A top tier ballroom; lovely floor and amenities. I celebrated New Years there with around 500 friends LOL and we all had a hoot! The ballroom was wonderfully decorated and the event well organized. The theme was Great Gatsby and everyone was dressed to thrill. On Sunday evenings starting at 5pm until 8pm Ive attended the weekly salsa event. There were at least 160 dancers there and the level was high. By 6pm the place was throbbing to the best salsa dura and everyone had a blast! I met some lovely dancers, everyone was very friendly. After the salsa finished the ballroom crowd showed up and there was a nice social ballroom dance from 8 -1030pm or so. Everyone was dressed elegantly and it is truly a thrill to dance here. During the day I see many pros teaching private lessons and the ballroom offers weekly events, including ballroom, salsa, swing and hustle events.

Weve been to a lot of ballrooms, dance studios and venues of that ilk all over New York, Long Island, Boston, Puerto Rico, Rio De Janeiro and other places, It is my opinion that Goldcoast Ballroom, located in Coconut Creek, S. Florida is one of if not the best ballroom in the United States, week after week, after week. You will find high level professionals working there all the time. Its own championship instructors, the DiLorenzos, Liene and Paolo, Olga Bogdanov, and the Paramanovs to name a few are are favorites and world class dance champions and instructors who take dancing very seriously. And everyone of them are exceptionally fine, classy people. I can;t say enough about the ownership, instructors, the students, dancers and the whole scene. And a beautiful dance floor to work on.

Great floor and music. Most dancers are over 50 years old. They offer different themes at different nights. The best way to know what is going on is to go online and then call. Most of the dancers dance American Style and the rest dance International or a mixture of both styles. The Salsa practice party is nice, and the best thing about it is that it is followed by a Ballroom and Latin practice party. Since I dance both Ballroom and Salsa it was a very long party (over 5 hours if you use all the time available).

Clean, friendly and fun. They just refurbished the wood dance floor. The lights arent synchronized to anything, just random, seizure-danger flashing and spinning. The "shows" are videotaped by the owner or someone related to or friends of the owner. They prohibit you from videotaping so you have to buy their videos which are amateur-level at best.

A great place to dance, on a large maple floor; friendly, helpful hosts; friendly group of dancers, of all abilities; beautifully decorated; convenient seating surrounding the dance floor; If I didnt live so far away, Id be there one or more times a week.

Not friendly hosts,very rude! really bad experience yesterday,we went to celebrate our friends birthday, we were 25 friends.If you dont have a partner to dance youll be sitting boring.
