EXCELLENT!!! Great location, Great everything! WE dont have to worry about the Grand being full of non-military related locals of El Paso...Its always extremely clean and comfortable for the entire family... We can grab lunch or dinner before or after, Great location to all the eateries of Freedom Crossing! Concessions are decent also, kids always want popcorn or nachos...The staff is amazing! Best movie experience our family of 6 have had since traveling with the Army! Fort Bliss definitely makes it to where you really dont need to leave the comfort of the Post!

The theatre is always nice and clean. However, it seems like it is impossible to go to a movie here without hearing someones baby/toddler making noises through the WHOLE thing. The staff will just walk by without ever saying a word to the parents, no matter how long they hear the kids making noises. This has happened nearly every time Im there, including in films that are rated R.

Good for a cheap movie, but not a first date kind of spot. Military stuff is clean but so boring. They do serve beer here, but there are much more enjoyable theaters in this town. There are a lot of children, but it is a family theater so that is expected. Also standing for the Anthem before a movie might feel a little weird if you are not military.

Its a very nice theater, but the popcorn, snacks, and such are VERY expensive. You spend nearly $25 just for the large combo that has two sodas and one large popcorn. You can easily spend nearly $100 on snacks when you have a family of 6. Its not kosher when you spend more money on snacks than you do the movie tickets themselves.

Wonderful theatre at Fort Bliss, very clean, great theatre seating and screens with good Dolby Sound. I would compare it to any other movie theatre outside a Military Base. Excellent Staff in a Great Shopping Area that offers the feeling of an Major Outlet Shopping Center. Great Area at FT. BLISS.

Top of the line and got a chance to serve my wife wine at a movie for the first time. My Daughter loves the atmosphere and very friendly and understanding staff. Fort Bliss did it right with this and thanks for a First Class Movie Theater for our Military and their Family members.

I have not been inside many different post movie theatres, but have driven by a lot and never thought to go watch a movie in any of them before. This one on the other was different, maybe because it actually looks like a movie theatre that you would see off post.

All ways enjoyable all the years I have been based here. All ways clean and in great condition. I didnt appreciate this theater until I went to the one right out side the gate. I was surprised a movie theater in a mall was in such inferior condition.

The morning cashier customer service skills are the worst. Needs some work. Other than that my family goes here a lot since we have been here and the cashiers have never been rude. The theater in all is very clean but the popcorn is always cold.

Great movie theatre for military personnel and their family. Movie theatre is always clean and movies are played at the appropriate time. Concessions is conveniently located at the center of the theatre along with multiple restrooms.

Clean and affordable. I enjoy the movies and the ticket prices (show ID for military discount and sign up for the "Reel Rewards" card, it saves you money if you constantly go to the movies like my husband and I).

Seats are really comfortable. Theater is clean. Employees are very friendly. A little cheaper than other theaters in area ($6.00 for military & $6.50 for seniors). Highly recommend!!
