We were married at La Fontana Springs October 2014. The venue is beautiful. The reception area has a lot of space, is well decorated, and has a large window with a spectacular view where it seemed you could see out for miles. The ceremony space outside is perfect with beautiful landscaping and an altar that gave way for a romantic and seemingly intimate ceremony. While the beauty of the venue would have been enough to allow us to make our decision to have our wedding there, the real selling point for us were the owners, Cesar and Nancy Trivino. They seemed to know the wedding business extremely well, but it was very apparent that it was more than just a business for them, they have a passion for what they do. They didn’t only help to throw a good wedding, they helped to give us the wedding of our dreams. They were there for us through every step of the process, from the initial meeting to saying goodbyes the night of the event. We immediately felt comfortable with them and felt that they cared for our day, and put the time, thought, and effort into it as if it were someone from their own family getting married. Every phone call and email was answered immediately, and any concerns we had were alleviated. Both Cesar and Nancy recommended anything they could to assist in the planning, and did whatever they could to keep the cost down. They took care of the entire set up on the wedding day, and it was stunning. They allowed us to use their beautiful centerpieces, and Nancy (being as creative as she is) even took some of the organza chair sashes that were included in our linens package and used them to decorate our ceremony space, allowing us to keep to a budget and still have our event look like we spent so much more than we actually had to. They were amazing on the wedding day and both were there the entire time, allowing us and our family to be able to enjoy the event rather than having to worry about all the details. To say they are amazing is truly an understatement. It is easy to see that they love what they do, and the most important thing to them at the end of the event is that their bride and groom leave, not merely satisfied, but with all their dreams and expectations met above and beyond. We were so lucky to have booked our wedding at La Fontana Springs, and would do it again in a heartbeat. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone.

LET THE BUYER BEWARE .... of your bar tab! These people are unscrupulous when it comes to accounting for the charges of drinks. We had a signed contract for our bar tab and paid in full with restrictions all noted on the final invoice which were ignored. Our guest were charged for drinks from the beginning. They were not informed of free drinks. Then we were told immediately after picture taking (30 minutes into reception) that our bar tab was depleted. Unbelievable, but I agreed to forfeit the $350 deposit (which they conveniently suggested) toward the bar tab and add an additional $400 visa charge. After visiting with my guest I found very few people who received free drinks during the first 30 minutes. Conveniently after I put up extra money we had free drinks for the next 2 hours. I would suggest having someone you trust oversee the bar tender and charges!! For this reason, I gave them a poor rating, for their dishonesty. Taking advantage of people in this situation is the lowest!. Find another Venue!

Just had our event here and we loved this place! The new owners are doing all the right things! I was amazed at how they handled our event. Celia and her husband over delivered on every promise. We had about 300 people here and their security persoanlly took care of making sure every car was parked properly on grounds without an issue. They were doing construction on the back when we came for our rehearsal a few days before, and things were a bit upside down, but on the day of, it was gorgeous. They fixed things that we were worried about, handled every guest with care, and made our day all the more special. There is just so much this place has to offer, and the view from the Grand Hall....WOW! Can not say enough about the venue. Well done

Its hard to know where to start, because there are so many great things to say about this event center. The location is scenic and nestled at the perfect spot of an intimate engagement or to host large events while getting away from the city. The inside of the facility is absolutely beautiful (like its surroundings). The amenities offered are enough to take care of any needs and the owners are two amazing people who both have an eye for decor, art, and transformation. I will be using this place for many upcoming events and encourage anyone to consider this location for any of your event needs.

Heres the bottom line, there are tons of venues for San Antonio brides to choose from. La Fontana Springs goes above and beyond for each of the brides whos wedding I have shot there. I was really taken a-back by how hands on Cesar and his wife Nancy are to my brides. They are truly passionate about providing a great experience and I believe they set a new standard for customer satisfaction. Working with Cesar, you wont be disappointed on your wedding day!

Accommodations were nice, but make sure you dot your "is" & cross your "ts" with them when signing the contract. Dont trust their word when they say youre going to get something unless you have it in writing, because theyll wait until the final walk through to notify you of the change when its too late for you to go anywhere else or do anything about it.

Had a last minute event there that turned out to be the best Ive ever thrown. The property was gorgeous, the lights outside were beautiful and Celia and Steve were awesome. They are very helpful and they made us feel so comfortable, which just added to our experience. Cant wait to have another event with them.

The owners were extremely helpful and friendly; the venue is nice. It is a bit hard to find since the road is dark but the Christmas lights help.

Great indoors venue but the outdoors is horrible. Small property, not much parking, mismatched outdoor area.
