This was the most frightening, appalling movie experience Ive ever had! I do NOT recommend attending this theater/cinema for any reason...EVER!!!! April 1st, 2014 at the 7:00pm airing of Sabotage, the movie, a lady friend and I went to enjoy this film. Sat down waiting to see the movie. In came a large group of 10 to 15 people of middle-eastern heritage. I had no problem with them, as I am not prejudiced in any way. I am your average, 28 year old, American, female...taught to be tolerant and understanding of all people and their cultural habits. Unfortunately, I have a different perspective of them and Villagio Cinemas now. The movie started, the group began talking in their own language (rude). It was difficult to enjoy the movie. They kept getting up and down, slamming doors behind us, creating quite a disturbance. Being polite, thinking they would eventually settle down for the movie, I didnt complain. All at once about 30 minutes into the movie I paid to go see, the movie stopped abruptly! Immediate darkness in the theater! My heart raced as I considered what might be happening! I was in great fear for my life. After a few minutes another film began rolling. It started out with the credits in another strange language and a weird logo of a sun with a pink pig head in the center came up on the screen. The movie started, very cheap production, and I have no clue as to what was going on in the movie at all as it was all in the foreign language. A couple who had been sitting in front of us got up and left, so we thought this would be a good time to do the same. When we got out into the main dining area, we saw the couple who walked out before us, complaining to a waitress, who proceeded to address 3 men who appeared to be the owners of the establishment. She came back and apologized, saying that the computer guy simply made a mistake! What?!! Seriously?! They offered that we go into another movie right then or come back on another day! Really?!!! Ill never step foot in that establishment again! I asked for my money back, went out to the parking lot and just sat in my car, speechless for about 30 minutes before we left. Four weeks later I am still flabbergasted! I simply cant believe this happened in my America! There are ways that a group can rent a venue in order to promote their own propaganda/agenda, but I have never seen anything like this happen! Sabotaging a movie theater, bullying other paying customers and after all else fails simply forcing the hand of the business owners! Shame on all involved! I will not relent in making public how disrespectfully I was treated at this venue. Let all traitors to America and our freedoms have their way with this establishment. They will no longer get my business and I will never stop telling about my horrific experience here. The food is awful and the wait staff arent much better. Cold and aloof.

We bough our tickets about 2 hours early and they were almost sold out at that point, so I thought this must be a good place since people have bought their tickets that early. We left and came back a little early and sat at the bar until the doors opened. The bar staff was friendly. We had the "Ant Man" drink, and it was awesome. When we closed that tap, we were informed that a 17% TIP was automatically added. We got into our movie theater to a bunch of employees sitting there talking as people started to fill their seats. Once seated, every once in a while one employee would pick a row and start handing out the menus. A little while after that our server, Cheyenne, came back and asked if we were ready to order, which we were. We ordered an appetizer and a main course meal. After we placed our order, our server said that we had to pay right then and there. I understand that this is a movie theater, but this is also a restaurant. How can we pay upfront, along with 17 % TIP, and have not been serviced? Imagine going to Applebees ordering you food and paying for it before you received it. Its an odd concept because you will never see the server(s) again, which makes it tough when there is a problem your food. You already paid, you already paid a 17% tip that is automatically added, and now never see your server. Its not like most movie taverns where there is a little button you press for service, they just take your order and forget about you. So like I said before we ordered an appetizer and two main courses. Our main courses came out and I was almost done with my meal when the appetizer came out. I explained the appetizer should come out before the main course and I no longer want the nachos, and I asked for a refund. 30 minutes later we finally were visited by the server which asked me to sign this new receipt that this as the refund on it and then left. Throughout the movie I noticed people had to keep on getting up to refill their popcorn or their drinks. Empty plates were in front of the people that had ordered food, and servers were no where to be found. We had to sit there watching our movie with our empty plates. At a certain point, we wanted popcorn, like I said, no server was around, and I didnt want to miss my movie. If you are going their to just enjoy a movie with some popcorn, go to a regular theater. If you want to go to a movie tavern and enjoy a meal while you watch a movie go to the Tampa PITCHER SHOW. We will not return to this establishment.

This was the first time visiting this theater, and it will be the last time. It started with getting our tickets at the counter, she told it will be on your left side of the bar, just go right in they are already seating. The signs that tells you what movie is playing in each theater was broken. So after figuring out what theater we were in we go inside per the instructions of the ticket booth. We were met by 3 men, all very rude, telling us to exit the theater they were not done cleaning. So we stand outside the theater for approximately 5-10 minutes. The employees walking in and out not saying a word to us. Then some other people walked into the theater and were allowed to sit. So we then make our way inside. The seats you purchase have numbers. On the ticket it says D7. So your looking for D7. But have a really difficult time finding it because most of the seat numbers are missing on the seats. So after finally finding the seats I look down and there is a mess all on my chair. Looked like a fully spilled drink on the chair. My first thought was I was told I could not enter because they were cleaning, but they missed this? Maybe it was just my chair. After taking a look around, almost every seat had some sort of nasty residue on it. So after asking to clean the chairs we sit. The chairs are not really all that comfortable, especially for a man of size, I found the chair really annoying. My leg would hit the buttons to move the chair the hole movie. Now to the service... we did not experience to many issues there, but we did witness issues. The servers were taking orders and having the food sent to the wrong seats, then telling people, when they bring food let them know its for the people over there.... For 17% gratuity, I would think that they would be better than that. During the movie, people leave the theater to go to the bathroom, I get that, but there should really be something on the door to make it shut quietly. All through the movie we heard that door slam shut. For the money that was spent here, I was really disappointed. I will not be going back here again.
