I come here every Tuesday when they open and bowl with some of my fellow Veterans. I have been bowling here since April 2014. Its a great place to bowl but hard to find if you dont know where it is or where to look. I bought my first ever bowling ball, bag, and shoes here. That shop is awesome and he does good work drilling the holes for your fingers. The lanes are really kept up nicely. When bowling sometimes the pins dont get set up right and when its needed to be fixed, the staff is right on it. Also a ball may get stuck or something, again the staff is right on it. The food they serve is really good. I thought that the fries were a little on the dry side but thats the way it is with fries, if you dont cook them just right they taste differently. I plan on coming here to bowl as long as I can. As long as they have bowling for the vets like they do, I will keep coming back again and again.

We went in and paid for unlimited bowling and we kept having the pins missing. We told the guy three times then he finally switched the lanes. We told him that is unacceptable service and he responded "its not like you paid for each game". I will never come back to this place ever due to lack of staffing and lack of ownership when you need it.

Absolute horrible service. Met with friends and kids to have a good night. Was given 1 lane for 6 adults and 4 kids. Was told the 4 next to us were for leagues. Then a group of college kids walk in, get multiple pitchers of beer and balls off the rack, clearly not league. The guy at the counter was as useful and friendly as a door knob.

People keep using the word "outdated" like its negative. These people dont understand bowling alleys at all. This place is a functional museum where you can escape from some of the detritus of modernity, clear your head of the BS, and examine your own personal philosophy and values. Or just roll balls at stuff.

Crown Lanes is like Cheers. If you are a regular, everbody knows your name. The staff treats you like family. That could be a good or bad thing depending on how you treat your family. The place may be "old school", but the prices are too! Roxi must have been the red headed step child, lol!

LOVE this place...Great people, great service, locally owned and ran with love!! Took my son bowling here for his first bowling experience, it was great! Ive met so many great, wonderful people here. Its a meeting spot for me and my friends, ALWAYS a good time to be had at Crown!!!

Last time I was there the bar was filled with hoodlums who wouldnt let no one play pool and the bar tender seemed to be friends and backed them up. This place used to be a nice neighbor hood place. I would rather go else where with less drama.

This is a great place for good family fun! Sundays are usually the day I bring my daughters for breakfast and bowling. $12 gets you 3 games w/shoe rental and a full breakfast!! Cant beat that!

We love Crown Lanes. Our son has Autism and the whole staff knows him by name, which makes him feel comfortable. Its family friendly and has the best cheese burgers in the city!
