Overall, I love this theater, however, with every pro there is con. The renovations are great and they do have the latest and greatest movies to see. The assigned seating is a bonus for me because I used to go to a theater in Chicago that was set up the same way. The new seats are VERY comfortable. The 6.00 Tuesdays are great for a little something different during the week. The rewards program is excellent - we see so many movies that we get our rewards quickly and generally have earned something from the concession for free or at a discount. The only con is really the kids/teenagers that frequent the place. This really isnt the theaters issue (more like parenting or lack thereof) except that it needs to be controlled better. They just need to be more aggressive in handling their utter disregard for other moviegoers. That being said - everything else is just great!

2/12/2017 We went to see Lego Batman and there were noisy and disruptive guests in the row in front of us. I asked the people that work there to please do something about it. I expected those guests to be asked to keep quiet as they were having conversations, they were on their phones and they were flailing there arms around. Like I said they were in front of us so it was disturbing to our experience. The management decided to just send a kid to walk up and down the theater. I know that the kid saw one of the guests on their phone yet they said nothing to said guest. We had to endure the rest of the film with those annoying guests. Im disappointed that this theater obviously doesnt take these complaints seriously.

We purchased tickets for It and unfortunately ended up being unable to attend that particular showing for which we bought tickets. Calling the theater, we spoke with a very helpful young man & young lady (Jordan was the girls name, but we forget the boys name) who were instrumental in securing tickets for a show at a later time. They even ensured that we received tickets in the same seats and for the same GDX experience. Obviously that may not always be the case due to availability, but they went above and beyond with their management team to rectify our issue. We always have a great time at this theater. Its always clean and the staff is always super kind. This will definitely keep us coming back.

love the new renovations. Dont like the "assigned seating" especially in packed theaters because people dont sit in their "assigned seats" staff needs to find a better way to organize it. Also, with the assigned seating, people can choose their seats anywhere during the purchase and that can leave a bunch of single seats, so groups wouldnt be able to sit together if its only single seats left. There needs to be a better way to oversee the picking of seats when purchasing and then enforcing those seats in the theater. Because of this, I recommend getting there earlier then you normally would and order tickets online ahead of time.

Ever since the theater has gone to reserve seating (that you have to pay extra for), they have blocked out seats that no one ever sits in. When you talk to management about issues its as if they dont care. We went to go see Sing the day after Christmas and the projector messed up so bad that they had to stop the movie and reboot the projector. We had to go to management to ask for a refund and they made us feel as if it was wrong that we asked to be compensated for their issue. I would recommend going to a theater that actually cares about its customers.

This is a great place to watch a movie. This theater is freshly renovated (some external work to the facade still in progress at time of posting) with new lobby and seats in the theaters. Reserved seats remove the pressure of having to save seats for your friends while they are getting popcorn and the nice electronic recliners that you can sit in in the front are amazingly comfortable. The theater always seems clean and we have never been to a movie here that felt overcrowded. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Overpriced, the seats are a million years old, all torn up uncomfortable, and nasty. One even broke when my friend sat in it. Employees are very rude, they kicked a whole section out of the theatre with no warning because they couldnt figure out who was being loud (that person was just laughing at the movie). They lied and said they gave us a warning but no one in the whole section heard them and they threatened to get the cop. They didnt even give us a refund.... The movie was 9.25$! Worst theatre Ive ever been too.

I understand its still not completed. It was our first time trying this out since they have been under going this new transformation.You can pre order your seats. We didnt of course. It was a early show. Line was still a little congested. Good thing we arrived early.They still assigned us to certain seats. My question is if you arrived late. I dont know how you would be able to read the seat numbers.Experience was ok. The screen viewing was like in Imax. They need more bathrooms. Still prefer Showplace.

Ive had 1 bad experience there with unsupervised kids running around, throwing things, and ruining the movie experience for the rest of the people in the theater. Management would not kick them out after multiple complaints from multiple people. Thats the one reason theyre not getting top marks. BUT that is my ONLY complaint about the theater. Ive never had any other issues with management, speed of service, or cleanliness. I would definitely recommend Kendall 11.

This movie theater has recently been renovated. The chairs are nice and gives you plenty individual room to stretch your legs. . The bathrooms were clean. The concession stand has lots of choices. I love the summer movie event, this was our last visit, where the 10 oclock movie is only $1.00. This is a great deal and a nice thing to do on a very hot day or when its raining. The children and I really enjoyed going. Staff was nice and helpful.

Somehow a three-year-old child ended up in our theatre for a hard-R film...and the kid would not stop talking. I complained to the usher and he said he would help...nothing. So a short while later I went back out and complained to the manager; he sent someone in to stand near the entryway and watch...the kid continued ruining the movie and the employee did absolutely nothing but stand there. Terrible service. Incompetent management.

Attended to see a movie which sold out after we purchased the last tickets. However, we could not get 2 seats together throughout the theatre for our family of four. I went to the manager Jessica and explained the above. She was great! Not only did she refund our purchase but was able to provide tickets to another movie we were interested in. This is an example of customer service at its best! Thank you Jessica!

Great upgraded seats and remodeled. Only complaint i found was the extra large screen they had. The screen was fine dont get me wrong but the sound was just way over the top. Alittle too much actually but luckily i had ear plugs i keep stuffing in my coat pocket from work. Me and my wife had to use them it was really unbearable. So thats why its 4 stars rather then 5
