Im not usually the type to comment or review a business, but I feel my experience with this place warrants one. My girlfriend and I went there on a slow Thursday afternoon, and had the worst customer service Ive ever had anywhere, and we werent the only ones with this problem. The only girl working seemed to disappear everytime you actually needed her, and acted as though being there was an inconvenience to her. Once we finally got a lane and shoes, we elected to just bowl our games and get the heck out of there. Even though everytime we turned around to the desk, there was someone else in the same predicament we just found ourselves in. Finally we go to leave and have to walk out of this place in a cloud of her and two of her friends cigarette smoke with yet another group of people waiting to be helped inside. Its really too bad. This place is closer to our house than other bowling alleys, and well elect to drive elsewhere after this experience.

We come every Friday for leagues and used to eat dinner every time. When leagues started the food prices went way up and the portions shrunk big time!! We ordered chili cheese fries, the portion of fries didnt even reach the edge of the plate and we had to go get ranch to finish them. Would have been nice to actually get some chili n cheese!!! Our friend ordered a sandwich and got about the same amount of fries for his side. I noticed unlike last year no one was ordering food. Now I know why, I guess we will eat before leagues. Next year we may need to reconsider where we sign up.

Service could use drastic improvement as well as lacking basic amenities such as wifi, especially since the location is in the valley where phone service is poor. A draft beer costs about the same as a bottled beer at the club, T.Vs are old and small, projector is blurry. Prices are definitely too high for what you get. And to top it off the staff is unfriendly and indifferent. Id take my money, family, friends somewhere else until conditions improve. Wake up! Its 2015 get wifi for your patrons and improve the facilities.

Lanes are Great. Very Expensive! and the customer staff were all RUDE!. I used to go there every weekend and drop a couple hundred dollars back then you got a lot more for your money and the staff was always fun & friendly. The cosmic bowl used to be a bargain 4 hours of bowling $9.99 a person now it is only 2 hours Midnight to 2am. I let the manager Gary know about my dissatisfaction and he didnt care. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and got to a different bowling alley. It is a lot of money to be treated that way.

5 cheesticks at a dollar a piece i dont think so. their food and drinks are very overly priced!!!!! there drink "specials" suck!!! it is really only worth going to bowl (eat or drink before you leave or bring your own snack) I do think they should lower the rate for kids though!!!! i will definitly be looking for a better place to bring my 3 yr old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah and there arcade sucks, it steals your money and doesnt give you tickets when u win.

If youre on a league and had to Post bowl. DO NOT BOWL AT BRUNSWICK CIRCLE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT!!! We complained about the open bowlers and did they move them, FREAKING NO!!!! Do not, I repeat, Do not bowl at Brunswick on a Friday night!!! Oh, and a little kid kept throwing his bowling ball up in the air like a freaking basketball. I was worried that he was going to break the lane or hit his head. Teach your kid how to bowl underhanded.

This establishment is absolutely absurd, they told us it would be 30 to 45 minutes (mind you they close at eleven, and this is at 8:45), before they closed. Ended up closing the lanes after 25 minutes when we had 3 frames left. Not only that, charged us an extra 8 dollars than what they should have. This is the worst bowling alley in existence coming from someone that has bowled all their life.

Im just going to say that the prices reflected on the website do not reflect the price of whats actually charged. I had 3 children and 3 adults for 3 games each which actually should be around 70.00 however it turns out that its 113.58 because its 4.59 per person per game. In return is not listen on the website. Just a reference for those who want to go. My family however will never go again.

The bowling is pricy for my taste.. 2.50 a game and 2.50 for shoes on a Saturday afternoon. The FOOD THO WAS AMAZING. Lol we had assorted wings and pizza. Im a huge pizza snob and I absolutely loved it. Ive wanted to order and pick it up for my familys dinner ever since I bowled there lol.

This place is the worst bowling alley I have EVER been to. Do not go here! $7.00 for 2 sodas!! Theres nothing but hoodlums loitering around outside. Definitely NOT a family friendly place. There are FAR better places to bowl in the Springs.

Good bowling ally, good prices, many lanes. Only downfall is on the weekends, Friday-Sunday, it gets incredibly busy, even the 9 or so pool tables are usually taken. If planning on coming on the weekend, come early to get a lane or table.

They advertised a deal for $2.22 tall beers and the bartender told us (after we ordered them) that they didnt have those in stock yet. We were still charged the same price for the beer. Dont advertise a deal you cant deliver on.

Far and away the most rude and unhelpful staff that can be employed. Ive never been hung up on while trying to get info to go bowling before...unless every other alley in town has burnt down, avoid this corporate junk pile.

Prices are high and group rates dont really save you anything. if you need to book a group you HAVE to call the corparate 800 number, oh and make sure you give an extra 3 or 4 days for them to maybe get back to you
YE
yes sir
they told us to reserve a bowling lane so we did we get there and they tell us all the lanes a reserved for bowling league so i would not recommend to anyone poor customer service . amd they lied to us also

Its ok but they always seem understaffed and very busy. Also gave my boyfriend flat beer when we watched her change the keg she mixed it with the flat beer. When we said something she refused to change it.

They put some oil out - at least on Tuesday night for league play. Drinks are reasonable - and they have specials and good/timely service. Bowling areas are set up nicely. Good place to bowl!

Great bartenders, decent bowling staff. Need more balls for people with big fingers, I doubt many kids are throwing 13+ balls. Lanes are in great condition. Scoring computers are from the 90s.

Service was great, I came with a youth group. Decent rates for bowling, but be prepared for expensive snack bar. However, the food is still really good, and overall the place is super fun!

Lots of lanes. We were there on a Friday at 2:30 and they werent busy at all. Nice facility, didnt have any food so I cant say if it was good or not. Played three games, lots of fun.
