Aravind

Was in on Sunday to see Hitman............the volume so loud my ears hurt. I went out to ask them to turn it down. So did a number of others attending the same movie. When I walked towards the "manager" in a suit with a name tag, he picked up speed and shouted back to me and others that he already turned it down once. I yelling said, because he was doing his best to avoid us, that I was in there the whole time and the volume did not go down. Never did he stop to address us or acknowledge that he was going to try and adjust the volume more. The movie was well into the first hour before we could even understand the actors. Very, Very disappointed in the customer service.

Do not get me wrong the game room is fun. The laser tag is priced inadequately for the time that is played. The girl working in laser tag yelled any the customers to make The quiet, instead of The gravity ropes is really cool the only problem was the employee. She would not raise her voice to give instructions. There was roughly 30 loud kids around us and she was mumbling. The food was ok, the pizza crust was not as crisp as I would have wanted it to be. In my opinion the way to make the experience better would for the employees to actally care. Instead of sitting on their phones and actually care. In business you work you do not waste time.

I went to see a movie at the Regal Cantera in Warrenville Easter Sunday. The young man in front of me began texting. I asked him to put his phone away after the second time. After asking him twice, he held up the phone so everyone around him could see it. I left to speak to the manager and subsequently the young man was refunded his money and asked not to return to the theater...and I missed the end of the movie. I went to the theater for the movie experience. I guess now, the best way to get that experience is at home with Netflix, Red Box or OnDemand.

Stay out of theater 14 the movie projector stinks (Ogden 6 quality) and management knows about it and wont replace the projector and the sound quality in Theater 14 is not well either very low very low hard understand what was being said. January 1st went to see ROUGE ONE theater 17 the sound quality was great, but the picture was dark. Pretty sad when the previews and adds look better than the movie. We are taking our business elsewhere. We tried talikng to your manager but he doesnt seem to care. Sad.

I enjoy this theater because it offers buying your ticket online to avoid standing in line. They offer alcoholic beverages if you enjoy this with your movie and have lots of choices for snacks. The reclining chairs are wonderful and offer lots of leg room. You dont feel crowed and on top of your neighbor who could be a stranger depending on how crowded the theater is at the time. Its a little further away from my home than a couple other movie theaters but we drive here for the reclining chairs.

the ultra-rude hero working the front would not let me in without going through my 2 year olds diaper bag. I handed him the bag and he told me to open it. I said "go ahead" and he wouldnt. dont be scared, theyre just diapers, sippy cups and a change of clothes. I vowed that day to NEVER return, and I havent. and I never will. sucks, too... I really loved this place. I used to work here when a good company ran it (AMC) - I even met my wife here (she worked here too).

Great contraction and architecture on the outside layout. Interior Design and decor beautiful. This place is huge and plentiful. I went midweek matinee and of course ot was dead. Im pretty sure that on the weekends this place is packed with teens and young adults. Nice sounds system and screens. Only reason why I didnt give it 5 star was because of the seats. However, I did see a sign say they will be getting the lounge chairs shortly, so that will be amazing.

Expensive movie theater but its soooo worth the money. They just renovated so almost theaters have recliner seats. Very luxurious. You can reserve you seats ahead of time which is AMAZING. You dont need to scramble to find seats. They sell adult drinks if youre over 21. Food is pretty decent. Only con is: Dont be fooled by what is called buttkicker seats. Seats are suppose to move a little as per the movie but nothing happened. Biggest disappointment ever.

Hadnt been here in awhile so I was pleasantly surprised by the theater renovations. The leather reclining seats are very comfortable and change the experience. The walls between the rows add a level of intimacy to the experience as well and actually makes me want to go see more movies in theaters. The ticket buying process was slow though as everyone had to select their seats when purchasing tickets, this slowed everything down due to indesiciveness.
