My husband and I ordered movie tickets 2 weeks before All Eyes On Me came out. june 16, 2017 @ 740pm for 2 adults I got off work at 6pm took kids to their Memaw house by 630pm, we went and grabbed something to eat and then made it to our movie. it was so easy to get in with already having the tickets printed out. we walked into the movie and I looked at the screen and was thinking ok just the credits. we sat down and I waited about 5 mins and then i saw Tupac on the screen. I was shocked due to my tickets saying movie started at 740pm. I went to the front desk and the manager took care of my situation with no hesitation! I appreciated that alot due to being so excited about my husband parents of 4 kids to go out by ourselves! I WANT TO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I CANNOT TELL YOU IN WORDS ON HOW HAPPY WE WERE WALKING OUT OF THERE! WE WILL GO BACK FOR SURE. WE LIVE IN PEVELY AND WE CHOOSE TO GO TO FENTON! THANK YOU SO MUCH !

I have never had a problem at Great Escape. A few things to clear up. All the money from ticket sales goes to the makers of the movie, usually in California. All other expenses, i.e rent, utilities, salaries, etc. are paid for by concession sales and other charges. Perhaps you would like to sit through 15 minutes more of commercials to offset the cost of a soda and popcorn. As far as the CCW issue, you can thank a few nut job shooters and a lawsuit happy American society for so many businesses refusing to allow entry to their business. When calling the theater, there may be only one associate working the front counter and the manager is usually busy cleaning up messes in the restrooms, dealing with faulty computer issues which cause the movie to shut off, irate customers, etc. BTW, I do not work for or have ever worked for this theater, I just asked a few questions while I visit.

Ive been to Great Escape multiple times. Love it. What made me write the review today is my phone call with an associate up there. I was calling to get carb information on the popcorn for my son, hes a type 1 diabetic and needs this information in order to receive the proper dosage for his insulin. I spoke with Sam and let him know what I needed. I asked for the popcorn carb info and he went beyond that and let me know the carb information for the extras that go into the popcorn (salt & oil they use). I hope he understands how much that means to a mother of a diabetic child. I appreciate his effort so much! Thank you, Sam.

This theater is really nice. Its smaller and quieter than some of the other near by megaplex theaters in the area. Even considering that fact its still much nicer then those same megaplex theaters too. The seats are comfortable and recline, the picture is clear, and the sound system is great. In regards to the concession stand, Im ok with it. The prices are high but thats at every movie theater so you cant knock them for it. I do LOVE how you get to do the salt and butter yourself for your pop corn. Overall we had a great experience and I think this may be the place I go to see movies going forward.

People need to stop bitching about the drink and food prices. This is how theaters make their money. Only a fraction of ticket sales go to theaters. How the hell do you think movie studios make THEIR money, providing you with entertainment, off their good looks? Stop whining, stuff your faces, and enjoy the movie or just stay home (do me the favor)! Youre most likely the same sort that talks and fiddles with your gadgets while watching a movie pissing people like me off. 24 hours out of a day and YOU cant sit still for an hour and a half to two hours of it. Anyway, excellent theater!!!

Awful. When it was called the Great Escape it was awesome. They had several extras for popcorn. You also got your moneys worth. We only went because we had a gift card. The female selling tickets was rude. We had to purchase tickets from our phone. The gentleman selling food forgot one of our beverages and began conversing again with a coworker. Then, the ticket checker didnt even give us the right directions for our theatre. The theatre itself was cold and the movie sucked. We left early. Well drive further for a better experience from now on.

I have been to this theater 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times, the screen went into screen savor mode and I personally went out to find someone to turn the screen back on. of course they didnt rewind the movie so you could see what you only could hear for 20 minutes. the last time we received free movie coupons. if the show wasnt free I would never go back to this rinky dink, mickey mouse, crap hole of a theater, whose oldest member of the staff is a sophomore in high school. Drive the extra distance and go to a different theater.

This theatre used to have better deals and a running ac. Now its humid, tacky, and hot all year round with the cost of a larger cinema. Yay. Sat 30 mins in my movie, used my inhaler, asked if they had a fan or ac and the manager said that the theatre we were in has an issue with ac and that the buildings humidity is hard to control. Got our money back. Going to a better theatre. Never returning here. Tired of more expensive snacks and uncomfortable rooms.

Regal is where I go when I REALLY want to see something that is out, and time is playing a huge role in my decision. The only two factors that I enjoy about Regal: super close to my house and they carry Coke Zero. The arcade is not even worthwhile, which is a shame, in my opinion. The food is typical theater selections; overpriced soda and popcorn. The seats are RIDICULOUSLY comfortable! So that is also nice!

Clearly they dont ID at this movie theatre for rated r movies.. Tons of loud annoying groups of kids who looked 15 at most with no parents yelling boner and moaning and not a single time did someone come in to look around or they would have noticed. Other than that, theatre would have been awesome, seats are very comfy and its awesome they sell beer! Just harder to enjoy with all the loud children!

It must take an act of congress to get to speak with anyone while calling to check movie times when 1-800-fandango gives you 2 different times and says they are both wrong... They give you a separate # to call a manager but all that # does is pick up to no one speaking and then hangs up on you! This place can shove it up their peehole...

This theater is really nice! The seats are comfy as hell and it never gets crazy busy where we havent been able to get decent seats. The rewards program they have could be better but its free so I guess I cant complain. The pricing is just as high as any other theater so no surprises there.

This is a good theater with plenty of parking. I have seen a couple of movies here and never had any issues with the quality of the picture or soundtrack. Unfortunately a lot of the seats squeak which can get annoying during the middle of a movie.
