The reason this place gets two stars is because the staff was very friendly I have been to the one that is their competitors in the same area of International Drive and the staff is not friendly at all, they just stand around and watch you with frowns on their face, so other than the staff being happy to be at work,. They do NOT slake at all with making sure you are 100% following the rules,. Even if they have to tell you 20 times in a row what the rules are and they will tell you 20 times in a row constantly while youre trying to have fun, even if your child is little like a toddler you cant hold their hands and jump with them., TRULY TRULY OVER CROWDED, and if there is a party you are limited to where you can jump plus over all the other one down the street is bigger and more spacious, so if I have to choose between the two I would choose the bigger one they dont bother you while youre jumping, and its more spacious and its not as crowded even though the staff isnt Friendly which I truly dont care about because Im having fun with my family, its just nice to see friendly faces

I really enjoy to take the kids to this place, but today June 24th 2017 the A/C was not working, I just noticed it in the trampolines area, because it was really hot outside, near to 97F, the point is at the time to pay nobody tell me anything about this issue, they completely charged the full amount for one hour jumping, then after 30 minutes sweating I asked for a cup with ice and one of the staff members said No omg No?? my kids were burning, at least they offer after all ice and water in a bar car for all people. I am not going anymore to this location, because I think they should close if they are running without A/C, and I feel this is a problem with the mall due it is closed, and just few stores are still open.

I need to drop by here and leave a review for Skyzone. We had a private event here where we rented out a dodgeball court for 2 hours for a birthday. Everything, from the booking, to arrival, to offerings, to the openness about pricing, everything was handled absolutely perfect. The team from the start was incredibly professional and very easy to work with. They were always available and were there for anything I needed for the event. Brittany and the crew here at Skyzone could not have given us a better experience. Thank you so much for such a great event! We will most definitely be using them again, I look forward to it! I highly recommend using them for any events you need to book.

Came here for the afternoon to jump with 2 small children. In the rule zone we were told we could jump with the kids. Once we started jumping we were told we were not allowed in that area by a different employee. Another employee told us we could jump in that area. Then we were told by another employee we could jump in that area.....but no higher then our knees. The zone for kids aged 0-4 was over run with big kids, and no employee seemed to mind and let them continue to junp. We got our money refunded and will not be returning to this establishment as there are other jump facilities more family friendly.

Took my family there and friends from out of town. Ages from 7 to 18. First they have a bunch of areas closed so it was crowded. Kids got bored after 10 mins so dont waste money for more then 30 min. Worst part my niece got hurt really bad. She had to take a wheel chair out. She is very active just landed wrong and messed her knee up. Staff filled out a form and gave ice. Not worth getting hurt when on vacation. Staff just filled a form and gave ice so I am assuming this happens often. Seems like they got a routine for people getting hurt here.

Skyzone made my sons 5th birthday party an incredible experience! All our friends and family couldnt stop saying how awesome everything was. America our party coordinator made his party smooth and so much fun. My little boy said it was the best day of his life so you can imagine how happy I was. The party was also reasonably priced and far less than what I usually spend on birthday parties. It really was one of the most memorable days of our lives. Thank you so much for making my little boy so happy on his big day!

Had a blast with my 2 year old here. They do a 2-5 year old session on Wednesdays from 10-12 and its only $10. For another $10 you can join, and I would definitely recommend joining in. There are multiple huge trampoline areas, a dodge ball area, basketball and volleyball sections, and a giant foam block pit you can catapult into. Since it was all small kids there was plenty to do without worrying about her getting trampled. Amazing deal for $10.

Absolutely memorable. Very friendly staff. And they met all of our expectations. Ive been to a the Sky Zone in Deltona: But Sky zone of Orlando is now our absolutely favorite. The only game that was missing was the Warzone that the Daytona location has, and they Orlando doesnt.. But the quality of service made up for it. Lee which was our party coordinator was absolutely remarkable. Everyone there was pleasant.

As a business owner, I really appreciate experiencing another business that holds themselves to higher standards around its customers experiences and emphasizes a friendly, helpful staff. My sons 5th birthday party was held here. Words cant explain how happy my son was due to the phenomenal staff at Sky Zone. He said this was the best birthday hed had. The staff was beyond helpful , the place was clean , the staff ensures safety at all times and most of all there was lot to do /to exhaust the kids. Sky Zone Orlando FL and its staff rocks. . We came for a birthday party. Overall fun experience for my child. The place is clean with a friendly staff. Carnival food available at a steep price. Restrooms are outside across the hall. Parent sitting area super uncomfortable stadium seating. They have multiple jump areas with dodgeball and volleyball. They also have a gymnastics style ball pit to jump in.

Skyzone has worked with my group The Autism Society of Greater Orlando many times. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are special needs friendly and go out of their way to accommodate whatever we need. Brittany and Jada were a huge help at our recent event. I highly recommend Skyzone for parties and fun visits.

Use to be fun. Til kaleb and nelly came. Thinking they own the place and can walk all over Brittany. Cant play dodgeball with the ppl I bring just cuz of their age.
