My experience with this particular AMF location has never been good. I have tried this place numerous times and they have yet to provide anything more than a poor experience. I have had to wait in line for 20 minutes when the place is dead, while a clerk spends 20 minutes with a customer in front of me. All of their promotional mailers and advertisements promote open bowling after 8:00 PM when in fact you cannot bowl until 9:30PM to 10:00PM Mon-Friday. However, the refuse to change this wording on their site. Which reinforces how little this place cares. Additionally, they can close whenever they want too. If you are not in a league, then they do not care about you. They make you feel like more of a problem than a customer. Moreover, I have seen 3-4 employees behind the desk chatting away while frustrated customers wait patiently in line to get taken care of. The other night they told us we could bowl 2 games and during our second game the lanes shut down. Then after waiting in line for 20 minutes while one clerk is doing everything herself and other employees are laughing and talking behind her, she said we were out of time to finish the game.....WOW. Obviously, business is so good they dont need customers outside of their leagues. What a shame. Whether or not you decide to give these people your money. Make sure you call first otherwise you are going to be disappointed and they do not care. I would also be leary of these positive reviews. Probably employees or friends of employees trying to push the negative ones down. I know a lot of bowlers and none of them will bowl here. Cheers.

This is literally the shittiest bowling alley Ive bowled at. If I could rate it a 0 I would. They advertise that games are only $3.99 but fail to mention that they charge you per person and that shoes are $5.00. They didnt care to ask if I wanted my receipt, not to mention there was only ONE staff member working. I asked for warm water to make my son a bottle and the manager, out of all people, rudely told me, "I used the rest of it for tea." I tried using the restroom water but it doesnt get hot nor does it look sanitary. The staff sucks! I will never bowl here again. Oh and if youre looking to bowl with your children dont bother coming here, they dont offer bumpers if so "EVERYONE has to use them because they arent electronic."

Do not book a party here! Unless you want to wait over an hour for each person to get their food and serve it yourself. Way over priced and understaffed. Food wasnt great. No clean up during so be prepared to clean up yourself so there is room to eat. 21.99 a person plus a mysterious 18% event charge that is not gratuity. So be prepared to tip as well if youre not a jerk. So if uou want to pay a ton to serve and clean and tell hungry kids their food should be coming soon, then by all means book with this place. The staff was not prepared at all. The ice cream bar promised they could not find.. The kitchen was out of a lot of thing and if your guest order their own food it was forgotten. Not impressed!

WAY Overpriced! For ~$10 per person, per game (including shoes) youd figure that this place was well-kept up, nice, and newer. It is NONE of those things! The bowling balls are garbage (pitted, gouged, and old), the rental shoes & everything else (carpets, walls, lanes) are average to low quality (in other words, not worth paying a premium price for). The lanes do have touch screen computers, but ours was constantly bugging out, changing screens, and all in all acting like a broken, 2-bit system. I pity the people for whom this is their closest option. Would not recommend!

vIm visiting town for thanksgiving break. We go in stand at counter for 15 mins an older white lady was tiping what seemed to be an order so we did not bother her and assumed she will help us get service.Wrong she left and did not even say hi or nothing.Then 5 minutes later a nother person with a dress shirt got behind counter and started using the phone not even asking a thing. First and last time not even if ofered free passes i would go.Ended up going to boondock and had a blast wich is only a few blocks near.Management need re-training.

I see a lot of negative posts for this location. Maybe its bad luck but I bowl here quite frequently and have never had an issue with staff, food, beverages or anything. The complaints about price, maybe its the time of day but I do their bowling from I believe 10pm to 1 am. Its about 20 bucks a person for unlimited bowling for 3 hours including shoes.

I really appreciate when people try their best to turn a situation around. We booked our new years eve gathering and the booking agency had spelled our reservation name wrong. The people here did everything possible to find out what happened and set it right so we were still able to enjoy our new years! This place and the people in it are awesome!!!

Our lanes kept getting stuck ask them to fix and they never did, bartenders suck, they dont know how to pour right and you waste money on drinks, plus you stood there for 30 min to get drinks while they took care of everyone else,it was hot in there and they were not allowed to control temp they said, all in all horrible place and over crowded

Do not go here! We just held my friends 21st birthday here and got charged for 40 games and $240! We had 2 lanes for 3 hours for 8 people. Not complient nor willing to work with them. Not customer service oriented at all. Very disappointed and management clearly has no clue how to train or even hire the right people.

We were charged incorrectly for three games with four people and for pairs of shoes. The attendant said it was because it was a holiday but there were no postings nor was there any mention of the different price upfront.

a bunch of times they skip your turn the people are rude you only get a limited amount of balls i like fat cats alot better
