Prior to going we didnt read any of the reviews below so wasnt sure what we were in for. This was my families first escape room and OMG...we all loved it. We partnered up with two other individuals so it was a total of 8. We did Jail Break and this room had so many twist and turns..ups and downs... I actually found myself counting and turning in circles (literally) lol. This was a good team and family event we stuck together and made it out, but defiantly not what we expected. This room and staff exceeded our expectations by far. Now reading the reviews of everyone who has been to other rooms prior to this one, makes me wonder if we should try the others. Not sure if they would be able to compete with this one. We will be back to try the inheritance and they are also creating another room. Im so excited about this place, you have a returning customer. Thank you.

This was the best Team Building experience! We went to the "Jail Escape" room as part of the team building event from work. Our team had 8 people, which was on a crowded side, but still manageable. There were many more puzzles and clues than I expected. It was fast pasted and fun. I am a little on the claustrophobic side, but I had no problem being in a relatively small space. Not to mention there are "panic" buttons accessible from each space, just in case. We got helpful clues when we got stuck (some rooms are easier than the others). Overall a great experience, especially for the discounted ticket price. There is another, space themed room that was supposed to be opening soon and I would love to go back and try that one.

We brought six 13 year-old boys here for our sons birthday, and they had an absolute blast!!! My husband and I got to walk around beautiful downtown Tempe for a bit while the kids were there. We came back before the hour was up, and the staff was so friendly - they even let us peek in on the monitors to see the kids working together to get clues. Weve been to several escape-the-room venues, and this one is by far the nicest and most well-managed. I highly recommend Escape Zone AZ for birthday parties, family bonding, team building, or fun with friends!

This is a really cool thing to do ... it was exciting and difficult but not too difficult... and each game is kind of tailored to you and your groups needs and ideas. This is the first time Ive ever tried anything like this but when I brought the coupon off of Groupon I accidentally purchased two from two different places ... this was my first one and I loved it. I cant wait to see what the other one is like. If youre thinking about doing this, do it, its an experience of a lifetime ... Its something that me and my family will surely not soon forget.

Super Fun! Best escape place yet! I will say try to go with a group of people you know you can depend on because if you get stuck with people who arent team players you most likely will not get out in time. Everyone brings something unique to the table so give every teammate a chance and use their strong suits. I went 3 times. Twice I succeeded and once failed due to 4 people refusing to share info of clues they learned. (very frustrating) Staff is awesome, Rooms are very intricate, story-lines believable. You have to try them out. :)

This is probably the 15th escape room we have done (both in the US and internationally), and this was by far one of the most well constructed and creatively put together escape room weve done. We really loved how intricate and surprising many of the puzzles were, and how cool many of the contraptions the owner created for the room. Many of the other Escape Rooms only do the bare minimum, but here at Escape Zone AZ they really went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend anyone give it a try!

I played The Inheritance and Jail Break. This company shines in immersion and storytelling! (I am also a huge fan of their hint systems.) Overall, the puzzles in both games were incredibly creative. I enjoyed the use of both physical and mental tasks. The space and decor were impressive, as well. Escape Zone AZ has created a clever, fun, immersive experience that is fun for all ages. I HIGHLY recommend booking your escape room experience with them (and I know escape rooms...Ive played 125+ nationwide).

I had so much fun! This was my first time, the staff was nice and friendly, and the escape room we chose, called Inheritance, was a challenge. Unfortunately, our room was full with 8 people, which felt a bit chaotic...and the people we didnt know were really annoying, but I wouldnt let that deter anyone from checking this out. Try going later at night in hopes that you dont have a full room like we did, or spring the extra cash to buy it out.

I went here with my quidditch team, we all had a great experience. A special mention to Phoebe, our guide, she knew her way around the rooms and was very helpful throughout our time. We were in the Jail Room, it was a fun experience, the right amount of challenge and fun mixed together. Highly recommend going here if you want to challenge your brain

We came to this escape room as a big group date. The staff was so accommodating and allowed us to split up into two rooms, we started together and competed not only to escape the room but to do it before the other room did too. Our room was so much fun with so many twists and turns and we barely escaped just in time. Definitely check this place out!!

We took a huge group here, enough people that we needed two rooms. They were super easy to work with and made sure we had a great time. I have been to a few other escape rooms, that were pretty fun, but this was my favorite escape room experience by far! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome escape room experience!

Real fun escape place!! I did the Inheritance. Theres a lot to get through in this room. If youve been to other escape rooms, youll understand what that means. Loved that the clues were given in theme! That is unique to this escape place. Definitely will be going back to try another one. They currently have a Groupon going right now.

This was Our First Escape room experience ! Major group fun with a family of four myself & my travel bud and I all put our thinking caps on and Solved the Mystery of finding Grandmas Inheritance with Minutes to Spare ! I had a blast I just think the prize for the winners that escape should be different like a small souvenir .

We did the Jail escape room, and it was a blast. No spoilers but if your into the escape the room style games this place was awesome. Our group was a bit slow to start off but I was really impressed with how they used the space and it was the right difficulty. Much better than just a bunch of pad locks all over.

Did a session as a school club function and had a blast. If youve played the digital "escape the room" games ("Escape the Crimson Room" etc), its just like that, and they manage to inject a very fun spirit into them, including their hint-providing mouse mascot Diego. Its lots of fun.
