This place is horrible. The first thing they want you to do is sign a waiver. Parents please read this waiver. My son is 2 years old and was only allow on a small section of the trampolines. He was bored. It took only 5 minutes for my son to get injured. Another child was jumping on the same trampoline as my son and went flying in the air and landed on his right arm. I took him to the emergency and nothing was swollen so we didnt want to give him any unnecessary xrays at the time. So we went home to see if it would get better on it own. The next day my son still wasnt moving his arm the same so i took him back to the emergency room and ask for a xray. My 2 year old son had fractured his arm. For something that took only 5 mins my son will suffer for 4 to 6 weeks or more. And these people have you sign a waiver that covers pretty much everything. Im writing this so that people can read it so they dont have to suffer like my son does. Please read the wavier

El lugar esta increible, excelente atencion. Celebre el cumpleanos de mi hijo y fue el mejor de todos, el y todos sus amigos la pasaron de lo mejor. Kids really enjoyed themselves. I didnt think they could bounce for 1hr, but they did. They LOVED dodge ball As expected, some kids where not playing fairly, but the attendant was firm and fair and did a good job of issuing warnings. The atendant in the foam pit was good also. He encouraged the kids. The relief attendants for foam and main areas were unattentive. They spent most of the time talking amongst themselves and the team leader. Not much leadership being followed. I hope those workers are better when the place is crowded. Food TOO expensive we went to subway afterwards. Not much else to do. Overall good experience.

This place was awesome! I chose this one over Doral because the reviews were better. So glad I did!! The staff (Brie and Andre especially ) were so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well supervised by friendly staff. My only suggestion is either more seating OR the birthday parties use their "rooms" for their things. We happened to be there with at least 5 parties and there was nowhere to sit. Otherwise very worth the drive and money. We will definitely be back!

On my first visit I was charged for two children 30 minutes when it was just one child. I asked for the money back for one child and they refused giving me a pass for next time. Today I went back with 2 boys who wanted to play for 1hr. And they wanted to charge me extra since I had a pass. So I ended up paying $2 extra just not to upset the boys since she could not fix the problem any other way. Not coming back!

Regular customer, but went on a Tuesday night at 7:30 PM it closed at 9 PM. Was gonna jump for an hour, as I come in with some friends a lady comes up to me and says their closed due to a Christmas party they were having. She said she had just put the signs in the doors. So we go outside and there are absolutely NO signs. Not saying to not have this event, but do it off open hours.

Took my grandkids there on 17 Aug. They had fun until they needed to use the restroom. Both restrooms were closed, out of order! They should inform people the restrooms are closed before they collect any money for play time!!! I paid $38 for 2 kids and we had to leave early, to take my grandson somewhere to use the restroom. I am definitely not a Happy customer.

Not little kids friendly. I brought my 4 years old and they asked her to stay in a small area with 5 trampolines for 7 kids and one adult (Supervising a very little one). After 15 minutes, the lady supervising left the zone unattended for 15 minutes ( I timed it). 3 of the kids starting bullying my kid and the rest. When I asked someone, they did nothing.

Lots of different activities to do on the trampolines. Dodgeball, Basketball, a pit with foam squares and they assign kids by age to certain areas so you dont have to worry about the bigger kids running into little ones and vice versa. Its by hour and it goes by fast so expect to purchase at least 2 hours. Friendly staff and great customer service.

CHESS STOVE

My son loves the place, but the staff is not so friendly I asked a staff member to clean up the table that I was sitting at she wouldnt, she just walked away. I asked to speak to the manager and wham he came out to speak with me he defended her actions. Then he turned the table and made the about my child.

Very unorganized and poor customer service. I was there to attend a birthday party and when I went to order food I was told they ran out of pizza. When I asked for a hot dog the response I was given was 15 minutes. How do you run out of food for paying customers, for a newcomer it was my first and last visit.

Too strict. Im used to off the wall where the restrictions arent so nuts. The section where the little kids can jump is so small. And parents cant jump with them. So in this case my son had to play by himself in the birthday party. Otherwise it was clean place. Nice set up. Just not for smaller kids.

A great place for children and adults to go on trampolines. There is trampoline dodgeball, trampoline basketball, a foam pit and just open trampolines. There is great food there also, including pizza, chicken tenders and soft drinks. I recommend going there for birthday parties.

I didnt like this place at all. Little kids dont have a divided area to play so they dont run into the bigger kids space... Ill prefer Jumparoos...I think is better for little kids.

I loved it!! The only problem was the group letters. You can only be in certain groups by your age or height. Sometimes you cant jump with your friends because of this.

We took our son to celebrate his 8th BIRTHDAY and he had an AWESOME time! The staff was friendly and engaging. All of our kids came home ready to relax and go to sleep
