Action Town is THE WORST run business I have been too in a very long time. I booked a reservation through Ruff n Tuff paintball on the Internet and when I got to the address listed it was Action Town. When I approached the front desk about my reservation they said that they use ruff n tuff for referrals but had not received my reservation and would not help me even though they are afflliated with the company. The manager I spoke to was very disrespect to my just me but members of my party. While we were there there were two other large groups who also booked through Ruff n Tuff and did not have a reservation.
 
 Now let's talk about how DISGUSTING the actually facilities are. The bathrooms are so dirty and u sanitary that I barely wanted to wash my hands in there. There was paper and water all over the sink and floors and the smell was ridiculous. The three paintball course were all straight mud. the front desk girl told me not to even try to do the forest course. The smell out side was like you were at a farm . And later I realized it was the mud that we were playing in. I have to throw away the clothes I wore because the smell was just too strong. We brought food and couldn't stand to eat it outside.
 
 This is the second time Ive been paint balling (the first time in a different city) and I would suggest you find and alternative to this place. The only reason we did not walk out was because it was my Brithday and my friends & family did not want to see me crying anymore. I was disgusted by the way the management handled the situation and didn't want to give them my money. So a friend paid for me just so we could at least have some fun after just a terrible situation.

I had the best experience with my friend Lulli at Action Town this Sunday. Chris one of the Hosts was so delightful, so helpful, he introduced us to the whole place showed us the rooms. He was just fantastic. Honestly we need alot more customer service in the world like Chriss. The world would be a better place. Action Town is a very lucky place to have him as an employee and I hope he goes far he is wonderful at what he does which is host. He is very proud of his position and takes it to another lever. Recently went on a field trip there and had a horrible experience. One of the workers intially told our group we would be allowed to visit each attraction ( bumper cars, laser tag, miniature golf) only once (which was fine.) However, after visiting the golf and bumper cars, my son was told he could not enter laser tag because he had already gone to the bumper cars and golf. This was a contradiction to what was said at the beginning. Most of the machines/game stations were broken. There was a dead cockroach on the floor. Mayhem in the bounce houses with no attendants inside to ensure safety. There were only 3 bumper cars working so the line was eternal. Bathrooms were dirty. I could go on and on. I will not be visiting this establishment ever and I know my sons school was very unhappy with the visit as well. They lost a ton of customers that day!

Horrible Experience, still cant believe they cancelled our party two weeks before. We had my sons birthday party planned at ActionTown in Hialeah for the 2nd week of April and just yesterday two weeks before the event and with all the invitations out already we got a call cancelling the party. We were told the are closing effective April 1st for remodeling. We are still in disbelief that they are doing this two weeks before and that we are left having to cancel and look for last minute alternative for a child birthday party. How unprofessional is this? If you really need to close for remodeling you plan your self and stop taking reservations to do it. You dont cancel on customers two weeks before. Please beware of this business.

My son had turned 16 and he wanted to have a paintball party with family and friends. Found this place online and have to say its a winner. One notable highlight was that they are a Groupon participant so that helped. This place was fun and well worth it. The staff was very helpful. The instructors were attentive and safety oriented. Management was also very helpful. My son and his friends as well as family had a blast. Could not stop talking about how much fun it was on the ride home. They also gave me a tour of the rest of the facilities as they offer much more than just paintball. Will definitely be coming here again as well as getting my job involved in some organizational outings. I highly recommend this place!

The place is pretty much a hit and miss. Lately its just little kids and rentals playing so if they see you with your own gear get ready to not play.... I have gotten lucky and found other people with their own gear and that they play with anyone. But I have wasted my money twice already. Go in, pay entrance. And Noone wants to play because they are rentals. Sucks. If at least I got my money back but no. Not happening. It sucks because the manager and the owners are pretty nice guys. And the bathrooms are super clean. And everyone is super nice and knowledgeable But they gotta do something about that..... At least giving people their money back if they are leaving within 5 minutes of paying....

The whole place is housed in a big warehouse with the paintball arena to the side. The play arena itself is not bad, but the overwhelming sewage smell and mud everywhere kill the atmosphere... The staff is OKish. No complaints here. I dont really know much about the equipments quality, but it worked just fine... The rest is indoors. Bumpcars are housed in a really small room and there are only 6 or 7... The mini-golf is really mini and the climbing wall is maybe 10 ft x 4 ft big. There are 4 bounce houses and laser tag. Thats all. The idea is great, execution very poor. Nonetheless, if you have a 6 year old, he will probably not know the difference...

Horrible horrible horrible.. from the begining till end. I stood in line at the front desk for 15 min because the guy at the counter was saying hi to his coworkers and talking about the marlins park while customer were in line waiting to pay. Secondly when i went to pick up my mask and gun the guys made us wait another 20 min to give us our equipment; they were too busy talking to one another to attend customers. Lastly when i was walking inside to return my mask and gun the employees where smoking weed. I mean the smell was sufficating. I am sorry but its way too expensive to go to that getto ass place again!!! Bad bad customer service
