Horrible! Mal Servicio al Cliente, Mala Gestion de Ventas por parte de Daniel. Mi hija tuvo una fiesta y no me querian dar un minimo de tiempo para decorar el local, para colmo la muchacha que nos atendio o estaba enojada o tenia dolor de estomago. Tienen que darle gracias a Dios que tienen el Laser Tag porque son pesimos. NUNCA MAS. The worst! Horrible Customer Service, even worst sales management from Daniel. My daughter had her birthday party they didnt want to give me a minimum of time to decorate the place, on top of that the hostess or either she was mad or she had a huge stomach ache. They have to thank God they have the laser thing going on... NEVER AGAIN.

My son turned 6 and we had his party at Laserland & Adventure. The kids had a blast! They loved playing laser tag and the staff was really good about placing them with only similar aged kids. I did not want them in there with teenagers since they were so young. The package includes 2 laser tag games for 10 kids, 200 tokens for the arcade, 3 pizza, 30 chicken nuggets and drinks for the kids. All within a two hour time slot. You will run out of tokens quick. You can purchase more: 150 tokens for $30. You also get a room with a host that will serve the pizza and drinks and assist with any other needs. The host was very helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly which allowed me to just sit back and enjoy the party. The pizza they serve is from Pizza Hut. Its your average pizza but the kids loved it. You can also order additional food for the adults. My son and his friends had a blast. The place was clean, not crowded (Sunday from 2:30-4:30 pm), and the right size to let the kids roam around and not be worried about them roaming around in a busy place. I would recommend a party there. I brought a cake and balloons but the room could uses a few more decorations.

Excelente lugar para celebrar cumpleaños. Mi familia y mis amigos disfrutamos mucho del lugar. Excelente atencion al cliente, nuestra anfitriona fue super especial. Jugamos Laser tag todos juntos (adultos y niños) Realmente la pasamos super bien. Definitivamente volveria a ir aunque vivo un poco alejada del lugar. Mi hijo estaba realmente feliz. Los comentarios de mis amigos fueron super positivos en relacion a la fiesta, comida, lugar y yo quede super satifecha. Altamente recomendado.

Rip Off!!! Tremenda estafa!! No vengan!! Te prometen 20 mins de laser tag pero la verdad es que te dan solo 10 minutos. No te avisan que los 10 minutos del video de instrucciones y poniendote el chaleco cuenta como parte de los 20 minutos!! Robo! They make you wait even if youve seen the video!!! And the clock is running!! False advertisement!!

It was great! I played the spinning wheel for tickets. Two tokens already in it, and its four tokens. I had 2 left, so I thought "Why not?". I got 25 tickets. I saw a bit of the end of a ticket in the machine, so I pulled it and over 2600 tickets came out. I cashed them in and got a Nerf Vortex Proton and 2 slinkies all because the machine glitched! Also, the laser tag was great. The reason I rate 4 stars is because the party room me and my friends were put in smelled awful. But besides that, I had a great experience getting 2 slinkies and a nerf gun for free! Definitely check out this place!

Went to Laserland and Adventure for the first time today with my family. We had the best time. Even had a little issue and they were more than nice to accommodate my family group of 10 just to make us all happy and for us to be able to enjoy the experience as a group. I really appreciated their customer service and kindness. I highly recommend this place for anyone. Our group had 8 adults and 2 children age 6 which had the best time and although we were a little apprehensive about them playing they did great and had the best time. Cant wait to go back again.

Ok complaint number 1, we spent about 3 hundred dollars there and they didnt let us sing Happy birthday to my son cause we didnt but the party package. Complaint number 2, who charges tax on getting tokens from a token machine? Mind you, theres no sign saying we charge tax. When we first got there the few staff in hand were great, seems like some not all of the staff that came later needed an attitude adjustment. Will I come back yes, will I spend what I spent here again no.

We had a great experience at our sons 8th year old birthday party at this awesome place. Even adults had the opportunity to play laser tag and they had a blast! They took care of all the details, I didnt need to do anything, center pieces, decorations, candy station, finger food, balloons... everything taken care of. The hostess were always paying attention to our guests including the kids. Staff is great. Outstanding place for a no-stress and fun party. Definitely recommended.

I havent been to the establishment yet, but trust me, I will be going in the end of August and then state my opinion. I wanted to make a suggestion: a menu from Adventures Cafe on your website would be key to know what type of food and prices you have. I am optimistic, I will adjust this review to 5 stars after the party. Thanks for hearing me out.

I took my kids there to play with his friends last weekend and we ordered pizza and we asked for a pitcher of water and the lady there Myriam didnt want to give us water because we didnt buy soda. So in order for us to drink water we had to order soda????? Give me a break, we had already used the facility and we bought pizza.

Terrible experience, beyond horrible customer service. Make sure you read all fine lines before you come. This place will not work with you or make any exceptions. Leave you high and dry with your money tied up. Find another place if you can. Groupon is a screw job only to pull you in.

Ive played in Orlando & Hattiesburg but this is my all time favorite. Its spacious! There is a game room while you wait your turn. They also serve food. We had younger children (6) with us but we had fun. Try Groupon for discounts or bring at least 10 people unless you attend Wednesday.

Aweesooome place, period! I didnt know of the existence of it until recently and I have to say that I LOVED it. Finding new, affordable, fun things to do in Miami can be quite a challenge sometimes, but they nailed it with laserland. Fun, fun, fun!

It did not meet our expectations from start to finish! The management and party assistants were disrespectful, the food was minimal and some of our birthday party guests were limited to the laser experience. Never again!!!!!!

Awesome experience with all my coworkers I felt like I was on a Halo videogame, now we have a better relationship in the office, I think we all need this times of Catharsis. Great place to have fun.
