We were here a few days ago for my sons 9th birthday. We had such an amazing time! My son and his friends had a blast celebrating at Airtime Novi. Our host was simply amazing, he was so helpful and friendly and went above any beyond, he knew things i needed before i needed it! (And i didnt have to clean anything up! Bonus!!) We have been to Airtime Novi many times for jumping, that is why we booked my sons birthday here (its one of his favorite places to go) and we always have a great time. But a birthday party here is simply great! We loved that is wasnt overly busy and the boys could have access to anything and everything while there. The staff are always friendly. The staff that work on the trampoline courts are fun with the kids and my son and his friends loved challenging the staff working on the basketball courts (I think they may have let them win ;) ) You can guarantee that we will be back again and again!

It was nice it was open early for vacation time. However, the lack of tables and chairs, plus, food that looked like it came from the last ice age is a problem. The womens bathroom had paper all over the floor and the lack of paper toweling had water all over the sink area. I realize the air hand dryers are better for the environment, but someone should be checking for cleanliness on a regular basis. Go here if you dont need a place to sit. Go here if you dont get hungry. The greeting staff is nice, but cleanliness is obviously not a priority. My grandchildren said they didnt want to come back. Perhaps a little more training/experience with the personnel assigned to watch the activity area would be nice, i.e. yelling at the top of there lungs.

I would give zero stars but I cant. Horrible place please dont waste your time on taking your kids to this place, the staff is unprofessional,uneducated..rude. There is always someone behind you constantly telling you how you cant do this and you cant do that. When half of there staff is playing basketball on one trampoline. You address this the manager and all he has to say is I will tell them. Because he himself is having a party upfront with all the female staff. The music is not family friendly. And the building itself is trashy. Dont take your kids here unless your okay with letting 35 year olds jump next to them while listening to "the weeknd" talking about banging girls.

I rrecently quit the staff are very unprofessional and fake and singled me out and did not properly train me as to was was expected from me as an employee.i would be told to do one thing and then something diff from someone else many of the employees would tell me not to do something and then they would ingage in doing the same thing they would tell me not to. Kim goff is a manager that plays favoritism and gave off a very unpleasent attitude Towards me and made me feel very uncomfortable as well as many of the other staff members. They gave me the worst work experience ever in my life.

Amazing experience! When entertaining children it is evident that convenience is the top priority for parents. While there are many trampoline facilities nearby, my first choice is the AirTime-Novi. The staff is very helpful, understanding and attentive. Carlos was the manager, on duty, when I attended a birthday party. He took time to listen to our needs and help to solve my concern. The assistance Carlos provided is why I no longer considered convenience. While this location may be a longer drive, AirTime-Novi is our first choice. -TownMom

Such a great time. Perfect for a huge range of ages and ability for fun healthy leisure! The manager is top class. Super accommodating and the facility is open for parties with a great deal of activities..expecially the dodgeball and air duels. I couldnt stop bouncing around with my 3 year old niece, worked up a great sweat in the meantime. There was seating and water, a perfect concession stand and court monitors on standby to ensure everything is going well. Really well staffed. 10/10 cant wait to return. Solid music too..

The staff when you 1st come in are very courteous & helpful. Since theres no coffee bar, parents should be able to bring a coffee in. Be respectful when your done & like anything else, throwout your garbage. The only downfall is some of the staff(mainly by the pits) are pretty rude to the little ones. Also they should have a reward card or something. When you go often with a little one who cant jump all day. Yet its cheaper to get an all day pass. You should be able to earn points toward something.

This place SUCKS! Staff SUCKS! You cant sit down for 2 seconds without them yelling to get up every minute. Staff was super rude while explaining a new rule every time you do something. I get safety and all, but this was rediculous. It would be fun if you didnt have a staff member up your a** every 2 seconds. Waste of $40 just to jump on some trampolines. Way to expensive and a really bad experience. I will never come back and will let other people know how crappy this place really is.

Dirty environment and employees are horrible! AirTime has goon downhill from my first time time I brought my children. Most of the employees who work at AirTime are trying to look cool instead of doing a very simple job. I wish my kids felt the same way as I do but how can any kid hate trampolines because of bad staff and dirty facilities. So I will continue to pay way to much for bad music. Do yourself a favor if you are bringing your kids here for the first time and Dont!

My daughter is 2.5. I called and the staff stated that it was a perfect age for her to play there. Unfortunately the toddler section was under the main speakers and quite loud. The remainder of the gym is not appropriate for a toddler leaving her with nowhere else to play. Please be aware that this location is not suitable for very young children. No refunds are given. Wait until your kid is older or take them to a different establishment.

I just want to say thank you to Airtime Novi. We were in there for a special event and the airtime staff were so accommodating to all of us and our guests. They all went above and beyond. The manager Kim was so friendly and I cant say enough good things about her. She made our special spur of the moment happen and all of my guests had a great time. Thank you so much for your great service and kindness.

Took my two girls there (age 6 and almost 4) for junior jump Saturday morning for the first time and they LOVED it. The place was not crowded at all, the staff was very nice and helpful, and everything was very clean. The few times the staff had to correct my kids they were very polite about it (i.e. Not to jump in the foam pit before the other was out). We will definitely be back!!

Very racist and mean employees. A white male who worked there was pointing at me and my friends and rolling his eyes at me for no reason. One of his co workers started throwing balls at me and my friends and my friend threw a ball back at him. The guy didnt even cut my airtime wristband off. We are only 12 years old and the guy was about 21! Not going here again.
