We showed up late to the final showing of the night. As we walked up to the window we saw the lights click off, So we quicken our steps a bit. We get to the door in time to see employees wheeling equipment out on carts. I tap on the window figuring perhaps we can get in last minute even though they where clearly shutting down. My tapping drew the attention of several employees, at first I thought they where just going to ignore us but... all the sudden a gentleman in a red shirt appears as though he had come to save us from a movieless night. ... now... when opened the door did he let us in?... no... he informed us we where too late and they dont sell tickets past 15 min after the final movie is schedule to begin. Ill have you know we where not alone in our being left out in the cold. There where several other couples and an additional car load of potential patrons also hoping to get in. However the man in the red shirt simply couldnt allow it. We walk back to our vehicle defeated. Now Im sure youre beginning to wonder why this is a five star review. Let me get to it and talk a bit about my new hero Chris M. In distress and dismay I called the theater in a last ditch attempt to plead my late arrival to a higher authority. Chris answers right away which is surprising due to the late hour, and once more than that he sounded rather pleasant and professional. I introduced myself. Told him our situation. And without delay or hesitation he came to the conclusion that if we where still here that hed be happy to let us in. Even to the point of offering me several ways to pay. I.E. if I was paying with cash he would bring some change with him. He met us at the same door that only minutes before we where refused entry. He quickly showed us over to the ticket kiosk. He effortlessly helped us choose seats and showed us over to our theatre and shook my hand. I thanked him for his help and understanding in the matter. Needles to say Chris M is my new favorite person not just at this movie theatre but in general. I cant thank him enough for his help on top of that he runs a great operation there. Everything was clean. Properly lit. Sound quality was outstanding and Im so thankful that he was there. We will be back... and hopefully on time. Lol ;)

So Friday night is family night in our household, and since me and my sister were both off this day, we decide to go see a movie with our parents. We went to see "Sing", originally, but due to its popularity , it was sold out. So we decided to see "Fences". The purchase at the ticket box office took half an hour, which was very annoying, not to mention the total came to $42.00. Because "Sing" was sold out we had to wait an hour for the next available show. To kill some time we decided to play games in the arcade. Seven games out of ten did not work, which is unbelievable. Not to mention two of the token machines were out of order too. One had tape to disable customers from putting coins in the machine, and the other machine was simply out of order. I wanted to race my dad on the motor cycle, which takes two tokens for each play. It wasnt until i had jammed six quarters into the game , that i realized it wasnt working. The next game i tried wouldnt even take the token i had. This game was also a couple game, but due to its malfunction , neither of us played. The next sorry for an excuse game was the game that kills aliens. It is located right next to the deer hunting game. So of course me and my sister cant play together because only one the guns function properly . After we have used all our token, i suggest taken a photo in the booth, but it should come to no surprise that , the photo booth is out of order as well. The arcade should just be closed. It also is not shocking that when , my dad told the associate about the broken game , that ate our tokens, the associate just gave us more tokens. Its clear that no one cares about the service being administered in the gaming area, because if its not already an inconvenience to not be able to play the game you want , but then have to wait in line at the box office for change. Its apparent that the staff know of the issue , but no one seems to care. A simple out of service sign goes along way, but I know the truth behind why the sign is not visible. They want you to spend your money, "im sorry , I mean waste your money", so you can get tokens as a small gesture for the twenty dollars that was spent , and or thrown away, while playing in their sub pair arcade.

I went to a theater connected to Cinemark called Tinseltown. And i first went there last year to see Jurassic Park 3D and enjoyed the movie theater. It became my favorite movie theater. Now when i was getting tickets with two people i know we chose Tinseltown again because i liked it so much. When we went today to see One Direction Where We Are The Concert Film we seen people in the crowd taking images of the movie and some also taking videos. No one during the movie ever came out and said to any of the young teenagers and younger adults to stop filming and put phones away. The whole place was singing and after getting popcorn thrown at me the entire time from not doing anything the movie was over. When the last blip of the production went off two policeman and some other people, like the managers, came in. They let all the people in the front go that were taking videos and pictures. The people that were throwing popcorn, saying to shut up and whatever else were also able to leave. But then it was us and the row below us. The 3 teenagers below us were recording the whole production and took many photos with their SmartPhones. They hit a few icons sending the video to their emails and said, "We didnt do anything." After that the guy said that a image was caught and the image was a picture of a SmartPhone. He said it was a slide phone. Quite frankly, if you are taking an image way up top how could you get an image and how could tell it was a slider if it wasnt open and it was dark in the theater. The people with me had old phones like a Go Phone from At&t and a phone from 4 years ago. Honestly, if you were trying to get a profit from this film by inserting that video into a laptop or computer would result no sound and bad quality because of the phone and how old it is. And pictures would be fuzzy and not even worth keeping. Anyway, my experience at the theater was a huge failure and I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS THEATER EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!! The rest of this day went bad because of my experience. Thanks a lot ... but in my opinion this theater honestly sucks.
