Do not normally attend first day releases but was invited out by a friend who later could not make it. Arrived an hour early and was instructed to wait in another theater - appreciated given the cold, wind and rain that plagued the day. We waited there for an hour before being rounded up to stand in line for a showing that was an hour away. Our showing was in 15 minutes and apparently people had already been pouring into. We had somehow been in the magic window of being told to go to the holding room when the holding room had just been cleared of our showtime and dumped into the theater. We walked in to only the front 3 rows being left - which is understandable 20 minutes before a show. However, we had been waiting for an hour where we had been told to wait. We were ready to go home and come back another day. A day 1 release is not that important to us and we had only purchased these tickets to go with a friend who was not with us. We went to obtain a refund, which they were happy to do. The manager was willing to try to help us find seats not in the first three rows. He tried to no avail and was getting ready to issue us refunds and passes for another showing of our choice later when I was stopped on my way out by a gentleman who had been saving two seats for friends who also could not make it. I want to give a big thank you to the management for their understanding and willingness to make right on their wrongs. Its understandable that miscommunication and crazy happens during day 1 releases when there are so many people. I also appreciate that they were trying to find dry and comfortable places for people to wait for their movies.

So I went to see a rated R movie with my boyfriend and we both expected to be carded so we were both prepared. They carded us when we bought our movie tickets and then when we were already seated in the theatre the staff came in and explained to us that there were too many people in the theatre for the amount of tickets sold so asked EVERYONE in the theatre to show their tickets, which was reasonable. They checked everyones tickets including mine and my boyfriends and then continued to single us out and asked us again to show our IDs. This is unreasonable and outrageous. We were the ONLY people in the theatre to be carded again once in the theatre. To top all this off no one was asked to leave the theatre because everyone had tickets. I am insulted and infuriated, not only will I no longer visit this theatre but I will no longer visit any Regal theatre and will make sure I tell everyone I know about this rude, and unneeded inconvenience.

Tuesday discounted tickets are great. Negatives: Their ticket sales windows are outside, but theyre closed more often than not, so you have to go to both sets of windows to figure out how to give them money. Then you awkwardly step inside to figure out where they are selling tickets today - its usually at the desk right inside the doors, which leaves everyone clustered up by the door. Ive often found myself standing behind people that I thought were in line, but they were just standing there. And then theres almost never a ticket taker stationed at the podium. A couple times I just wound up walking in and never talking to anyone, or the guy at the ticket desk just waving me through because he was too lazy to actually check the tickets. Unfortunately the concession line tends to be too long at the release of a big movie compared to Cinetopia or other theaters, but its not a huge issue usually.

I have been to this movie theater literally hundreds of times. Ive had some good times here. That being said, its been a while and is showing a few minor signs of wear and tear. A lot of the sound systems are clearly wrecked. Issues with blown subs and speakers I have noticed at least a few times in recent memory. The bathrooms are FLAWLESS, and the staff are great at keeping everything spotless. Everything in this theater gets cleaned well. The management is good and will respond to loud/annoying patrons if you let them know.

This was the worst movie-going experience since moving to Vancouver. Im average height and not overweight and the seats felt very small and uncomfortable for me, plus mine was sticky (disgusting). It was hot and stuffy throughout the entire movie. The lower prices attract people who obviously just dont care and everyone around me was talking and chewing their candy like they live in barns. Ill be opting to pay a few extra bucks for a much better experience and go elsewhere.

The staff at this location are extremely lame. The female manager there this evening is especially lame ! I was very dissapointed with their lackluster attitude and crappy popcorn . The Movie Theatre business is going down the tubes and tonight proved it. The only good Regal is Fox Tower in Portland ,Or where you can get an authentic theatrical experience. Did I already mention that the popcorn seemed to have been sitting for days under a heat lamp?

Very long, slow-moving lines outside and inside. (All they had to do was pay another minimum wage person and open another window). No accommodation for people with osteoarthritis. Uncomfortable seating with hardly any leg room. Sky-high prices for everything: $8.99 for a large popcorn, $5.99 for a large soda, etc. Out of pretzels after I waited in line 15 minutes for a $3.99 pretzel. Just a bad experience all around.

This is an average, everyday movie theater. The reason Im giving it two stars is because I could hear the movie next to us. The seats were comfortable, the place was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the food prices were high (like any movie theater), but . . . one should not be able to hear the movie next door. It should not distract from the movie being watched. And thats exactly what was happening.

The theater is nice and clean, and they were quick at the concession stand. The parking lot is a bit smaller, but its not a huge cinema. My biggest complaint is that there is no identifying wording on the front of the building, or signage near the street, so it can be a little confusing to find your first time as it is tucked away behind other buildings.

This is my go to movie theater when I am in the area. It has rocking chairs in the back couple rows, which is nice, though all of the chairs are comfortable. The service at the front is quick for a cinema. One of my favorite things is the $5 movies on Tuesday nights.

The seats are super comfortable. Theyre fabric which I consider a plus (I wear shorts a lot and haaaate getting stuck to leather and plastic seats). The concessions line seems a little understaffed sometimes but Im typically there for either super early showings.

The staff is always extremely polite and patient. The theaters are always clean, I never worry about my shoes getting stuck on the floor. Also their coke Icee machine is always ready whenever Im there and thats my favorite drink to have when watching a movie.

This is a nice theater thats tucked away by the Wal-Mart. Its decently clean and the staff has always been friendly. It can get busy, but nothing too difficult to manage. The Tuesday discount is an excellent excuse to get out and watch a movie.
