I LOVE this movie theater. Its close to I-15. Staff is friendly. Upkeep is on game and beautiful. Now, my favorite part is the new movie theater seats they recently added. They are leather recliners that also allow you to move the arm piece so you can cuddle with your loved ones. I have been going here for YEARS, and this is the newest upgrade I just recently had the pleasure to experience. I love it!! Bravo AF Cinemark! **The only suggestion Id like to add is a frequent visitor discount card. I have 5 kids, so the price to go out to movies are quite expensive. If you could have some sort of discount card for us loyal customers, itd be greatly appreciated!! Not to mention that wed come more often. =)**

I love the assigned seating available. I hate having to go to a movie 45 min early just to get a seat. If you buy your tickets in advance you can show up whenever you want. Also, the easychair-like seating is awesome. You can put your feet up and recline and there is tons of space. However, 4 stars because my husband and I both found the angles of the neck rests uncomfortable, spent the movie trying to use each other to lean/lay on, and I had a sore neck for an hour after the movie. They needed to go back more, I think.

Holy cow what a dump!!!! So I took my wife out last Sat night to see the Revenant. We got there early but we were told we couldnt go in because they were supposedly cleaning. After a while the manager went in to see what the hold up was. Finally it was ok for us to go in. Popcorn and trash was still all over the floor, napkins and old cups still in the holder. I did ask the manager about the cleaning. He stated that it was completed. I told him if he felt that it was clean he should be embarrassed.

Nice older newish theater with reserved seating. The teenaged ("aging" sounded too harsh) sound system could be slightly better. Popcorn is good, and the Large gets 1 free refill. No free refill in drinks. Tuesday is $5 movie day all day, following Megaplex. Theaters are kept clean, which is a real task these days. (When did it become acceptable to leave your seating area in squalor?!) Good mix of movies. Id love to see more classics shown, etc.

Great theater. It is always nice and clean and rarely ever crowded. They recently upgraded the seats to reclining lounger chairs. The only downside to the new comfy chairs is that, I think, they take up more room than the old chairs. This means fewer seats, so if youre seeing a popular show it is best to purchase your tickets ahead of time to get the best seats (assigned seating).

I am so happy with this theater, the lazy boy style chairs they have switched to are so comfortable and make movie watching more enjoyable. The aisles have a lot more space to walk through and we dont have to pay extra for these changes. I also love the phone app for cinemark theaters that can be used here to earn discounted and free concession snacks and other movie merchandise.

THE WEBSITE DOES NOT MATCH WHAT THE THEATRE SHOW TIMES ARE! My husband & I went to see a movie, so we looked online for show times & decided on a 12:40 showing. We arrived just before & not only was the time incorrect on their board, but it was in 3D. 3D times werent even listed on the website. We walked right out & went to Megaplex, because 3D movies are the worst.

This is a great Cinemark. Its really conveniently located between the Target and Walmart in American Fork. They always have tons of parking. The front area is really nice, and is a great outdoor space when the weather is good. They have a medium amount of theaters, so theyre mostly new movies. I like the shops that are by here, like the cookie shop.

I love going to this movie theater. It is small and simple yet overall a great experience like a larger theater. They have all the normal movies and have great showing times. The other thing nice about this location is that it is near I-15 and many restaurants so you can have a easy night with a movie and dinner. You will not be disappointed.

Recliners in every theater? YES! However, they recline to point that gets uncomfortable half way through the movie. Another couple inches would be perfect. 4 stars because its Cinemark. Cant compete with Magaplex in screen and sound quality. But the recliners are a great touch that will have me coming here on $5 Tuesdays with the kids.

Upgrading them to fancy new chairs is really nice. Theyre comfy recliners now, nice! Downside is theres less seats per screen, so more popular movies (superhero movies, etc.) fill up pretty fast, so buy tickets in advance. Also a bummer you cant buy R-rated tickets from the kiosks, but the employees there are fast and efficient.

I loved most things but I cannot enjoy the movie because of the top part of the recliners sticking out and my head is where average neck level is so either my neck hurts throughout or Im looking down. The only reason I went 2 times recently is because I had free tickets or else I wouldnt go at all and just pay for vudu

I like the place , it was claen and the sound is so good .... what I didnt like is that the snacks are to high in price but to get in is , I took the my fam out. { 3 of us } for $25.00 to see a 3D movie and thats nice to do for the price ....... we had the best time here and your fam are going to love it too .......

I had an issue with an issue with an online order and they were very helpful, forthcoming, and friendly. They made sure my issue was taken care of and were very empathetic. Wish more businesses had customer service like this theater. Facilities are nice, and have never had a bad experience coming here

I honestly thought Cinemark was going to go out of business because of how well Megaplex is doing in Utah, but they are redone all of their chairs and they are so nice! I think Cinemark is one of the best kept secrets! No one goes there anymore so you get the seats you want and they have $5 Tuesdays.

This is our favorite local theater to go see movies at. We love to catch the morning matinee on the weekends here. The prices are reasonable for a first-run theater, and the new lounge seats are awesome! They keep it really clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Really fun to go to with all your friends on a girls night out. Great treats and awesome seats. ;) The movie theater is just the right size to enjoy, and the screen is really clear. Some movie theaters everything is really blurry and its hard to see faces, but this place is awesome.

Great time here at Cinemark in American Fork. I particularly loved the individual, automatic, leather recliners. No more awkward elbow bumping with the stranger next to you! The theater was clean and the movie started promptly. Id recommend this experience to my friends.

Great new seating with reclining chairs. Do NOT like the policy to go to the snacks register to have my ticket torn... One staff member, really? Wont wait for people to buy their food so the can tell me which theater room is 12... Ill just go in myself, thank you.
