I had a very bad experience here management is very rude I prefer silverspot friendlier faces and your treaded a lot better more professional staff cleaner theaters and more comfortable seats better food but best of all your treaded much better be careful for manager named sal he acts like he hate his job or maby is unhappy becouse he doesnt make enough but he very nasty individual I would love to revisit when management improve I had to even write email to DM of how bad my last visit was until now never returning

I really like the Art Deco style of this Cinema. Ive seen some of the nicest ones in this world including The Film Forum in New York and the ancient Odeon in Florence Italy. Everytime I walk up to Hollywood 20 It feels like taking a time machine back to the 60s. Staff has been always very friendly and helpful. Its not the fastest staff but they always make sure they get the job done right! With Millers being next door it gets a extra star making it full rating for me.

The theatre was full of teenagers screaming, laughing, and yelling rudely. I could barely hear the movie. None of the managers or ushers did anything to stop it. Even police officers stood by and watched. No one was kicked out and I was not refunded. Not to mention the manager was completely unapologetic and unprofessional and the movie was extremely overpriced. Terrible movie experience. Pay the extra $2-3 and go to a more upscale theatre in Naples. This was trash.

I love this theater come to it everytime I watch a movie and the chairs dont bother me to much. The staff are nice, but the reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the food is super expensive and the manager is very very rude. I was trying to buy tickets with some of my family and my father was even there because we wanted to see a rated R movie but he refused to sell us the tickets and when we finally got to the movie we were 20 minutes late

Theater was clean and temperature was good prior to movie starting. Movie started 25 minutes after posted start time based on so many previews. Seats and armrests were uncomfortable and theater got much colder once movie started(too cold). Volume of the movie was actually pretty good(not too loud or soft). 3D reflective screen had about 15 faint vertical lines across entire screen. Overall a decent movie experience. A bit overpriced

Overall this theater is really good. They have 20 screens, lots of choices at the concession, and everything is clean. However, they dont have any reclining seats which a couple of years around have now. Also, its one of the older theaters and its showing. Paint is fading. And when the lights are on, the walls and carpet look old. But, if youre there for the movies, most everything else is fine, not the worst, not the best.

Old, filthy, people throwing food and popcorn all of the theater during the movie. All together very enjoyable experience. Do yourself a favor and go to paragon pavilion, mercato, or drive to gulf coast. I had to give a star in order to post this. *Note to the management and owner of this theater- instead of taking the time to respond to this - go clean up your place of business.

Terrible customer service and awful seats! Avoid this theater at all costs! Youll enjoy yourself more at Gulf Coast Town Center! The manager did not even try to accommodate my family and I for a theater that was too packed. He accused me of trying to sneak my way into a 3-D film even though I presented my ticket to him, he was having none if it! Worst treatment from a theater ever!

I left a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses there accidentally, I was last to leave the theater. I called later that afternoon to see if they found them, they said yes, long story short they werent my glasses. Strange they were never found considering the circumstances.... IMO young staff, liars and thiefs. Ill be taking my money to Silverspot in the Mercato.

My favorite place to see new movies at, always friendly and clean. I love how all the bad comments are either someone discriminating against young people or the dummy that left his glasses there and is blaming the staff for stealing them lol. Average movie theater needing some interior update. Admission tickets are about the same on any theater. Food is awfully OVER-PRICED I was charged 32 dollars and change for 4 small fountain drinks and one medium size popcorn, I understand that the owner need to make money but it need to make customers to feel good going to its business.

Nice place but little understaffed 1 guy running the concession stand and we waited 30 min to get served. The line was wrapped all the way to the end! Time to get on the radio and call on hands on deck!! Saw other employees walking around. Kudos to the one person doing they kept their composure. Mgmt problem not their fault!

A nice, clean cinema with friendly and helpful staff. We needed the close caption glasses for my daughter which were provided already set up and without fuss. This is something that is not available at all at home in the UK and we were very impressed - we took pictures of the equipment to lobby our cinemas at home!

Impressive theatre with IMAX screen. However for a $20 ticket the seats were pretty tight. Also, after the pricey ticket (not worth it even in IMAX) I was shocked that any venue in Ft. Myers, let alone a movie theatre would gouge you for $10.50 for a plastic half cup of wine. Wont be returning any time soon.

Back in 01 I worked there. It was nice but now it is great. No long line not a lot of teenagers running around making noise in the movies. Every 3 months i m in naples I take my kids to see a movie there. I really like the fact they finally hire disable people in that place. Thats two thumbs up in my book!

We have been going to this Regal location for many years. It is a favorite with me because of the huge selection of movies ... there is always something for everyone. Although the concession prices are high, joining the free Regal Crown Club entitles the movie goer to daily specials. Parking is easy.

Really expensive for what you get. Many of the screens are small and the food they serve is the usual unhealthy garbage. Not enough healthful options. The inside of the theater is outdated and unappealing. 1995 called and wants its carpet back. Spend the extra few bucks and go to Silverspot.

Regal Hollywood 20 is literally the greasiest movie theatre I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I recall speaking with a manager Yessina who was so nice and caring. The food was delicious and all around service was wonderful. Would come here again!
