Nice theater, but there are issues: First, it is expensive. Senior citixen tickets were over $11 each. I dont know if this was an error, but the ticket agent asked and I said yes, we were seniors. A small bag of Twizzlers, available at Walgreens for $1.49 was $4.50 here. I realize there is a premium to be paid if you get your snacks here, but 3 times the regular retail price seems excessive. Next, if you are bothered by cell phone lights after the theater is dark, you may not appreciate the flashlights brining meals to their "guests." Since we were in the front two rows, we did not see much of this, but we could see the "glow" going by behind us. However, this was not a problem after the feature started that we noticed. Finally, the seats are comfortable, yes, but also inclined in a way that made it easy for my smartphone to slip out of my pocket. When I discovered it missing and went back 10 minutes later, they would not let me go to the theater to check in or under the seats. The movie had not started, but a ticket agent said she would go look. She came back and said the phone was not there. I had no way of verifying this, and am not even sure she checked the right seats, because she got the location wrong when I was desribing it. They did take my phone number, but two days later I have not had a call. I know the phone was there, because I was sitting in my seat when I turned the phone off. And I returned when we had walked a block away - so I know it was dropped there. I did not appreciate the curt and hurried manner the ticket agent displayed. The whole thing could have been resolved to my satisfaction if I had been allowed to at least accompany her to the theater to verify she was looking the in the right location. So, the smartphone is now gone I am sure. The opportunity to find it so soon after leaving the theater is also gone. Thanks to an unfriendly staff person, I have lost a valuable phone and am still pissed off for the way this was handled.

We were seated immediately and had great expectations of grabbing a light meal before catching a show. The waiter was nice but once he took our order, we didnt see him for quite some time. We had to finally ask someone else for water or our drinks. Eventually he brought both of us food. My appitizer came with dressing and none was offered, so I asked for it. Hers was the wrong dish, he had to put the order in again, while a salad had also been ordered, he did not bring that until the other dish was ready. needless to say, we had only minutes to eat, I still didnt have the dipping sauce and mine was cold. ,The food was not great and the service was a joke. The waiter did not apologize really and we were not visited by the manager. The waitress frrom the next table sympathetic and we felt sorry for her and suggested that she try and find work at the Cap Grill or something. I do think the kitchen was a huge part of the problem. Many customers seemed to be waiting and waiting. The theatre was great. Most comfortable seats I have ever experienced in a theatre. They were like the great leather home theatre seats with the built in cup holders.

Have had a couple of problems the last few visits. Should not happen, especially for the price you have to pay for food and/or movie. Went on a busy night and they had one line with atleast 20 people in it. Not lying. Went to customer service to ask if we could order there or if they were going to open more lines but got a no-answer answer. An older couple in front of us in line got so mad they merely walked out. So after 5-10 minutes they open up one more line, so now about eight people in each line. Instead of opening up a 3rd line manager and two staff folks were chit-chatting instead of focusing on customer service. I say this because i saw them laughing. Finally ordered and we sat down. I found it odd that they filled my soda from a large clear pitcher. When i sat down i realized why. It must have been prior days soda as it was incredibly stale. By then movie was starting but the stale soda even further ruined the experience. Wifey now says were going to Paragon theaters.

My wife and I like the place very much, we come during the day for $10, well worth it and lots of good restaurants nearby like Seasons 52, AZN (right below with brown rice!), Blue Martini and many more. Its is better than a first class airline seat in a large jet, plus enough leg room so you never have to stand up to let someone by, so why not a couple of bucks more. Plus full bar!!! Yes, you can take the drinks inside, now is that not worth a little premium. Free Parking too indoors in the attached garage, so very little hassle - drive right there, park, eat and get a beautiful RESERVED seat (sold at an 5 outside kiosk by the way if you want), drink -- whats not to like, really. BTW, this theatre is on the second floor, accessible by escalator, so not your usual movie place and the 10 or so theaters only hold about a hundred people. And the post below sounds very racist, no issues that I saw; young, old, black, white, ....

Go to Paragon across the street. Better pricing for fully reclining seats. Silver spot website is a terrible mobile experience and the online booking fee is a total cash grab. The theatre didnt open until 7 minutes before the movie started and the ticket tearer seemed kinda rude. There was no spoken request to turn off phones so people were on their phones with brightness up and ringers on ruining the experience for others. The sound proofing between the theatres was atrocious and booming bass from nearby actions movies distracted from or outright ruined somber moments. For a premium area and premium pricing, all you get is a subpar experience marred by grimy overcharging and rude patrons. Go to Paragon for better prices and a better overall experience at every step of the way.

I went to Silverspot recently to see a childrens movie - with my children. We were turned away because I have an 8 month old and was told they only allow children over 3 at this theater. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous and I am not sure that is even legal. Sounds like age discrimination to me. My baby was asleep and indeed stayed that way for the entire movie (after we went to Hollywood 20). I am appalled that this is the attitude of the management of this theater. Just one more way that children are undervalued in our society and especially in Naples. Businesses in our area should learn to appreciate a little more those of us who live here year round and support them with all the snowbirds go home. Our family will NEVER return to Silverspot.
