Nice layout and the machines are decent. However...this is then first Seneca Casino I have been to that makes you pay for your drinks. My friend ordered an amaretto and it was FIVE dollars! Besides that, it took us 2 hours to even be asked if we wanted a drink! Along the left wall were several of our favorite games. We were never more that a few feet away from the iconic Willy Wonka machine for HOURS and not a single "drink girl/server" came around. Maybe because it was a Thursday night? Its clean and the staff is pleasant. Hard to find! 1 Fulton street, even on Google maps, put us BEHIND the garage of the casino. There was nothing to indicate that you were even near the casino and it was a little depressed back there. I remembered seeing a garage to the casino in pictures so I just wrapped around it and we made it to the front. Overall, it wasnt a horrible experience but I would much prefer to go to Seneca Allegany in Salamanca, NY instead which happens to be about 15 minutes closer when leaving from Pittsburgh.

I traveled to this Casino while in the area looking to have a good time. Upon entering I was carded by this extremely friendly security guard however my out of state ID didnt work with their archaic system. The security called a manager over, Nassim, who was extremely rude. My friend was with me who had an ID from the same state. While we were discussing with Nassim the issue they let 3 other people (non people of color) in without Carding them. Im speaking with Nassim we asked to speak with a higher manager and Nassim was extremely rude. My entire experience at this hotel was nothing positive aside from the security guard and the higher up manager

Terrible been going for years since first opening never won a thing most patrons are complaining we are being robbed and the gaming commission should conduct an investigation, I hope that the casino suffers a great loss and closes, I will be complaining to everybody or agency that is possible about the seneca unfair dirty gaming, social media gives me an option to expose the seneca gaming and with enough followers we can stop the stealing of the people of buffalo,s money. I will sincerely make contact with as many people as possible and educate them on the truth of the seneca casinos which only one word explains it all THIEVES.

Well when you go there during the morning and day hours they still hold 10$ mins at the craps table. Niagara falls lowers it to 5 which motivates me to go during the day when its slow... If you go to buff creek the tables dead in mornings..... LOWER YOURE MINS!! Craps needs a large bankroll if you plan on placing odds and other bets. I lost 100 really fast thanks to there very bad mins. My grandfather likes to stop there on the way back home, and the saying I came up with is "win in the falls, then loose it in buff". Other then that it seems livable... My grandfather loves the machines and he says they pay.

Inside the place is great. The decor is fun and clean. Its what you expect from a smaller casino. They have plenty of slots and table games. I gave it three stars because payouts seem to be exceptionally low even by casino/gambling standards. I seem to win more or at least play longer when going to Hamburg Fairgrounds. The advantage this casino has is that it is right in downtown Buffalo near alot of the new development.

Was my 1st time here and they gave me a $15 voucher for signing up for the players club. There were 3 of us and we only played slots. They had quite a few slots w/ plenty of new games i had not seen before. The slots seemed looser than the ones across the river in Canada. Its a nice casino, but they do allow smoking which wasnt as bad as some other casinos i have been to, fairly good air circulation here.

This place caters to scum, its impossible to win i will never go to another sencea owned casino ever again. The people i see winning ar playing 0.05 or 0.10 cents, really people they dont cater to working class people only drug dealers or welfare recipents im surprised they dont take EBT cards. This placeis so ghetto its ridiculous. I wouldnt even give it a star but you have to.

We were only there for an hour. The staff was friendly but the people gambling there were so rude. It was a really small casino. They are in desperate need of an upgraded air filtration system of they are going to continue to let people smoke in that place. We came out smelling like cigarettes and filth. Gross. You also have to purchase your own drinks.

The only thing anyone will win here is lung cancer. You can smell and taste tobacco across the street, inside burns your eyes and lungs. If the new casino is more of the same I will not only avoid it but will avoid the entire area, second hand smoke times 1000 cant be positive to ones health. One word to describe is "gross".

Was a small decent casino. Table games were over priced for the time of day and crowd size. The smell was like stale cigarettes. I forgot singe places stool allow smoking in doors. I guess they are just behind the times. Food was good though but I couldbt get past the disgusting smell of stale snokers.

Never win anything. Full of smoke and crack heads constantly asking for change and cigarettes. Everyone smells funky and I never experienced a casino where $100 is spent in 20 minutes and not a dime is paid. Not even a dollar! The machines are too tight. Ill stick with my money in my pocket. Thanks!

Workers are very unfriendly..no pay outs..bathrooms were very nasty..urine all over toilets and floor in stalls...no one came around for drinks...slot machines look like they have been around. Forever. People were complaining about the pay outs.I drove from rochester and was excited about going there.

The recently expanded and remodeled. Slots can be tight here. Its a nice facility though. They have 2 restaurants and 2 bars. Plenty of slots and tables. Can get pretty crowded, especially during a giveaway or sabres game. Friendly service. Like others have said, no free drinks.

If you want to play the tables and never have before theyre super cool at explaining everything to you however if youre sitting at a machine like most people dont expect to drink servers to pass you more than once every 3 hours Ill go back but this time I know what to expect

Broke even on slots but lost on tables. Belushi vibe. Honey bee swing thing. Angry aging mobster Tswingtypes lay down the law. Buffalo soldier. Reactionary staff. Cocktail girls always rubbing.. Won $1500.65 on $20. Will spend on bibles for my collecion. Lol. Never again.

The staff is definitely friendly. The lines were horribly long for the members social club which leads me to believe that management doesnt provide enough staff for the drawing of promotions. Also the perks are not too good and the casino is kind of small.

IT will be better with live table texas-holdem poker,I do not play against dealers, like the one in Niagara falls with nice poker room, for me is to far going up-there&back ,so if someone can improve this issue I will be more than happy sincerely Andrzej
