I normally frequent this theater very much. After my experience yesterday 8/21/16, I will drive elsewhere. Upon waiting to get my concessions the 2 attendants decided to ignore that I was there while they continued to clean the popcorn machine after visually acknowledging me. It was only after what I could assume was a supervisor opened a door located to the back of the concessions area that I was assisted. I have no problem waiting but the way that I was treated after that was the exact reason I will never return. The 2 attendants assisting me were beyond rude, being sarcastic and there overall attitudes were more then poor. At this point the assumed supervisor decided to say something as to how I was being treated by these 2. She asks, "Is he your friend, do you know him?" the one attendant replies yes hes your friend and then glances at me giving me a "look". I say nothing an walk away, having no idea who these people where. My movie experience after that was fine. I prefer to enjoy my movies without being harassed by the people that I am paying $17 dollars too for a drink and a nachos. Good theater if you dont mind being verbally harassed by there employees .

This theater has a number of features that stand out from others, but still a few things that they can work on. Starting with the good. The theaters have leather, plush, wide, fully reclining electronic lay z boy style seating with folding tables for drinks and snacks. There is ample arm room as well for every guest and the sound quality and display is top notch. However, on my visit I found the lobby very dirty. Popcorn scattered all over the carpet, every trash can was pouring out with garbage and none of the employees seemed interested in cleaning the area. They were all chatting away with each other. The lobby also needs a massive overhaul. There are pink and turquoise fluorescent tube lights all over the place. I felt like I went back to the 80s. Cinemark has a much better lobby and overall theater experience imo. The pricing is also very high. $11.25 for a movie! You could just watch a matinee showing at cinemark for 4.50. The only selling point here is the seating so far. But with a little more work and a properly trained staff this theater could stand with besides others in the area.

Have been coming here for almost thirty years. The new management from a few years ago has totally replaced all of the seating with awesome powered reclining chairs. Really really comfortable! The projection screens are always in good condition. The theater has acceptable or better sound equipment thats in good condition. The lighting is good, with illuminated floor numbering to find your row in the dark. Surprisingly, with the new recliner chairs, its even acceptable to sit in the front row now. I mean, I dont want to, but if you get stuck there youre in WAY better shape than if it were the regular crap chairs most theaters have. Normally dont buy concessions, so I honestly cant make any comment about the popcorn quality.

After months of waiting and then pre buying tickets for Star Wars. These idiots issued us the wong 3 D glasses. When I asked the high school aged manager he told me I could leave early and he would give me a pass for a later date. This was the biggest movie opening of the decade and we had 2 and 1/2 D because no one new what to do to fix it. One employee said there was only one set of 3D glasses. So I guess, if all else fails, lie. This was inexcusable. Why wasnt an adult on duty for this event? Worst, the one kid told me they knew about this all day and didnt warn anyone. I guess get the money comes first. Very disappointed as was my 8 year old son. Stay away from this place.

Went here last weekend and saw dont breathe which was amazing. We bought our tickets through atom (first time user) we got there a few minutes late but everything was smooth until we got to our seats. Two people were sitting there. We told them that we had bought out seats but they didnt believe us. So my husband decides to talk to Monica (went to hs together, i remember her face) and she checked our tickets and we got our seats with no problems. Good job to her. Other then that movie was good and popcorn was great. Ive been coming to this theater since it was showplace but this is my best experience. Thank you!!

My family loves going to this theater. We get to pick out seats and they are large comfortable power recliners. We each bring a blanket since most theaters tend to be a little chilly. We kick off our shoes and get comfortable for a pleasant movie experience. The food is average and over priced but there are some great restaurants in the same shopping center that offer good food for way less than the theater. Just plan on going either before or after the movie for a great overall experience. Food quality and price are why I give this a 4 star. We will still go to this theater as our primary option.

OK maybe once or twice awhile ago this place was DECENT but recently every time I go there theres something wrong either theres one or two food items they dont have but the most recent was absolute carelessness. Took my sister to see The Revenant and they didnt even bother to clean up from the last viewing so there was garbage EVERYWHERE including our seats. We had to find clean ones and they were probably somebody elses we took. Thatll be the last time I go here forget it. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me lol

Great theatre, I moved here from San Diego a few months ago and its definitely cheaper even with the recliner seats. People on here complaining about food prices, have you guys been to a theatre before?? Those are typical prices, even cheaper by a few cents, the soda cups are even bigger than what Im used to. If you dont like it then sneak in a can of soda, its not hard lol. I usually go see a movie just after they open so it feels really good when I get lucky and have the entire theatre to myself haha

Went to see IT with my boyfriend last night. This is our usual theater and we LOVE the place. Only able to give 3 stars this time due to the fact that the girl who sold us our tickets said our seats would be adjoining but they werent and she also told us that we had a free popcorn AND a free small drink, but we ended up only having the small drink on our regal club card. Still a great theater, just wish that the newbies would remember their training when serving loyal guests such as ourselves.

El mejor de él área! Llevo 5 años viviendo en Bolingbrook y después de ir a todos los cines cercanos, REGAL ES EL MEJOR! Y ahora con los nuevos asientos reclinables no tiene NADA QUE ENVIDIARLE A NINGUNO!!! Lo mejor de todo, ECONÓMICO!

I havent been to the show in ages but when I used to go, this theaters staff was always kind & welcoming and the prices arent anything to complain about. Granted, compared to other theaters, its shy of being anything grand in size but it does make you feel at home. The fact its located within the same radius of a strip plaza, Meijer grocery store, and Panda Express makes its location appealing if the theater food/snacks werent sufficient enough for your liking.
