Its been a very long time since weve been to Regal Henrietta, and I dont think well be going back. First, they only had one machine to print pre-paid tickets, and the line was insane and filled with people trying to buy tickets to avoid the regular line snaking out the door. Once we finally got inside, the ticket taker forgot to give us our 3D glasses and the concession lines were long and barely moving. After sitting my kids in the theater, I ran back out to get glasses (where the ticket-taker couldnt have cared less to help me) and tried to get in line for concessions again. There were five people ahead of me and I waited five minutes and no one re-appeared to help the people in our line. I went back and sat. I tried again 5 minutes later. Waited 10 minutes in line, finally got to the front. The young lady helping me was nice enough, although she never smiled, but she had to walk the full length of the counter several times to help me with my simple order. The rest of the workers obviously hated their jobs. That theater needs at least one more pre-paid machine and a huge morale boost.

I showed up at Regal Henrietta yesterday with my Grandson to see the movie Secret Life of Pets. It was 1:10 p.m. No one was at the window to buy tickets; therefore, I bought them through the kiosk. I did not feel that the kiosk was clear that the 2 p.m. show was 3D. We went to lunch, and when we came back, there was no one to take our tickets. If that would have happened, we would have known we were in a 3D movie. Because the theatre was fairly empty, I didnt see others with glasses on (or it would have been obvious). I had to run out and track down someone to give me glasses once the movie began which involved dragging my 6 year old grandson out of the theatre. This was not a positive experience for sure. For $25ish, this was unacceptable to be honest!

Updated review a year later... No changes except stars are even less.. Why is regal... Not regal? This location is in desperate need of a complete makeover. The inside of Regal in general is less than royal. The name is not really fitting especially at this location. Sound needs major upgrades as does the projection system and theater interiors. The seating is absolutely horrid and some of the most uncomfortable I have ever been in. With Eastview having recliners Id rather take the drive to enjoy a movie next time. They are getting almost as dingy as their location at culver ridge plaza. My least favorite in the areas are those two spots, Culver Ridge and Henrietta. They are just depressing and the exteriors are just as bad as the interiors.

So my family and I went in to see the new pirates of the Caribbean movie and when we got their we got our tickets fast then moved on to concessions the employees were nice but slow and not as attentive as they should of been but thats not why Im rating 1 star when we went into see our movie we walked in to find somewhere to sit and the seats were horrible they were so uncomfortable I had to leave several times because my back was hurting from sitting in them and even worse the seats were itchy and they were falling apart Id be happy to change this rating but I wont untill they fix their seats

It doesnt matter the circumstances that landed me here. What DOES matter is that the staff were gracious and understanding. I would cheerfully spend my $ here, as Im living proof they give back to the community. As far as cost, Im NOT renting a video in my home, and Im not cooking dinner in my kitchen. Im GOING OUT! Theres a cost associated with that CHOICE. One of which Im happy to pay.

Best cinema in Henrietta! Its always got the latest movies and showings. They could do with fixing up some of the sound systems though. On more than one occasion the sound wasnt as loud as it should, even when I went to the front to ask them to turn it up. Also, most of the people are great, but a certain few that Ive dealt with could cheer up a little!

Staff are quick and good spirited. The theaters are clean, and the seating is layered so any long torsos do not ruin the experience. If you want a great deal get a regal reward card for free popcorn, sodas, and movie tickets that accumulate over time with ticket purchases. Tuesdays all tickets are $5. This place is where I go for all my movies!

Well-managed movie theater with lots of options. Ive never for a second felt unsafe here, but there are still times nonetheless when people are driving recklessly in the parking lot after a movie and I wonder if they should consider a prominent security guard. Regardless, well managed, clean, and always running smoothly.

This theater is not only very expensive but also very crammed. The seats are very close and small. If you want an enjoyable experience and are over 150 lbs then do not go here to watch your movie. Also bring at least $20 per person for your ticket, popcorn, and a drink. I refuse to go to this theater anymore!!

Nice, clean movie theater. I gave it 4 stars because they dont have popcorn/drink combos and coming from a big city where all the theaters have recliners, it was a little uncomfortable going back to traditional theater seats. Other then that its a nice place. I would definitely recommend seeing a movie here.

My first time ever goin to a theater in Rochester tonight and I brought my nephew n my two little cousins wit me to watch the new transformers movie to only have the movie cut off twice...I guess the only good thing was I got a free ticket for my next movie but I surely wont be coming back here for that.....

Satisfactory enough, but the viewing angles on the screens I attended were noticeably inferior to the ones at the Cinemark Tinseltown in Gates, about 15 minutes north. The Closed Captioning options at the Regal location is superior than Tinseltown however, which is wise due to the proximity of NTID.

No signs offing people know where to go if they purchased tickets ahead. Making the customers wait outside, instead of utilizing the huge lobby, and all of the windows at the ticket booth. Slow, very slow food counter service. Hardly any leg room, and the most uncomfortable seats!

Movie theater was clean, friendly staff and excellent movie - Black or White. However, senior discount ticket price of $8 for the first show of the day.....really?? What is the full ticket price?? I know on Tuesdays the price is $5, but not every senior can go on a Tuesday.

Went and saw the movie Deadpool here. Its a pretty interesting and cool movie theater. There are neon lights and large ceilings in the lobby/concession area which give it a unique atmosphere. The lines to grab a ticket went fast and so did the concession lines.

The popcorn is both expensive and lower quality than Wal-Mart brand microwave popcorn. The employees are inattentive and generally lazy when it comes to assisting you. The seats are of poor quality and their screens are small compared to other local theatres.
