BUYER BEWARE!!!! NATALIA WILL LIE ABOUT SERVICES IN CONTRACT TO GET YOUR MONEY! The owner of this place Natalia will lie and tell you anything to get you to leave a deposit. We were promised a pro photographer and by Natalias own words "we didnt have to worry about anything". Well, the photographer turned out to be one of the food servers, how deceptive is that? 95% of our 2 years old daughters pictures are blurred, out of focus and under exposed. We can not use any of them. As we arrived and the party started we found many details were left with no leadership or initiation by the staff. They were too busy texting on their personal cell phones instead of helping our guests to utilize the amenities of the venue. As the time went by we asked were the food was and the staff pointed back in a back room somewhere. We said please start serving, then we noticed people being sent away from food counter without main course and we ask why. Our guests were being told that "authority" had not been given to pass out food? How embarrassing we were that our guests were being told they were not "allowed" to have something at our party. The entertainer was lack luster and we could tell she really didnt want to be there. Further on we found ourselves acting as employees of mini town picking up food plates and going around to guests ushering them to the various activities. There is zero leadership at mini town, so expect to do everything yourself and if you bring it to Natalias attention she will tell you you had the wrong expectations, even though she said we had to do nothing and that they would take care of everything. On a good note , We went to another party venue for a friends kids party called "FANTASMIC"(I think) , wow!!! Smaller place, but the staff is on target, They were going around making sure everyone had food and drinks, and that everyone knew where everything was. I chuckled when an older guy came by to pick up my used food plate to toss it out. I thought wow, this didnt happen at my party. And my party was the most expensive place of any in Miami. By the way, Mini Town ...$1800/ Fantasmic $1000(friday eve). Which would you rather ??? *I am in no way affiliated with Fantasmic or any other venue, Choose any other venue than the NIGHTMARE "MINI TOWN" P.S. A este lugar no debe de darsele ni 1 estrella, son unos estafadores y peores personas que solo les interesa el dinero, hace unis anos quice hacer el primer añito de mi hijo y pues todo bien y pue di mi depósito de $600 y mucho tiempo de anticipación. Tube una emergencia familiar y pues el dia que había escogido no podia ser y decidi cambiarlo para otro mas adelante, ellos no quicieron y se molestaron que no podia ser porq mi espacio ya estaba ocupado por mi y resulta que decidi mi cancelarlo y pues ellos nunca me devolvieron el dinero nuncaaaaaaa y no les importooo ni siquiera q estaba embarazada o sea woww creanme que pase un momento horrible y sin mi dinero!! Woww nunca había vivido una experiencia asi. No se los recomiendo no hay humanidad en este lugar!

I was a little hesitate about this place because of the other negative reviews but I took a chance since they had everything that I wanted package deal and place wise. I do not regret it !!! I just celebrated my daughters birthday this Saturday and it was one of the best experiences I had !!! I was a bit scared too because my uncle recently celebrated his daughters birthday at kubo and they treated my little cousins and his guest horribly and I didnt want that to happen at my daughters party because I wouldve been very upset! It was the opposite the girls were really sweet to all my little guest! Everyone loved the imperial rice they kept telling me it was so good haha !! The kids went crazy happy with the playground and wall climbing that they didnt want to leave ! The entertainer brought the party to life that everyone was enjoying in on the fun. Over all I love this place and Im glad I found it. I will keep celebrating my daughters birthday here because the service from the first day was the best. I think the manger is amazing always wanted to help and was flexible even when I wanted to change some balloon colors she did it without a problem. I never write reviews but this place is worth it and I dont know what the other negative reviews where talking about because everything turned out AMAZING !!! Worth every penny !!!

The best thing of my baby shower was that all the kids had all sort of games to play with, while the adults were hanging around and having a good time! There were games for adults but even kids were able to watch because they were cheering up us!! We were able to wear crazy hats and all kinds of accessories and we danced like crazy all over the place!! My friends and family were amazed of such an spectacular event created for my baby! After a while, all the children were able to play games and contests with us, it was so fun. Best of all, the place is so comfortable and big, air conditioner all over and thats a very important thing for your guests. The food was excellent and I received the best comments from my guests that night. Everything was in order and the staff was always attentive in many ways. We were able to watch music videos while listening them aloud, that was really cool because it felt like being at a nightclub haha but at the same time hanging out with our kids. The thing is that all my friends and family really enjoyed that afternoon-night and were asking me to repeat it!! (OMG) but that only indicates that my guests felt it like the best party ever!! I fully recommend this place.... You get what you expect, and even more!

A few of my friends have celebrated their children’s birthday parties at Mini Town in Doral. My son loves this place! I will put Mini Town at the top of the party venues for kids! This is an awesome place to host a children’s party; it’s very spacious and clean, the decoration is unique and colorful, it is actually decorated like a mini town, it has a big indoor playground and activities for kids of all ages, such as a climbing wall, toddler zone, video games, etc. The staff is friendly and attentive; the food is great, unlike other venues, guests can choose from a variety of menu items, not just pizza and hotdogs, although I have to say their hotdogs are the best! But I honestly don’t remember eating the same thing at the different parties I’ve been to; it’s always been a nice and delicious surprise. Parents also get to enjoy since pretty much everything is taken care of by their staff. I believe the reason I’ve been to several parties at this place is because of all the happy customers that always come back or guests who decide to have their next party at this great place. I highly recommend Mini Town to anyone who wants to celebrate their kids party indoors.
