GO CHECK OUT THE VENUE MORE THAN ONCE! Check out their open house. Its beautiful! Jamie was our wedding venue coordinator and I cannot rave about her enough! She made sure everything fell into place and scheduling times were met. Jamie, Vicky, and Kent do a wonderful job of keeping the place as lush and colorful as can be, with the Texas Hill Country background adding that final outdoor-country feel. I love the venue. I couldnt have asked for a better place to have our wedding. The pergola is the focal point for the bride to meet her groom. Its surrounded by beautiful scenery and plenty of seating to accommodate guests of all numbers. I had a summer wedding and was able to provide guests with chilled water outside of the seating area. The deck is perfect for the cocktail hour and both outdoor and indoor hold 250 people. The outside land has a swing bench and little bridges, cute enough to take pictures. Go with Gardens of Old Town Helotes!

I just had my wedding here this past weekend. It went perfectly thanks to Jaime working hard behind the scenes. She was our wedding-day coordinator. Previously, I had communicated mostly with Vicky. Both were wonderful to work with and very attentive. We were running a little behind schedule and Jaime did not wait to be told to do anything, she just handled it. Its easy to lose track of time and the order of events, but Jaime kept everything moving. The venue and grounds are gorgeous. I also liked having the flexibility to choose our vendors. Compared to other venues around town, Gardens at Old Town Helotes is an exceptional value.

Brides and Grooms, I absolutely recommend Garden at Old Towne Helotes. Vicki and Ken did an amazing job at making my husband and I special day completely PERFECT. Vicki is very organized and helped me plan our special day to every little detail you can think of. When I had questions, she always was a delight to work with and came up with solutions if I needed help finding something for the wedding. The venue is gorgeous and I can’t thank the staff of Old Town enough for all their help in making our day the best day of our lives.

BRIDES...this place is nice; however, they are fairly new at hosting weddings so you NEED to give them every last detail right before the wedding, otherwise some things will not get done. I had a wooden sign that was supposed to be put out and it wasnt. My wedding ceremony programs were not given out. AND the fruit tray for my guests was supposed to be set up before the ceremony ended and it wasnt. Just make sure you have a check list with everything you want done!!

I had a wonderful experience here this summer reviewing the gardens for my wedding. Everyone was so nice and took all the time with me that I wanted. They showed me everything and answered all my questions. No doubt this is a beautiful facility. The price per plate is a higher than we want to pay. We are still thinking about it and looking at other places. But this one is really really nice.

Loved the venue for our wedding. They did a good job with helping with flow as I didnt have a wedding coordinator. The place is breathtaking and they have an amazing bridal cabin that was so accommodating. Thank you again Vicki for all the help in making my husband and my wedding a success!!!

We toured this property recently for an upcoming wedding. The property is beautiful and has a Texas Hill Country feel that isnt over the top. (No taxidermy on the walls, etc). Theyre investing in new features and landscaping that will make this place a must-see.
