Why would you have people line up at the concession stand to purchase their movie tickets when you have two outside booths? This process is very confusing, We stood outside the ticket booth for awhile because there was no posting stating to go inside to purchase the tickets. The line was out the entry doors and only one person taking money, yet there were two people & the manager running the concession stand. No staff to take ticket stubs. Anyone could easily walk in and take a seat without a ticket, or worse. Very cold since the air conditioning was running through the whole movie. Very uncomfortable, confusing & unsafe at the Indian Mound Mall Cinema in Heath Ohio.

The only thing good about this theater is the comfortable seating. Other than that its not so great. The fact that you have to RESERVE seats at a movie theater is ridiculous. Its such a hassle when youre going with a group of friends and you actually have to worry about whether or not you can call sit together because someone else already reserved other seats in that row. Its a terrible system. I have never been to such an overpriced theater. My friend told me that it was $5.65 for a small drink and I thought he was joking until I saw the sign. Newark needs another theater for a second option so that you dont have to drive half an hour away to get to a different theater

This theater is absolutely the worst. The line to get refreshments took almost 1/2 hour. The prices are ridiculous. I know to expect to pay more for popcorn and drinks but this place is high way robbery. You can hear other movies being played on a different screen. Reserved seating is great. We were in our seats, but this lady had purchased tickets and someone was in her seat ( the people didnt even have tickets for that show) the manager did nothing. The screen wasnt updated only the chairs. We thought we would give this place a chance. Never again. We will stick with Marcus theatre

Dont call their number if you want to talk to a person, because after fifteen minutes of being on hold there was still no answer, so after checking my email again (an hour after my purchase) and finally getting my digital confirmation I just hung up. All I needed to know is why the confirmation of the tickets I purchased wasnt sent to my email. I could understand if it were the weekend during a new release, but this was the middle of the week at two in the afternoon.

Old seats, old screens, new name (Regal 11). They charge $7.50 for a matinee, 2D! For that price you can hit up Easton or the Rave at Polaris and get bigger theatres, way better sound, and way better picture . The movie theater at Stoneridge in Gahanna, and the theater in Zanesvile are only $5.50 and $5.00 respectively. They are better quality too. Until this theater lowers its price to be more in line with other close theaters, my husband and I wont go.

I would give a lower amount of stars if possible, theatre was terrible, seats were broken, floors were sticky, and the seats were not angles enugh so I could not see half the screen over people. Concessions were outrageously priced and the popcorn was horrible, I can get better popcorn from an off brand $0.75 box at Walmart. Employees were rude and untrained, I can get better prices in Easton Town Centre

I went to see Rogue One with friends, seats and sound were nice but the film looked like everything took place at night. I had seen the movie twice before at other theaters so I knew what it should have looked like. I asked management twice to fix it but they wouldnt do anything. They offered to refund my money but I told them I would prefer that they fixed the problem. NOTHING!! I wont go back.

The audio recording is sloppy and unprofessional! The girl talks too fast! Talks under her breath and you cannot understand what shes saying! The staff are very unsociable! Miserable kids! They do not greet you! They do not smile and they are lazy! The popcorn was cold and not fresh! And its usually freezing! Prices are way too high! Food is outrageously ridiculously high!

The last 3 times I have taken my wife to this cinema in the evening to watch a show we ended up having to leave. It seems as if fights and rudeness are all you can see here instead of watching a movie. I dont know when the Ghetto came to Heath but it seems as if it has or to this cinema anyway. Id steer clear of trying to see anything here on the weekends.

Since the remodel this theater is FABULOUS. Reserved seating in the new reclined seats makes this an entirely new experience. I am not sure if the place is under new management as well, but the last three times we have been - has been super customer service! (even so much that i paid for a year STUBS membership) 5 star improvement!

Get to the theater 30 min early to get seats. All the seats were reserved. Sucks stuck in the front row with my kids and they cant see. Online reservations are not fair. First time here and didnt know the did that. I will not be returning. Besides that movie is staring and theater is half full.

They only reason I still like this place is the seats. Really THEY ARE AMAZING. Stuck in the front? Then you can lean all the way back. Problem solved. Why 4 stars though? Cause I aint paying a bunch of money for a popcorn. psst... Sneak some in. And the water or soda. They wont know.

Great to see a movie. Since the remodel, this place is incredible. The seats are awesome and recline. Prices are not that different than the old theater prices. Get the VIP Card and avoid the popcorn lines. Book your seats online and pick your seat and avoid the lines.

Sticky floors, seats that are beaten to death, screen quality is crap, sound quality is lack luster. I have never had a positive experience here. I could deal with all of the above if it werent for insane pricing and rude and talkative patrons on their phones.

The movie was great but the nachos were stale also its very pricey just for a popcorn and a drink. And I wish they would change the drink issue because we cant refill. Other than that it was a really nice thing to do with my friends and we all had a fun time!

good for indian mound mall... best thing we have in that mall in my opinion. It is a bit more expensive but if you compare to easton prices its cheaper here. new theater seats are wonderful, very comfy. a bit too small but hey its still nice!

Holy cow, the new owners of the Theater are doing a great job. Love the new seats. The prices are great, especially if you go before noon. I wish the drink prices were a little cheaper, or at least free refills.

I had no idea this was such a great theater the seats were awesome. Nice staff. I would definitely make the hour drive to watch a movie here instead of the theater we have here just for the great seats!

Compared to what it used to be, this is so much nicer with the comfortable seats and wide screens, I am willing to pay a little extra for the drinks. Really nice theatre! Nice employees also.
