Love going to dog tracks but this one is a good one to pass. The Club House fine casual dining was sandwiches. It also is in a dry County so they have beer and wine only served in small plastic cups. The waitress didnt know the menu or what beer was on draft or what wine they had so I got a coke. I asked if they had a wine list and she said all the wine was sweet with a low alcohol content. I paid $9.95 for chicken strips and fries served on wax paper in a burger basket. Had to remind waitress several times we needed silverware and ketchup. It also was very hot and most women were fanning themselves and one woman had a small fan. We didnt take any pencils with us because usually when you buy your program they also have the small pencils but they didnt have any. Couldnt hear the races when they started or who was in the lead. We are used to an announcer that says "here comes sparky" when the rabbit starts and then he tells you who is in the lead etc. Just a second class dog track we will drive farther and go to Pensacola rather than return here. We paid $48 to eat out of plastic baskets and drink out of plastic and Styrofoam cups while sweating.

This so called establishment will be hearing from our attorney. We have every intention to sue. Tonight my husband played poker, and won. But the dealer placed my husbands hand back into the deck and said there was nothing they could do. The dealer even admitted he didnt read the cards! $5600.00 was given to another player,a player who did not win. Members watching the game even saw this and my husbands winning hand and along with my husband demanded the footage to be pulled from security cameras. Instead, they were kicked out of Ebro. This "establishment" would not even pull the footage to ensure the rightful player was receiving their winnings. So, Ebro expect a lawsuit. You will be hearing from our attorney very soon.

I was in Biloxi and travelling east (1/20/2012). Someone recommended Ebro and I called the poker room and asked what to expect regarding 2 5 and 5 10 no limit. The person whom I spoke with assured me that there would be two to three 2 5 games and maybe a 5 10. I arrived on Friday and at midnight we had one table of 2 5 with six players. This place is TERRIBLE. Nothing is free and between the bad beat rake and the table rake they remove seven dollars per pot! There are no comps, everything must be paid for and there is minimal security. I mention the latter because the story was told of someone who was followed out of the poker room, robbed and shot. DO NOT waste your time. I will never come back.

Im not really a dog-race aficionado, nor a casino regular. In fact, my only experience with races is old movies, but after seeing the sign while vacationing we decided to check it out. A large complex, you can sit up in the balcony, downstairs outside under the roof, out hang out on the fence for the best view. Many families and children were there and running around... place is big enough so it doesnt bother people. We pretend betted with each other for who buys dinner, I won. All in all, a fun experience. Also, the dogs ran faster than I thought the would!

Not only did they find 40 dead dogs on their property, but the cards that are delt upstairs are delt with the professionalism of Junior High children. I have played better poker in a basement. The place hasnt been updated since the staff has been born. Most of the staff is fresh out of high school to include the "pit bosses." Ill take my poker somewhere else. I hope for the future of the surrounding area and the dogs that race there that Ebro Greyhound Park will close its doors forever!

This is the place my dad and I love to hang out and just chill. We are not serious wagers, so each of us can take $20 and split bets on dogs and enjoy the evening. The food is really good, ice cream is off the chain, and the atmosphere hasnt changed in 30 years. I really enjoy it here when we get to go. Been betting games with same lady for 15 years, Mrs. Gotshall. She is a sweetheart and very helpful with wagering questions.

Great low cost family fun. Ive never visited the card room. Poker is not my game, but my wife and I enjoy betting a few dollars on the dogs. And, whenever we have grandkids in town, they enjoy the dog track. We also enjoy an inexpensive meal of hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, and soft drinks. Its all part of the atmosphere. The facilities arent fancy, but they are safe and fun!

I expected a dog racing track to be a unclean place with expensive cheaply made food where you could easily lose money through bizarre betting pools and even poker tables that included the Dealers hand and your ability to have more difficulty winning at poker, but it actually managed to be worse on all these levels than I imagined. I felt like a better person just for leaving.

I play poker there regularly and like the people there - both employees and players, Since the new management team took over and they have the sheriff downstairs (most of the time) you do feel much safer. The tournaments are run professionally and usually well attended. Their promotions are very attractive and it seems that the jackpot monies are diversified well.

I love to go here and play the tournaments. The problem I have is that Im not one of those guys that goes and is willing to lose what some people pay for rent. I have to drive 70 miles to get here and sometimes most times theres only two or three tables going and there is NEVER a friendly limit game. The tournaments are now the only reason I go.

I play poker there regularly and the staff and management are great. The tournaments are run well and they have been good about keeping a consistent schedule of events. Being only 15 minutes from Panama City Beach off HWY 79 is a real plus.

Small, old crt tvs to watch Kentucky derby/other races. Couldnt even make out the results due to image burn. Beer and wine served downstairs, went to bar upstairs and was told they dont serve mixed drinks. Whats the point? Im not going back.

I was just hanging out with a friend because I dont gamble. I arrived after the last dog race was over, but their seemed to still be a lot f action upstairs with the poker tables. Several guards and cops present to keep things sane.

Was in town on business and wanted to play. Dealers were nice. A lot of locals playing. Facility was better than I expected - its a dogtrack not the Bellagio. Having said that if you like to play cards in the area I recommend.

This is a must visit place for our family. Its a very clean track and maintained very well. The employees are all helpful and friendly. The dogs are fun to watch and we enjoy the night out when visiting PCB.
