Wow... Our experience tonight was extremely disappointing! As stated in previous reviews.. the Attitudes of the employees really really lacks any customer service whatsoever. They talk to you like youre scum off the street.. There are no hours posted on any of their doors.. they close when they feel like it and if you happen to be bowling when they feel like closing.. they will cut your game off and tell you to leave. My friends had 3/4 full pitcher of beer left and they did not let them finish it, nor refund any of their money. Ive never in my life seen a bowling alley close that early on a Friday night!! This was absolutely the worst experience in entertainment we have ever had in town! Go to Brunswick Lanes, or Harmony Bowl for a much better experience. You just might seen an employee smiling there.

Customer Service is beyond miserable. The lanes are not good. They are half synthetic and half wood. The ball return system chews up balls. I had a brand new ball never used before and the first time I threw it I got it back with a huge chunk out of it. BEWARE of the floor. There are so many soft spots in the floor that you walk thru and feel like you will fall thru. I best advice is find another alley to bowl at. Bowling should be fun but not at Fountain Valley Bowl in Fountain, CO

We went here for a party. The staff went above and beyond, they not only searved great food, and help with every thing. The staff gave the kids a tour and a leason. Even when a couple of the adults messed up they just asked us to be more careful. We had over 10 kids and parents who all bowled and ate, and the price was very resonabale. We had a great time, and are planning to go back next weekend. Thank you Vally bowl for making our event a great one.

Went there for a childs birthday today. Everything was bad: The employees attitudes, the pizza was not good, even the water tasted funny. To top it off, they wanted $12 per kid! Each kid got 1 slice of (bad) pizza, shared in a pitcher of soda (which had ice in the pitcher!), 1 ice cream cup, a slice of cake, bowling and shoe rental. Not worth the time or money. We will NEVER go there again!

I love this bowling alley, it has been a fixture in my life since I was a kid! I remember when Alco & Kmart and the drive in were down this road, havent been here for awhile, but so glad it is still here, been wondering when I drive by, I will be coming back in the next day or two, You are all we have left in the history of this highway! Hours would be nice. Trying to plan ahead and to know what time the business opens and closes would be helpful. Yes I could call but since I have to look up the information to call it would be nice if hours were posted. Most businesses have their hours posted on google. It is just convenient.

Beyond awful experience all around. Rude employees, uneatable food, unfit for humans, that still took 30 minutes for a SLICE of pizza. Not handicap friendly, bathrooms not labeled by gender. Wouldnt allow us to have cake at a 5 year olds birthday party. I cant believe we payed for this.

The staff seemed nice, the people who were playing there seemed like nice local families. We went on a Friday before 9pm and got a good deal on a family of four. Its not a giant place, but it was a nice clean place that worked for the amount of people there.
